That rascally little scamp!

Garzah watched as Faye observed her, as she wondered with curiosity if she was actually going to accept the challenge. No way she would, that would be overconfidence to an absurd deg- holy shit she accepted?

"Oh!" Garzah said with a surprised shake, before giving a chuckle, "I like your attitude! Also you..." now her face made a sombre look, "you don't need to call yourself "it". You could just say "I", like, "I agree", you know? Its more...natural!" Garzah said with a smile, before realizing the smirk Faye was giving. Suddenly, Garzah felt a bad feeling ting up her spine. "Wait, what are you thinkin-"

Her question recieved an abrupt answer in the form of the ground itself shifting and moving! A large rock popped out from under one of her feet, causing her to disbalance and stumble backwards as the ground shifted and altered! Garzah stumbled around, trying her best to stay on her feet, while giving out squeals of "Ey ey ey ey EY EY EY EY EY!" She felt one of her feet starting to sink, causing her to jump cartoonishly into the air, sprinkling dust, rocks, and dirt everywhre, giving out a loud panickedly exaggerated "HOOOOOOAH!!!!" before landing on her feet just outside of that initial assault on her footing. Garzah looked up at Faye with a flabbergasted look, as she realized she had made a massive mistake.

“It is natural.” Faye agreed with a firm nod, taking away the wrong bit of information from Garzah attempting to teach the forest dweller common grammar. It didn't make any sense to her why the orc wanted Faye to be her, perhaps she had been confused by the form she had previously been in. Though, in her mind each “I” was mistaken as a “you”  for her, thinking the orc actually was saying she should refer to herself as the orc… it was a boggling thought.

She watched with wide-eyed wonder at Garzah’s display, her mouth slightly open as she was transfixed on the small goofy performance. When the orc looked back her way she was beaming happily and giggling up a storm, clapping her hands together. She knew this was a fun one, she knew it! It made all the fun noises, did silly dances, and knew the old songs. This was perfect. Faye’s thick tail sprang to life behind her, drawing into a tight coil before shoving up off the ground to vault her to her feet. She carried the momentum forward, hitting the ground on all fours. Her palms and feet soles slapped the ground dully morphing with each strike. Fingers shrank and warped into hardened bone hooves, her hair stretched out across her body turning to fur, and her silhouette grew ever larger. The change took place in nearly the blink of an eye but when. She reached Garzah, The small girl life creature had become a towering elk with a rainbow coat of fur and layered antlers that resembled the twisted canopy of branches above them.

Faye lowered her head in the charge, attempting to gore into Garzah at full speed and scoop the woman up with her new antlers to hurl her across the forest clearing. To her this was play. This woman in front of her was no fragile flower or blade of grass. She was a hardened stone! Garzah was strong, she looked it, and she had admitted herself to be like the mountain. There seemed to be no reason for her to hold back, unaware that had Garzah been a normal person, she might have killed them with this level of intensity.

Dodging earthbending was one thing. Watching the small girl turn into a large fairy elk was something else.

Garzah gave out a panicked "AAAAAAAAGH!" as Faye came steaming down at her at full speed. She brought her arms up and caught the horns! Instead of getting gored, Garzah was pushed back by several inches, dragging her feet in the grass that she had rooted herself in to not fall over, leaving behind dragged along grass and upturned dirt. Then they came to a standstill! Garzah was actually holding the powerful creature at bay!

If Faye didn't make her own move, Garzah with a mighty heave and a loud yell would push Faye's elk form backwards away from herself. She would be breathing hard, clearly shocked by what just happened. "H-hey! That could've killed me!"

As Faye came barreling to Garzah and they clashed, a cacophony of sound erupted from the giant rainbow elk’s mouth. It was disjointed and unsettling but in there was the sounds of laughter. Not in Faye’s speaking voice, but in dozens of others. Men, women, children, perhaps even what passed as laughter for animals as well. The large elk twisted its head and stamped its hooves, fighting the orc woman for inches as they both dug into the ground in a furious struggle. Finally, they deadlocked, Faye’s bright reptilian eyes staring through the network of antlers at Garzah with a twinkle of glee.

When Garzah pushed back she found herself mostly shoving air. The elk’s body has suddenly withdrawn as if sucked into the back of its head. The antlers she had once been grabbing turned squishy and slicked. Where once was an elk now was an octopus, the antlers having transformed into large writing tentacles. The attempt to shove her back only made the creature bounce, small suction cups popping audibly only Garzah’s skin as they lashed out to try and coil themselves around every part of her they could. If the new form wasn't bad enough, it was getting heavier, getting larger, inflating slowly to the point it was nearly the size of Garzah and increasing.

