Training in a forest cave

" There has been a lot of bad relations between others like me and villages like this one in the past" as he doesn't know that Kentis lost his mother like the other kids in the play group lost family to that same raid even though his own mother didn't cause the trouble this time.

"I approve of it though," said Cedric. "As the father, you can play with Kentis, Xerxan."

Kentis would offer the ball and asked, "Please, Xerxan?"

Xerxan follows Kentis nervously worried that others not as understanding as Cedric see him from their homes.

The other kids saw Kentis and Xerxan walk out. Arasinya and Cyra watched as Kentis introduced his new friend to the group and they warmly welcomed him with a big hug. They hugged Xerxan as if he was family to them.

They can clearly see how confused Xerxan is when they are started to hug him being it really hasn't happened to him before today. He listens to their instructions on how to play the game they were playing to slowly get it right after a few slip ups that was to be expected.

"Don't worry, Xerxan," one girl named Calliope would say. "It takes time to get used to playing."

He nods as he continues trying not noticing at first that it was getting dark till he hears multiple voices say " get away from those children you monster" as he backs away fast figuring those are the parents of the children who befriended him.

Then Cedric would hear the children and their parents arguing about Xerxan. He would go outside to see what the problem was.

The parents would say " keep that monster away from our children we don't need them corrupted or kidnapped for some unholy ritual." Xerxan took all their insults staying as far from them as a few pelted him with rocks making him wince from the ones that hit him.

But Cedric would keep those rocks away as he said, "He is not a monster, nor does he follow with those rituals. He is our guest and he needs help. He has defied from his own traditions and wishes hospitality. If any one of you tends to disagree or hurl another stone, I can arrange the worst punishment for you all for mistreating visitors."

The children would look up to their parents nodded to them in agreeing with Cedric.
