Carmen Rodriquez vs. Snowman

Snowman managed to get some good hits and it made Carmen stumble bak and to the side. But he didn't expect his opponent to come back swinging just as hard as he was. "NNNGH!! GUUGH!!" he grunted as the hits to the right side of his face and his gut made him stumble back and double over a little.

As Snowman breathed hard while clutching his stomach and keeping one fist up to defend, he would say, "I guess this is why you were in the Olympics, isn't it? You really ARE a champion boxer."

Talk, talk, talk. She would never get used to all the talking.

She stayed on him, keeping her footwork light as she poured on the pressure, and shot out a quick, light jab, nothing much to it, a little blow to hit his guard - an extend on past it after the contact, grabbing Snowman by the shoulder and trying to pull him in for a bearhug.

When Snowman felt alright, he would rush in to get closer to Carmen. He would now try to get two arms up to block that jab, but found it to be quite light. Suddenly, he felt his opponent pulling him in and grabbing around his body for a bearhug. He would grunt as the pressure on his back started to rise and he struggled to break free.

He was getting wily - Carmen was good at locking the bear hug, but not so good at keeping it locked in the aftermath - Snowman was slipping, and fast - at best she could hold him for a minute or so longer. She needed to dump him off eventually, but the question was - how?

She tried to pick him and suddenly stared pushing him back, way back, towards the turnbuckle, trying to slam him hard into it with all the force she could muster.

As Snowman was still struggling in the bearhug, he would suddenly feel Carmen pick him up and started to push him back all the way to the turnbuckle. She would put in as much force as she could and it showed in having his back slam against the turnbuckle. "AAAGH!!" Snowman would exclaim in pain as it felt very excruciating against his back.

But, gritting his teeth, Snowman would try to punch at Carmen's face and body in hopes of getting out of this hold.

Carmen managed to slam him right into the corner - the exact place she wanted him to be. Against her fists, that was the danger zone - she could pepper him all day, with little fear of him escaping.

Of course, escape wasn't the only thing on his mind. He wanted to attack, too.

The punch caught her off guard and made her fall back a few steps, her guard immediately rising to protect her face - the match was furious and fast so far, no reason to be sloppy.

Now that Carmen has stepped back, Snowman had a chance to get back to it. Rubbing his back from that bearhug and slam against that turnbuckle, he would rush in and try to grab Carmen's arms to swing her over to the turnbuckle. He planned to get her in the same level of pain as he is feeling right now so she can be at bay for a while. If this worked, Snowman would also rush in to shoulder tackle Carmen against the corner for double damage.

This was Snowman's chance to show how "cold' he can be.

Not good. Not good at all..

Snowman took advantage of the moment to catch and force a switch, spinning them around and slamming her into the turnbuckle instead. Instinct took over and Carmen did what her training taught her to - arms went up, going on the defense, but that didn't save her from the tackle right into her midsection, driving the air clean out of her.

She gasped, gritted her teeth, and lashed out, driving her elbow down hard into his back, aiming right in the middle.

After the shoulder tackle, Snowman would examine the damage on Carmen. He would see that she was in pain, but it just wouldn't stop her from lashing out still. "NNGH!!" Snowman cried out in pain as he got elbowed in the back. The pain would make him back away and hold his back in pain with one hand. The other would be up in case Carmen is going to get at him again.

One hand? Against a boxer? Not the best idea.

The elbow did its job and got him to back off, putting him on the defensive - the very, very weak defensive. He was stunned, but that wouldn't last long, and this guy wasn't on the easy side - she had to strike while the iron was hot.

She took a bold step forward, ducked under his hand, and threw two quick uppercuts right into the breadbasket.
