Sisterly melody

Karina was unsure n to whether to accept or not, glaring down at Leiko while she held her close, a bit of redness upon her cheeks as Leiko cuddled into her chest, releasin a gentle sigh and patting the top of Leiko's head.

" Well.. Not like I can stop you, can I? "

Leiko giggled under Karina's kimono as she was patted, clearly amused at what she said. "Alright, I'll join for sure." She said as she looked up at Karina. "How about we visit mother?" She asked, referring to go to the cemetery just to visit their mother's grave.

" You mean.. Right now..? "

Karina glared out at the window from far away, seeing the rain still pouring down hard, stroking idly through Leiko's hair as she went silent or a moment, thinking about something.

"Well... Yes. I mean, I want to tell mother in Heaven of our decision, you know, to be a family again. I'm sure she would be happy." Leiko said as she looked outside the window. It's not a problem for her, because she has her own umbrella, and it is big enough for the two of them to be under it.

Karina kept a blank look at the rain, it was soothing to see and even nice to be in when you didn't have an umbrella to hide under... Karina slowly pulled away from Leiko and stood up to head for the window, standing infront of it and glaring idly through the window.. Visiting her mother... That bitch visited her too many times that Karina herself went insane.. But should she be telling Leiko that?

Leiko watched on her knees as Karina stared outside the window. "Sister?" She asked, clearly wondering what's on her mind right now. "We don't have to go right now. We can do it until the rain stops, or, anytime you want."

Her eyes widened completely for a second, as if she saw something before quickly narrowing them and turned to look at Leiko and said something no one who knew her would believe her.

" Can.. It wait for later? "

Leiko's eyes widened just for a moment. She didn't expect her very own sister to say something such as this. It's so unexpected. But after the time apart from each other, she have to adapt to it. "O-Ok... Are you really ok?"

" Yes, I am... Please excuse me. "

Karina turned to quickly head for her bedroom to do something, leaving Leiko alone.

Leiko slightly nodded and watched as her sister left. She was left confused, although she couldn't do much now. She looked back outside and besides the rain, it was getting darker. So she decided to try to go to sleep for now. She wanted to bring her stuff from her apartment to her reclaimed home tomorrow, so she might as well get ready and get comfortable before sleeping in a proper bed. She stood up and tried to sleep on the couch, laying herself on her back on the seats of the couch, before she slowly closed her eyes. Although it will take some time before she actually sleeps, because she isn't used to sleeping on a couch no less.
