Right as the ref's arm was coming down, Chelsea managed to push out of the pin. Making a frustrated sound, Yukiko sat back down on her rear, needing a moment to catch her breath. "Damn... so close..." she muttered.

The blue-haired girl was beginning to feel fatigue creeping in, and she knew she had to put an end to the match soon. Forcing herself to get up to her feet before Chelsea could, Yukiko would throw a kick to the girl's side to make sure she stayed down.

Chelsea quickly rolled to her side before Yukiko could just lay back on her, she knew she couldn't kick out again, then again she probably couldn't stand up again but that didn't stop her from fighting still. She tried to get to her feet but Yukiko sent a kick into her side to send her back down.

Chelsea grunted as she came back down and brought a hand to her side, coughing a bit as she knew th match wasn't going to be in her favor, but she surprisingly didn't feel to disappointed. "Well.. I tried.. Right?" Chelsea said to no one in particular.

Yukiko couldn't help but smirk at Chelsea's comment, impressed by the girl's spunk. She really would have fit in with them, back in their gang days. "That's all that counts, y'know."

It would seem a bit cruel to attack after an exchange like that, so the blue-haired girl grabbed her foe by the leg and simply went for another pin attempt.

Chelsea didn't expect her to still go for another pin, she expected her to do another move before finishing her off but still the result would have been the same, the blue- haired woman pinning her and cinching it this time.

"ONE!"

Even if she could find the strength to kick out again it would have been as pointless as the last one, she had proven she had spunk and was a fighter to everyone watch, for now that have to be enough.

"TWO!"

"THREE!"

Pulling off the pin once more, this time Yukiko got the full three count. With a huge sigh of relief, the blue-haired girl sprung back to her feet, holding up her hand in victory as the crowd roared with excitement. After playing to the audience for a few seconds, she turned back towards Chelsea, bending over and extending her hand down to help the girl up.

"That was pretty fun, wasn't it?"

Chelsea made no effort to fit as the pin reached three and gave Yukiko the win. She gave it her all and honestly from her debut what more could be asked of her? Yukiko played up the crowds excitement for the match, Yukiko proving that being in a tag-team didn't diminish her skills individually whil Chelsea played over the Mach in her head wondering what went wrong.

She opened her eyes when she heard the champ talk to her and saw her extending her hand to her. Chelsea smiled and accepted the help aas she stood up. "It sure was, I would have Prefered to win but you definetly earned it. Though next time I intend to come out on top." Chelsea said leaning on Yukiko a bit from the fatigue nut hiding this by giving her a hug.

The tired Yukiko almost tipped over a bit herself as she helped Chelsea up, but just barely managed to catch herself. "Heh, well we'll see about that, but I'll be looking forward to it." It really had been her only enjoyable fight in some time, even all her recent wins being pretty bitter. The girl seemed nice, and neither her nor Akiko had really made any friends here at the AFW yet.

The blue-haired girl blushed slightly at the abrupt hug, not exactly used to that kind of affection from a relative stranger, but still managed to return it after a second, while also trying to counter-balance the weight leaning into her.

"We should hang out some time before then, though. I think you'll get along pretty well with Akiko and Maddie."

She felt a little bad her hug that got Yukiko flustered so much was more of for support then anything else, but it was better she don't know that especially since she actuall returned it. "Good, I enjoy giving people something to look forward too." Chelsea said tired let as she she pulled off Yukiko now fully able to support yourself.

She actually looked surprised when Yukiko offered to hang out more and smiled. "Oh sure I'd love that. I only have one friend here and she's...not exactly a people person." Chelsea nervously admitted about Amy, before continuing. "But yeah I'd love to meet your friends. Anyway Ife taken enough of your time so I'll leave you to your victory." she said as she slowly began to head out to let Yukiko celebrate.
