Hathiya vs Kaihua: The strings behind the curtains.

For some reason, after making it clear that Kaihua didn’t want to fight the nice robe lady, the plant guy stared at the young tiger like he was joking around and irritating him at the same time. It was a strange experience, kind of like how he felt when he was a kitten. In fact, right when Kaihua thought that both Cirkot and the Hathiya seemed to be treating him like some sort of kid, Hathiya would come right out and say it!  In fact, both of them were treating him like he was some sort of burden! Like he was some annoying kid they had to entertain rather than an actual fighter! His ears went flat against his head, and his tail flicked even more as he bared his fangs.

“Hey! Kaihua a serious fighter! Plant man might say mean things, and pretty lady is pretty, but Kaihua won’t let you say mean things about Kaihua! I show both of you, and then I show weird lady!”

The young, angry tiger would huff in frustration before standing up to Hathiya, looking her right in the eyes.

“Plant man mean, so I say it without him. You tough?!? Then I challenge! Any place, any rules. I win, you both tell weird lady!”

Kaihua crossed his arms, settling his terms. He really didn’t want to beat up this taller person, but his ego wouldn’t allow her or Cirkot to call him a child. If taking her down proved himself, then he would do so. Though, he planned on being gentle with her if he could.

Hathiya blinked as she looked down at the boy, and shrugged, "Fine with me."

Cirkot had to guide the two to the other side of the establishment, where the promotional rings were. And as he had said, the place had a few rings here and there of varying types, from a arena ring to a proper wrestling ring. Small groups of people were here and there, but there were certainly a lot of camera men to tape everything for editing and using for promo material.

Some of the people looked at Hathiya and suddenly grew very excited, pointing at her, murmuring to each other, and a few even throwing a cheers. Cirkot walked as quickly as he could to the announcer table, where the announcer sitting there, a satyr, looked at him in surprise. "You're the Warden Aco-"

"Yes, I know. Consider this a special event and a surprise for our wonderful ticket payers for this."

As Hathiya got closer to the promo ring that had been picked out, she turned to Kaihua. "I didn't mean to upset you earlier, little one." She proceeded to take off her robe, and now Kaihua watched as from under the robes, a large, wide, somewhat athletically toned, massive and curvy figure, with her long trunk and large wing shaped ears emerged. She wore about 4 powerful looking bangles, and had 2 bangles on her legs with some leg warmer looking fabrics.

In other words, she looked like a damn champion.
"So I'm looking forward to seeing you defeat you!"

Kaihua was silent the entire walk over. His anger and frustration stirring together and bubbling around as he walked along with Cirkot and Hathiya. These two thought of him as a child, and just like everyone else they wanted to brush him off and treat him like a bother. The weird woman in charge, the guards, and just about everyone here had treated him like he was some dirty little bug to play with for some entertainment. He had his tiger strength and his pride! Being written off so many times was really getting on his nerves, and if this fight was going to be his last chance to prove himself to everyone then he was going to make sure he got his strength across!

Having his ears flat on his head, Kaihua simply waited until he was sure which arena he was supposed to have his fight in. His tail continued to flick in irritation as Crikot talked with the announcer, waiting until the plant man confirmed the arena with a gesture. But before he got too close, the tall robe lady would stop him and apologize…but only to end up fanning the flames by referring to him as “little one”. Kaihua was actually about to say something when the giant being finally removed her robe and revealed a rather powerful looking body! That heavy fabric hid away the woman’s powerful arms and body as well as the bangles that looked as though they weighed at least 30 pounds each! The words Kaihua planned on saying were stuck in his throat, suddenly realizing why this person was called “Eros’s champion”. He stared at her for a moment, a bit taken aback before returning to his senses.

“Will win! Be big, but Kaihua strong! Will show you, and everyone!”

And with that, he scampered into the ring, running towards the opposite side furthest from Hathiya and glaring at her from a distance.

Hathiya brought her hands together as she said, "Good luck!"

A short moment later

The small audience that had been there for watching the promo matches had eagerly gathered around, passing cheers on. An air of intensity was felt, as Cirkot rang the bell of signalling the match to start, as the cameramen started taping the whole thing.

Hathiya, who was on the side of the ring opposite to Kaihua, took her iconic stance; one foot forward, one back, one arm up, one arm down in her defensive stance, her trunk slithering through the air.

Kaihua watched as the giant champion climbed into the ring, and was a bit disappointed. Not by anything serious, in fact it was quite the opposite. Kaihua had it in his head that because this “Hathiya” was big, she might be a bit clumsy and look a bit silly trying to climb through the small ropes. But instead she ascended the ring just fine and pretty push just pushed down and stepped over the top rope. Nothing to really poke fun of, and for some reason that really bugged the white tiger.

All eyes were on Hathiya, so when the bell for the fight rang out Kaihua was left unsupervised when he prepared his stance. Unlike Hathiya’s, his stance was far more primal than professional. The tiger would get down on all fours and dig his claws into the arena, tensing every muscle in his body like a spring as he prepared himself for attack. Hathiya seemed to stay her ground, which left the assault up to Kaihua! Adjusting his stance and wiggling his legs in preparation. When he was ready, Kaihua would pounce!