“Gar-zah Orc is tricksy! Faye knows already, it knows Gar-Zah Orc has heart of mountain! The boulder becomes rock. Rock becomes stone. Stone becomes pebble. Pebble becomes gravel. Never lost, always there! Gar-Zah Orc is trying to win the game but Faye is too smart!” Faye’s voice, distorted, came from somewhere within the hidden maw of the giant octopus, laughing again with that unnatural chorus of voices as tentacles attempted to constrict around Garzah’s body.

Garzah's eyes widened in horror as the fairy elk turned into what she for a second thought was a Mind Flayers head, until it struck her that wasn't what it was. And to add extra terror to this sandwich, the creature was getting larger and heavier. Garzah's mind raced to old stories and realized; was Faye turning into a kraken?!

That couldn't be! It was a sea monster, they were out here in a forest! Nonetheless, Garzah's panic rose. She didn't freeze so much as start aggressively and quickly shaking and throwing her hands around, trying to pry off and get the growing monster with its horrendous chorus for a voice that was Faye off of her. Her mind started blanking out, unsure if she was still talking to Faye or something else. Or maybe it was a trap all along. Maybe Faye was just a facade, a scam, and she had fallen into the trap of a monster.

Monster. Something she had seen on TV a few times about some old documentaries. Beings that threatened civilization in some way and often crossed paths with it, resulting in death often.

She was dealing with a monster.

Garzah's heart rate spiked, as for a second, she saw her whole life flash before her eyes in a split second and froze.

A writhing mass of rainbow tentacles lashes out from all sides of the bulbus spongy mass that was this creatures slick, smooth skull. One massive reptilian eyes staring at Garzah as its limbs stretched through the clearing to coil around the trunks of full trees. Its voice a strange bellow of sounds, deep inside of which the girlish voice of Faye resided, practically buried beneath the gutteral sounds of animals not meant to be heard in this world or any other. It was laughing as the orc frantically batted at its thick squishy limbs, having just as much luck swatting them aside as if she were striking a weighted punching bag. The fear in the other woman's eyes seemed to not register with this creature, whose tentacles were attempting to enclose fully around Garzah to envelop her in a tight constricting hold to rob her of use of her arms and legs.

It would be at that point the creature known as Faye would try to tip the orc over and push her to the dirt, making sure to pin the strongwoman down to demonstrate just how much she had won their game so she could claim the prize. “I̴͎͎̦͑̓ẗ̵͔͇̻́̕͠ ẅ̴͙͚̘́̀̐i̴̡̦͍̓̾͐n̴͍̘̼̿̕͝s̵͎̙̟̿̀̽!̴̼͓͎͛̐͝ I̸̼̫͆̚͜͝t̸̡̼͛͘ a̸͕͔͌́͠l̸͖̻̻̽́̈́ẅ̴͖͙̘́̀a̸̝̦̺͊͆̚y̵̢̙͌̿͋s̵̪̻͋͒̿͜ w̴͚̦͚̐͝͝i̵͖͎̺̐͒͠n̸͕͇̝͛͝s̴̢͖̪̀́̓!̵̡͔̞́͌͝”

And at first it seemed like Garzah was gone, under the tide of the shapeshifting flesh that enwrapped, surrounded, and squeezed her. Her grunts and voices disappeared, muffled, and she almost touched the ground, forced in her handicapped position against Faye...........

until she wasn't.

Faye's attempts to push her to the ground came to a sudden halt as Garzah seemed to harden up like a rock, before the creature Faye had enwrapped shaking despite the powerful grip she was in. Slowly but surely, the entombed Garzah slowly started to rise up, against the force of the fleshy sarcophagus that seemed to wrap her. Faye then felt her tentacles start getting squeezed and pulled, before Garzah's fingers started slipping between the tentacles. She could hear a faint, muffled noise.

"WWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAGH!!!""

And as the fingers tightly gripped the tentacles, prying them open, before Garzah forced her arms through, and pushed a gap wide open, enough for her to force her head and face through.

Garzah's face had lost its friendly, chill spark. That approachable, amicable vibe she had was completely evaporated, now replaced with something far, far more primal. Her lips were pulled back in a vicious, barbaric snarl, her teeth and tusks looked far more sharper, now with the lips no longer hiding what they really looked like, her teeth clenched like a ferocious predator ready to pounce in retaliation. Veins were popping across her face, her pupils had shrunken and looked downright feral, and even her arms looked thicker, the muscles having tightened and coiled up. She unleashed out a war cry that sounded more like a mix of a tiger's roar crossed with a demons cry.

"WWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHH!!!!"

Garzah, wasting not a second, pounced, practically launching herself right at the central mass of Faye, and if she could get a tight grip and hold onto the squirming, writhing masses, she would proceed to immediately start pounding, and punching at Faye's face! And throughout it, she screamed "WWWWWWAAAAAAAAGGGGGH!!!" again!

