Catherine thought she would know. She had to think of something. Maybe try out each thing one at a time. Strength was easy. Weight lifting. She could also practice other things, like dodging, by practicing it. "Okay, go over to the dumbells and pick up the heaviest you can lift. I want to see your strength."

Aura looked over to where Catherine was pointing. "You want me to do what.....?" Lift the most she could? Well, that answers the question of 'do you lift'..... The dragon begins her way out of the ring, keeping an eye on Catherine. "You coming with me to see how much you can lift, also?"

Catherine nods as she leaves the ring with her. She then goes over to the exercise equipment and waits for the Dragon

Auraborus got to the weights but, she was a bit reluctant to pick some up. More or less out of being shy. She didnt think she could lift very much, and that was a bit embarrassing to her.

Catherine picked up some noticeably heavier weights. She then turned to Auraborus, who was carrying lighter ones, but was still struggling as much as her. "Ah, there's your weakness, you are not that physically strong." She then placed down her weights. With that out of the way Catherine knew what to do. "Let's get back into the ring and practice some techniques. Ones that avoid strength and favor submission."

She let out a slightly annoyed puff of a sigh when seeing Catherine lift much more than she could even think about lifting. The Dragon thought they were going to statt weights, but it was just a test. Aura purs the wwifht down and followed Catherine.

Catherine then began to think of some new ideas for holds and such. The first thing to do was to figure out the best way for her to set her opponent up for one. "Okay, in order to get someone in a submission hold, you have to set him or her up for it. Thing is, getting to there. So, first off, try to get me in any hold of your choice." she then raised a defensive stance and waited for Aura to move.

She had no idea how to exactly "set up" for a move. All she knew was to power her way through to force someone into a submission. And thats exactly what she'll try to do now against Catherine. She tries to grab the girl and force her down.

Catherine grabbed the Dragon's arms before she was grabbed. "Too predictable. Let me show you a trick I use to get people down to the ground. Go stand over there." she signals with her head to the opposite side of the ring.

Shr grumbled a bit when walking towards that corner. She was a bit flustered that her attempt to power through to get Catherine on the ground failed. When she reached the corner, she turns around. "Okay, what now?"