No one expected much from Kaihua, so when he fired off like a rocket towards Hathiya it came as a complete shock! The tiger came in straight for Hathiya, only to change direction and suddenly come from the side! Changing his trajectory mid rush, all in order to SLAM into Hathiya and push her into the corner post!

If he was going to prove his strength, toppling “Hathiya” would be the best start!

Hathiya didn't budge an inch from her position as her eyes carefully observed Kaihuas movement. Moving like cameras fixated on his position, her head only lightly tilted towards him as he changed his trajectory midway, her eyes never once leaving him.

As Kaihua came in for the slam at high speed, he was met with Hathiya's palm coming up to his face in a split second, catching his whole face in her hand! And in another split second, she lightly spun him like a top in front of her on his feet!

Cirkot smiled. He could at least enjoy watching someone get humbled.

Kaihua’s pupils were wide as he pounced for his prey! Hathiya a large stationary target that he intended to blitz over with his combined speed and strength! Toppling her over was probably too much for Kaihua, but making her stumble? That at least seemed possible. Keeping prey off balance was essential in a hunt, and while Hathiya was certainly bigger and stronger, Kaihua hoped to use guerrilla tactics to earn his victory. However, the tiger would learn of his opponent's speed when she suddenly lashed out and plucked Kaihua out of the air by his face! The sudden movement felt like a punch in the face, with all of Kaihua’s momentum suddenly backfiring against the sudden stop.

Feeling Hathiya’s strength, the champion probably could have simply slammed the tiger into the floor and ended the fight there…but rather than do that, she simply…spun Kaihua? Like he was a toy, Hathiya just began spinning him around and around! Making Kaihua dizzy! His ears listened carefully as the world spun around him, hearing nothing but air. She was playing with him! Kaihua growled in irritation before an idea suddenly popped in his head.

Quickly, Kaihua would reach up and look to grab ahold of Hathiya’s surprisingly large wrists! If he succeeded, he wouldn’t even wait to get his senses beach before using her powerful arm as leverage to pick his feet up and kick forward, hoping to hit Hathiya’s toned stomach and get her to take him seriously!

Hathiya spun him because she knew the people watching had come to get some value out of their tickets, and she still wanted to take it easy on Kaihua. She felt the boy didn't deserve her full power, not in the slightest. Same with most of her other smaller opponents. He certainly had an odd vibe to him she couldn't quite pin, but she felt a bit uncomfortable about it.

Kaihua, despite still spinning, made a reach out for her wrists! Hathiya almost raised an eyebrow at him trying something so risky in such a precarious position as she not only gently lifted her wrist right out of reach with the same reaction speed that had caught him in the first place, she gently put two fingers on his head to stop him from spinning, even rubbing his head and ruffling his hair when he came to a halt.

Kaihua thought his plan was good enough, never thinking further than the next few seconds when it came to combat. His hands reached up, ready to clasp a hold onto Hathiya’s wrist when the mighty figure would suddenly pull her arm back! His claws raced forward and grabbed nothing but air, nearly losing his balance as he continued to spin for a few seconds afterwards and only staying on his feet because of Hathiya’s help. The taller woman would lean down and catch him with just two of her fingers. Stabilizing him and helping him stand before ruffling his hair playfully.

The tiger glared at her, but almost seemed to have a thought smack him in the head that he hadn’t considered: Maybe Hathiya didn’t mean to be mean, but was being nice. He did remember when he first met her, he thought she looked like a sweet person. While she was big and muscular now, she was still technically the pretty robe lady. Blinking in thought, Kaihua seemed to peer up at Hathiya…very slowly patching together the idea that he should just explain the situation he was in. A rare thought, but he could learn every once in a while.

“Ms. Pretty Lady,” He muttered, gently swatting her hand away, “Serious match, please! Weird lady with big hat thinks Kaihua useless as fighter. Give Kaihua to hated rival as toy. Kaihua not toy. You her champ! If have match, can convince weird lady different. But play with Kaihua, weird lady think Kaihua toy…”

Kaihua had trouble speaking, but he hoped he was getting through to Hathiya. He did not want pity, but there was urgency in his voice. This was his last chance to prove himself, and if reports came back to Eros that he was basically toyed with, then he knew his fate was sealed. He was a proud person, not well trained but plenty strong thanks to his genes. He didn’t know Hathiya’s record, but he could tell she was strong. If this was his test, than he wanted to do his very best to overcome it.

Hathiya was surprised at Kaihuas sudden begging. She blinked, momentarily taken aback by what he said, before processing what he said. And already she understood what the poor boy was saying. Hathiya gave out a weary sigh on hearing that Kaihua thought her going easy on him was her treating him like a toy and not taking him seriously.

Boy, if only he knew what happens when she takes something "seriously."

Well, if that's how it's going to be then.

"Okay." Hathiya said with a shrug. And as quickly as the response came, she suddenly grabbed Kaihua around the torso like a oversized roll as she said, "Surprise me."

And with that, she reared her arm back and tossed Kaihua at the ring ropes furthest from her, causing him to rebound back at her in high speed!
