Rei felt her heart race as the two had agreed that they were now officially an item. The violet haired girl blushed as her face turned red looking down at Rayne. She wanted to convey so much how she admired her fighting spirit, the way she challenged her to be better and how Rayne made her heart flutter. There was so much to say and Rei could feel them all get caught in her throat. Looking down at her now, she was reminded on how the two practiced and sparred in the gym.

"..." Rei opened her mouth but all the words got caught up in her throat. There had to be a way to convey how she felt without looking like a total dork in front of her new girlfriend.

Instead, she said what came naturally to her. "Come here."

With a smile, Rei simply shut her eyes and leaned in letting her violet hair hide them from prying eyes. Rei's thumb brushed Rayne's cheek wiping away a tear affectionately. Rei gave her lover a gentle smile and closed their eyes. Their lips meeting in the veil of Rei's hair. The two would hold each other close as the crowd's cheers became distant waves. There were no blinding lights, no arena full of people, cameras or anything at all. In this moment, the outside world didn't exist, it was only the two.

They were together, sharing a silent beautiful moment . With their hearts beating in their chests and their fingers intertwined, they kissed in sweet mutual surrender.
