After-match funtimes (For Brooklynn)

Feruza early scoffed. "35?!" she asked, incredulously. "You will never become good wrestler if you are that weak." she said. "Sorry." she apologized immediately after. "But sit-ups are for sure on list for training. Next, we do push-ups."

Ruby would nod and flip over to her stomach and got ready for more push ups. She would look up at her trainer and ask, "Ready?"

Feruza grinned. "That is more like it." she replied, flipping over. "60 seconds. 3... 2... 1... Go!" she said, beginning her vigorous set of push-ups whilst watching the younger girl do hers. "I believe in you, Ruby."

Ruby would try to keep up, but she was even worst than the sit ups. She wanted to do well though, so she tried even harder, but still didn't do as well. As time was up, Ruby would fall to the ground, to her embarement, only did about 22.

"22," Ruby would breath out, trying to catch her breath.

Feruza smiled. "That is good! It is not that good for wrestler, but it is good! I did 41." she said, trying to sound nice. She was panting quite a bit herself. "You will need improvement there, too. Less improvement, but improvement still."

Ruby would fall to the ground, still catching her breath. She was exausted and kind of wanted to stop, but she was by no means going to tell her trainer that. She looked up at Feruza with beads of sweat forming and falling down her body and drenching her Pj's

"Ok.... Whats next?"Ruby would ask.

"I can tell you tired. We will wind down muscular endurance with stretches. Do you know yoga?" she said as she sat up once more. "If not, I can teach you some."

Ruby would shake her head, she never did yoga before, actually, she thought it was a bit dull, but if her trainer was going to tell her to, she was completely ready for it.

"I don't know any..... Sorry, seems like I am kinda useless at this training thing." Ruby would say sticking her tongue out in a show of innocence.

Feruza thought she might not. "Is okay, Ruby. I will teach!" she said, happily. "First pose we will do is Sun Salutation. Is quite easy. Here!" she said, putting her hands up. "Do as I do. There are few steps."

Ruby would nod and put her hands up in the air. "ok..."
