This is absolutely incorrect. If you buy VX you gain full commercial rights to the products that you write.

Oh, and unless you specifically want to make an RPG game you should be using Game Maker or MultiMedia Fusion. There are free versions of both of these products.

NEWS FLASH: the Archergurl who you speaking of is not part of AFW anymore and she's currently working in production for new game titles in Japan. I'm her Canadian friend who she gave her PC due to mines has crashed. She was nice enough to give it to me to help a friend in need. So she got a spared one that she uses for the things I've mention above. BTW, Anegge and Alexandra be sure to check the E-mail adresses carefully. As Archergurl and me aren't the same thing.

Ah, was unaware of this... however VX is the system that was more advanced but didn't meet my requirements... Like the one I am utilizing (RPG Maker 2003), it is still possible to use in order to create the game... If I did I would have less troubles with my pics, but annoyingly would have to redo quite a bit of work and sacrifice a couple of things..
Then again, the key word here might be "If you buy"

Yeah he's right, only idiots take RPG maker and try to get it to make something other then an RPG XP
The reason I am so keen to use RPG maker, is because 5 years ago when I tried to make this game I was doing pretty good on my plans with RPG maker and then some guys persuaded me to use a proper programming language. I was just starting to learn how to use C# so I put the game on hold until I had finished teaching myself. And that's where I failed...
If I felt confident that I could get as good as I am on RPG maker on one of these other systems in just a couple of days, then I might be willing to try...
Edit: I just went back to VX and within a minute I figured out how to get around the problem I was having ¬.¬ although its a round abouts way of doing it
