AV 14 Main Event: Angel (C) Vs. Taylor Parker for the World Friction Title!

Angel started to lift Taylor. It was slow going though. She was exhausted, and her leg was making it hard to keep her balance. This was her one, big shot, though, and she knew she had to take it. She could do it. She had wrecked Taylor twice before with her powerbomb, and she was ready to make it a hat trick.

But then, Taylor suddenly shifted backwards, kicking out her legs. Angel gasped, feeling herself stumbling as Taylor's movements caused her to lose balance, her legs wavering beneath her. No way she was going to pull the powerbomb off now. That chance had been ruined, but Angel was going to do everything she could to try and hold an advantage while she still could.

As Taylor's feet hit the floor again, Angel straightened up, letting her waist go. She raised up her arms, clasping her hands together above her head, the dropped them straight down, smashing a double axe handle right into the small of her back, right against her spine. She loosened her thighs from around Taylor's head at the same time, so that the blow would send her falling back to the floor.

Again, Taylor narrowly cheated death. She was still in this.

Angel's arms hammered against Taylor's back with an audible smack. "Guuuh!" Taylor fell to her hands and knees, her head hanging down toward the floor, her sweaty, tangled, blood-soaked hair dangling down. There was a sick feeling in her stomach, and she felt faint. She wondered if she would survive this match.

"Hnng..." She groaned. Win or lose, live or die, she was going to make sure Angel went straight to the hospital.

She lunged forward on her hands and knees, and swung her elbow like a battering ram aimed for Angel's battered knee. She wanted to hyper extend it, to cause damage, and a part of her hoped that it broke. Anything to keep the relentless Latina down.

Angel stood over Taylor, a sneer on her face as she stared down at the girl. Despite her best efforts, Taylor was down again, and Angel was going to do everything she could to keep her there, until this match was finally over.

At least, that was the plan, until Taylor suddenly lunged in at her, slamming her elbow into the champion's knee. Angel's sneer twisted into a grimace of pain, as her leg suddenly just collapsed from underneath her, the Latina dropping to the floor in a tired, bloody heap. She let out a scream, grabbing for her knee with one hand, all of the earlier pain suddenly rushing back through her leg again.

"NNNG! AaahhhFUCK!" she cried out, wincing and shaking her head, her thoughts of Taylor gone for the moment, as she tried to deal with the renewed agony of her injured, suffering limb.

Taylor did the only thing that came to mind. She crawled on top of Angel, straddling the girl's waist, and grabbed for the back of her head with one hand. The other, she cocked back over her head.

"STAY!" She pounded her fist down into Angel's face. "DOWN!" And again. She recklessly beat Angel's face like it was her last chance to keep the girl down.

Angel groaned as Taylor climbed onto her, mounting her and lifting up her head. For a brief, brief moment, there was a look of fear in her eyes, the look of someone who had just realized she had ran out of options and ran out of chances and that was there nowhere left to go.

And then, the punches began.

The first few of them caused Angel to yell out, to shout in pain. Her arms shot up, trying to grab for Taylor's arms, trying to stop her assault, but the punches were coming in too hard, and she was just too far weak to raise any sort of serious defense.

Her face began to bruise, her skin turning darker with each of Taylor's reckless blows. Her busted nose and her gashed forehead began to bleed again, Taylor's punches busting her wounds back open, and soon the Latina began to go limp in the blonde's clutches, barely a whimper coming from her as Taylor furiously struck at her, again and again and again.

"Hah... hah..."

Taylor was breathing heavily through her open mouth, her fist quivering as it hovered in the air, poised for another punch. She stopped, though, when Angel went limp. She felt a dull thrill somewhere deep inside her, muted somewhat by her miserable condition. Could this be it?

Still straddling Angel, Taylor laid her body down on top so that her chest pressed against Angel's cheek. She hugged her arms tightly against either side of Angel's head and hung on for dear life while the ref, the sweet, wonderful referee, began to count once more, and the crowd with her.

"ONE!"

Angel seemed to be out of it. She lied there beneath of Taylor, barely stirring as the girl covered her. Part of her just wanted to give in, right here and right now, to just give up and let Taylor take the win. She was hurting. She was injured. She was bleeding and busted and bruised and her entire body felt like it was going to fall apart.

"TWO!"

But she refused to give up. Everything was on the line. Everything. Her title. Her undefeated streak. Her pride. Everything she had fought for in her career, everything she had worked to attain in her life, it was all riding on this match. She couldn't let tell Taylor win this. She just couldn't.

As the referee opened her mouth, ready to call out the third and final count, the number that would end this once and for all, Angel's body suddenly jerked up, her shoulder just barely rising up off the floor, just barely breaking the pin. Defiant and stubborn to the end, Angel refused to call it quits yet, the Latina refusing to give in until she honestly, truly, had nothing left in her tank.

"Fuck..."

Taylor sat up on top of Angel and put her hands over her face. What did she have to do?

She labored back to her feet and grabbed hold of Angel, one hand behind her head and the other under her chin. She turned the girl over onto her hands and knees while she dragged her up, and then trudged with her deeper into the crowd, past the floor seats, to the risers where instead of folding chairs there was fixed stadium seating.

She stopped and pulled Angel into a side headlock. She put Angel's arm behind her head, and then slipped her own arm between Angel's legs. She drew a deep breath and closed her eyes, and then with a burst of effort she lifted the girl up off her feet, turned her over, and slammed her down against the back rests of the stadium seats in front of her.

"HAAH!"

Though she was thankful for still having the energy to break the pin, Angel soon remembered that she was really in no shape to fight back. She whimpered softly as Taylor rolled her over, dragging her up to her feet and forcing her deeper in the parting crowd. Her thoughts were muddled, clouded, her head still in a daze from those repeated, furious shots to her face, and she could barely clear them enough to wonder where Taylor was dragging her.

When Taylor's arms slid around her neck, pulling the Latina into the headlock, Angel's own arms moved upwards. They pawed at Taylor's arms, but it was really just a futile, token gesture. She really didn't have the strength to try and break the hold. She especially didn't have it in her to stop Taylor was hauling her up into the arm, slamming her down against those hard, mounted seats.

"GGGAAAAAAAHHHHH!" Angel screamed, a loud, shrill cry, as she felt her back cracking against the seats. Her eyes went wide, nearly bugging out of her head, her body jerking as her spine struck against the hard material of the stadium seats. She lied there afterwards, her body draped over the seating, the Latina staring blankly into space as she felt the pain of the slam coursing through her back.

"O-oh god..." she managed to whisper, feeling completely helpless at the moment, weak and vulnerable against Taylor. She didn't know what she could do to stop her challenger, and now, she was honestly starting to wonder if she even could stop her and turn things back around.

Taylor took a moment to breathe, hands on her hips. She looked at Angel, bend backwards over the seats. She was practically in a hold already, and Taylor only had to apply the pressure.

But she didn't have the energy to work another submission hold, and Angel would probably die before she submitted at this point. Instead, Taylor approached and put a hand on Angel's chin to hold her down against the seats, and raised her other arm high up in the air. She brought her elbow down, slamming it hard into Angel's exposed sternum.

For good measure, she grabbed the champ and threw her down to the floor. "HAAAAAAAAA!" She roared with clenched fists, her voice ragged and tired and bloody. The crowd screamed and chanted and cheered and booed.
