An Offer You Can't Refuse

Things had been boring, especially for Sigourney. It seemed that her life after making the move to AFW would be a blast, but apparently that wasn't really the case. The first few weeks were fun and all, but as it was, she's been waiting for a debut match for a while. Even if still got some wrestling actions in the gym or the nearby fighting clubs, she wanted to take part on the big stage too.

Today seemed just like another day, as she paid the gym a visit to start her daily training. What she's going to afterwards was still undecided. There's nothing much to do since she never really fond of going out for too long during winter. The blonde let out a sigh as she changed into her workout outfit in the locker room. A black sports bra with matching hot pants was her usual choice. It showed off her compact body, and good view of her assets too. Her breasts and ass might not be rich in size but they fit perfectly with her lithe figure. Definitely something she could be proud of.

The gym seemed rather quiet, but that's expected in this kind of weather. It almost felt like a private gym, and she kinda liked that. Maybe if she waited long enough the place would be completely empty, as if she owned it. The thought drew a little smirk on her face. It's not like an empty gym would be too much of a fun. At least she could use the shower room for as much as she wanted.

Only days ago, Minerva's plane had landed in Tokyo. Her first order of business after signing a contract to join the Friction roster had been to find a place to stay, and with her fathers help it hadn't taken her long to acquire a rather large house for herself in the city. It might've been a bit excessive to say the least, especially considering she was living alone. But since she - or rather, her father - could afford it, she saw no reason to settle for less. And besides, maybe she could end up hiring some butlers or servants at some point.

Furniture and decoration had all also come on the same day. With the number of workers she was able to hire to transport all of her belongings, a process that would normally have likely taken at least weeks for most was completed in just under a couple days. And with that now out of the way, it was time to get acquainted with her new workplace. So to the gym she went.

Opening the door as she arrived, wearing a dress that extended down to her ankles, a pair of black boots extending almost up to her knees and a large fur coat for the cold weather, though she took the coat off as soon as she entered. And once inside, her eyes scanned around before spotting a rather cute, young blonde woman, wearing a tight outfit that showed her body off well. Immediately the wheels began turning in Minerva’s head as she began to analyze the woman to figure out if she could be of any use in any way to her. She didn’t have enough information to go on yet, so she decided to approach and talk to her. “I take it you’re a wrestler too, correct?” Minerva asked, walking toward the smaller woman.

Sig turned around as she was addressed, finding herself a tall beauty with black hair, dressed in black dress. She almost looked like someone who just came out of a gothic club or something. Judging from her words, the taller girl seemed like a wrestler too. Sig never saw her before, though, so maybe she's a new addition.

To say that the girl was a beauty was probably an understatement, however. If she didn't have a question to answer, Sig felt like she could have stare at her for a while to get a real good look at her.

"Uh-uh," she answered casually while stuffing her bag to the locker and close the door. "You're new here?"

As soon as Sig answered her question, Minerva's lips curled into the slightest of smirks while she got a good look at the woman. Of course her body was smaller than Minerva's both in height and overall muscle mass. There was no way to tell what sort of style Sig used, but she felt confident it wouldn't take much to simply overpower her.

She was so busy running all these hypothetical thoughts and analysis through her head that she almost didn't hear Sig's question. "Yes, as a matter of fact I am." she replied, extending a hand for a friendly handshake before introducing herself. "Minerva. Pleasure to meet you."

Minerva kept up her friendly outward appearance, all the while simply wanting to drill as much information about this woman out as possible. "How long have you been in the AFW?" she asked.

"You can call me Sig," the blonde said with a smile as she shook Minerva's hand. "Nice to meet you."

She got a good grip on the hand of the black haired beauty, before sliding hers away as they broke the handshake. It's rather amusing how she had to look up to see Minerva's face due to their height differences, and she had to say, the possibility of tussling around with the taller girl excited her.

"A month and a half or so, I think..." Sig rolled her eyes. "Still haven't got a match, though."

"Is that right?" Minerva asked as she withdrew her hand, crossing her arms under her chest. It seemed at least in terms of AFW experience the two women were on equal ground. Interesting.

But that also made Minerva even more curious about how that would translate in the ring. It made Sig unpredictable, that much was certain. Fortunately, there was a perfect way for her to get a little glimpse at this woman's capabilities in this very gym.

"I'm still waiting for my first match as well. Although, I'd like to at least have a light spar with someone here in the gym before I make my debut. Would you like to assist me with that, by any chance? If not, that's perfectly alright. I wouldn't want to impose if you already have another workout planned." she said, though she had a gut feeling Sig would feel like accepting the spar.

"Oh?" Sig's eyebrow was raised at the offer.

It's like the girl could read her minds, or was just thinking the same thing. In any case it might make this afternoon more interesting. She's certainly wasn't going to say no, and she doubted anyone would either. Taking a good look at Minerva from tip to toe, Sig smiled at what she saw. Her excitement rose up and she could feel her cheek and back warming up slightly.

"I don't have anything specific to do, as a matter of fact," she tilted her head. "A spar would be lovely," the blonde said before she started walking towards the ring inside the gym. "Shall we?"

"Wonderful. Give me just a moment to change." Minerva replied with a grin before moving to the nearest available locker. After placing her coat inside, she reached back and unzipped her dress, then pulled it off and placed it in the locker as well.

With the dress out of the way, Minerva was now wearing a purple sports bra, and a matching set of tight shorts that went down just above her knees, both of which accentuated her curves very nicely.

Once she was ready, Minerva walked over to join Sig, climbing up onto the apron and stepping through the ropes to enter the ring. "Ready when you are, Sig."

Sig had been doing some warm up and stretching while waiting for Minerva, her thoughts already running about what kind of style the taller girl fight with. Normally, bigger girls tend to go with powerhouse, which made the most of their physical advantage.

Against a smaller girl like herself, that without a doubt would be pretty effective. Sig wasn't the type of girl who could be taken down by brute force, though. Obviously, being relatively smaller than most wrestlers, save the kawaii division, she had learned how to deal with bigger opponents.

When Minerva showed up in her purple sports bra and shorts, Sig whistled at the sight, before skipping towards the girl, her excitement clearly written all over her face.

"Right, ding ding~" she imitated the bell, before circling around her sparring partner, not going for a straight lockup.

While she approached the ring, Minerva chuckled as Sig whistled in response to seeing her attire. It was clear there was quite a bit of anticipation built up in the young woman to get this spar underway. And though Minerva didn't show it as obviously, she was looking forward to it just as much.

Once she'd entered the ring and Sig "rang the bell," Minerva began to circle the ring along with her opponent. Considering the size difference between them, it was no surprise Sig chose to keep her distance initially. But that was fine. If she wouldn't give Minerva a chance to put her strength advantage to use, then she'd just have to stick to good old fashioned wrestling for now.

Eventually Minerva would inch toward the shorter woman, crouching down and holding her arms up, before lunging out to try to wrap her long arms around Sig's legs and trip her down to the mat.
