Dave Blake vs Ryo Kamiya: Tension 24/7 Title Match

Ryo was up before even Dave was, hopping on the balls of his bare feet again, though he stopped for a brief moment, looking slightly confused at Dave's offer.

"Um...you..uh...you know I'm not actually old enough to drink right? I mean uh, sure, yeah, lets just fight already!"

With that comical quip aside, Ryo dove back once more into the fray, trying to throw a knee towards the bigger fighters stomach!

Dave shrugs, "Soda then? Fine by me."

He was't smiling anymore when he took the running knee to his stomach. Ryo's momentum knocked him off balance, sending the taller man staggering to the ropes. Wanting more space, he shoved Kamiya back, looking for a superkick right to the jaw, though to be fair his aim may have been off and it was a shot in the dark.

The quick strike worked, staggering the 4 inch taller fighter and sending him back towards the ropes, putting him in perfect position for a follow up attack, shivers of excitement starting to surge through Ryo's young body, already starting to picture himself holding his first title in Tension.

Dave seemed to have other plans however, shoving the speedo boy back and throwing a wild superkick, much like the wild and untamed superkicks found on the plains of SuperKickia, land of Superkicks.

Luckily, Dave was either too winded from the knee or didn't focus enough, as his kick went wild enough, and Ryo quick enough, that he was able to dodge it, avoiding the kick entirely, before he dropped down and stuck his arm between Dave's legs, pulling the now off-balance man down and rolling him up with a School Boy, the referee dropping to count the pin!

"ONE!"

Barely had the count managed to get to one, then Dave had bucked the young man up just enough to toss him off to the side, kipping up to his feet. Heading over to Ryo, he grabbed the young man's head, dragging him up to his feet before throwing him into the ropes.

To the crowds surprise, he leaped clean over Ryo's head, waiting for the rebound to slam his boot into Ryo's skull with a pele kick! The move would leave them both floored if it connected but Ryo would be the worse for wear of the two.

Damn, just a one count. Oh well, too be expected really. Dave was a toughie. Still, he still had some kind of advantage. Last time, he managed to outwit Dave, using his better speed and agility to squirm around him and counter him. Not like Dave had improved his...why was Ryo now running!?

To his sheer surprise, Dave HAD improved his speed, Ryo whipped across the ring before he even knew what was going on. Ok, no matter, just bounce one way, bounce the other, then throw yourself at his bac-

"GAH!"

Dave's sudden Pele kick did the trick, his boot smacking right into Ryo's temple, dropping the speedo boy to the mat!

Dave pushed himself onto all fours, crawling over and hooking up Ryo's leg for a quick pin. The more logical part of him doubted Ryo would go down THAT quick, but he had been surprised in the past.

The crowd was as energetic as ever. The two of them weren't even burned out and the crowd was just eating this up! Dave wondered why he and Ryo hadn't put on matches like this before? Maybe it was because something of value was on the line?

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

"TWO COUNT!"

Indeed, while the sudden kick to the temple left Ryo a bit groggy and disoriented, (and would later leave a bruise,) it was not enough to put him down for the count, the boy kicking out as the referee hit the mat for the second time.

But Dave wasn't the only one with surprises, as Ryo suddenly locked his legs around the arm that Dave was hooking them with, and reached out and grabbed his other arm, before rolling over, using as much force in his body as he could to force the slightly larger Dave to be rolled forward, onto his back, with Ryo right on top of him, holding down both his arms and shoulders, while laying across his chest, the referee dropping down to count the sudden reversal pin attempt!

"ONE!"

Dave barely had any time to process the near fall when Ryo made the reversal, switching their positions with a well placed maneuver that left the young man being pinned to the floor by the speedo clad male.

"ONE! TWO! TWO COUNT!" the ref called, when Dave managed to get his shoulder up, rolling away so the two could catch their breath. Keeping an eye on Ryo, the brunette got to his feet, legs tense and ready to fire when need be.

Damn! That close!

Like Dave, Ryo was quick to scramble away, getting back to his bare feet, giving another cocky, Kamiya-Style smirk, raising his hand up and using his thumb and forefinger to signal just how very close he was to having Dave pinned, taunting his sexy opponent.

But Ryo wasn't content to just stop there, quickly dashing in to throw a knee at Daves midsection!

This was going to be a risk, but Dave had to take it, less he lose any hope of winning this fight! He took the knee to the gut, tensing his body to absorb the full shock of the blow. Leaning into Ryo, he hooked one of his legs, grabbing Ryo's arm with the other. With a roar, he THREW the young Kamiya back in a exploder suplex, slamming him down hard into the mat! He felt bad for being so aggressive, but he had to win....he NEEDED to win!