“Ḧ̷̥̟́͂a̴̧͍͆̇h̴̢̛͚a̴̱͚̽͘h̷̭̽a̸͈͊!̴͕̹̓ ̵͍͗G̵͎̍͐a̸̪͝r̸͉̪͘͝-̵̝̍Z̴̙̒̈́a̶͎͛h̷̛̘̒ ̴͉̊Õ̶̟͍͝r̸̢͕͋̂c̴̮̣͗ ̵̳̮̃͂i̴̥̐̕s̶͉͝͝ ̴͙̬̀̀s̵̱̍͜t̴̮̣̄́r̷̮̐̇o̶͉͊n̴̞̍ģ̷̰̈́͋!̶̩̊” The garbled mess of voices laughed as Faye strained to contain the orc within her grasp. As fingers poked through tentacles layered themselves on top only to have an arm shoved through the gaps. The writing mass watched with curious fascination at the roaring feral beast that emerged, seemingly unperturbed by the change. The large woman had claimed to be an entertainer after all and this was the most fun Faye had had with a stranger in the forest for some time.

Another giggle creaked out from her maw, enjoying the game of trying to wrap up the woman who was roughly prying her thick meaty tendrils off as if they were suction darts from a nerf gun. The first of the punches squished into the soft fleshy surface of Faye’s slimy octopus head, and then another. She lashed back with tentacles to bat at Garzah only to find the orc lunge back at her moments later, slamming a first right into her eye. She let out a horrid screech, that cacophony of voices and animal sounds in a guttural and pained scream.

“C̵̫̕͜h̵̜̀͑e̶͚̅a̷̭̯̽͝t̷̮̲̿̔é̷̪́r̸̮͌̊!̷͔̂͝ ̷̖̾Ţ̷̄͌h̸͙͙͑i̶͔̥͑s̵̯͍͐ ̸̹͈̈́i̷̡̟̔s̸͈̿ ̸̞̼̍ạ̴̃͝g̶̨̈͒ͅa̵͉͐i̷̹͂ñ̴͓ŝ̷̜̀t̵̮͓͑̓ ̶̹̈́͌t̶̺͈̂h̶͎̼̓̂ę̸͐ ̸̮̏͒g̶̰̺͑̀a̶̬̒m̶͖̓͠ē̴̤̥̌ ̶̻̓̀r̸̠̓u̴͙̫̐̽l̶͖͋e̴͕͖̾s̷̼̏͠!̴̯͎͛́” The giant creature tumbled backward, the torrent of tentacles swiftly withdrawing from the trees and the ground around Garzah. It sounded like an intense wind as it sucked itself up to a singular purplishly orb that audibly popped, spraying a few stray feathers as a rainbow parrot fluttered up from where the beast was, flapping up into the canopy of the trees outside the reach of normal people punching arms.

“That hurt us!” The bird squawked, blinking its reptilian eyes down at the enraged Garzah, still unaware of the primal state she was in. “Bad and tricky! Gar-Zah Orc plays mean games! It doesn't like it.”

Garzahs eyes tracked Faye as she turned into a small bird and flew upwards. On hearing Faye accuse her of "playing mean games", Garzahs teeth gritted harder, as steam snorted out of her nostrils such that the sound of a kettle going off would've fit.

"MEAN GAMES?!" she bellows out, the previously chill and friendly voice replaced with the voice of what one could've guessed a wrathful goddess would have sounded like. "FAYE NEARLY KILLS ME! BUT YOU CANNOT KILL GARZWWAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!" and with those last words, Garzah leaped up, digging her fingers right through the bark and wood of the tree like it was made of styrofoam! She started climbing up the tree in frightening velocity like a natural climber as steam billowed out her nose, rapidly approaching Faye!

Fay let out a loud squawk of distress as Garzah continued to go berserk. It was only now donning on her that something was amiss and that this person she had met with the big tusk smile and frilly dress was something entirely new. She didn't like this one, not at all. Much like the other woman, she thought herself deceived as well, assuming the worst while trying to keep herself at a safe distance as she flittered between branches and trees to avoid the ever-encroaching tide that was Garzah.

“Liar liar your pants are fire!” She called out from behind the safety of a cluster of densely packed leaves amongst the canopy. “Gar-Zah Orc is healthy and fine! It doesn't make anything dead!” Despite the inherent worry, her belief in her own safety in flight was the only thing still keeping her here. Though she wasn't the only one who wanted this to end, the forest called out to her each time Garzah's fingers clawed beyond the bark and ripped at the wood beneath. “You are to be stopping now!”
