Amy Evans vs Zoey Hamilton - standard match

Zoey was a bit too tired to voice her frustrations much more, but her face would do all the talking for the bluenette. Usually Zoey was very good at conserving energy and not wearing herself out in match, however her current strong and large opponent was perhaps a bit too much for the Scot to handle. Through some determination Zoey had managed to last this long and occasionally deal some damage to her large opponent, but it took much more energy than it usually did for her to try and put people away.

As Zoey was trying to recover and stop herself from doing anything stupid and nonstrategic she would see Amy beckoning her over, prompting the bluenette to let irritation cloud her judgement. After a short moment of consideration Zoey would quickly pace towards the Lion, waiting until she was just about to come into contact with Amy, before then lunging forward and trying to headbutt Amy hard in the jaw.

Amy could tell her taunt had gotten to the exhausted Zoey by the look on her face when she did it. That made her smile as she knew that if she got her pissed off enough she would fall hook line and sinker for whatever she wanted from her. And as she charged in like that the blonde knew that she was in a perfect position.

As she rushed in Amy had to admit that a headbutt was not the attack she expected, thankfully her moving to the side the way she did still allowed her to get out of the way. From there Amy would wind back and send a kick aimed at her face, knocking her upside the head, if it hit she would grab Zoey and push her towards the ropes so she would bounce back at her, readying her for her next attack.

Zoey thought that she had managed to nail Amy with the headbutt, although that would only be the case for a moment as Amy managed to move to the side in time to avoid the hit. The Scot would realise too late that her movement was too predictable even if her headbutt was less predictable, but by the time Zoey attempted to pull back from the larger woman Zoey would be struck hard in the skull, causing the reckless Scot to crumble onto one knee as she held her aching head with one hand.

" Agh!" Zoey would cry out, not managing to let out much else in complaint after a damaging strike so late in the match. The bluenette didn't get a break though as Amy pushed Zoey towards the ropes, the smaller wrestler then rebounding back towards Amy, but not managing to turn the momentum in her favour. Zoey currently being vulnerable to whatever Amy planned.

With the match firmly in her hands Amy wasn't about to let that slip away and not take care of this match in a timely fashion. Having forced Zoey to run into the ropes she readied for her to run back into her for her next big move as she would push her up and look to drive her down with the pop-up powerbomb!

Slamming Zoey into the ground she wouldn't take the time to gloat or celebrate, that was for the victory when her hand was rightfully raised as she came down and laid on the girl pulling her leg up for the pin. The ref came down as well and raised her arm to start the pin count.

Zoey wanted nothing more than to continue the match and prove herself against someone like the Lion, but regardless of what the Scot with the attitude wanted her body got the final decision and seemed to go against her will. The bluenette wouldn't be able to do anything other than let out a low growl as Amy laid atop her and grasped Zoey's leg for the pin, the ref promptly enforcing the rules and kneeling onto the mat as she started the official pin. " One! " Two! " " Three!" the ref would yell, causing Zoey to experience a mix of relief and disappointment as she was angry to lose but glad the match was over.

In the eyes of many fans it was probably clear who was going to win right from the get go, but for Zoey there was no unfair match ups, or if there were it was due to her cheap or nasty tactics causing it to be such. The Scot couldn't help but be frustrated as her efforts were proven to be in vain, Zoey only really considering the possibility of defeat when it smacked her like a brick wall.

She knew the match was over from that point. If Zoey kicked out Amy might have lost her mind on the girl, who had a surprisingly level of resistance that she didn't expect from her. Though she remained quite on that matter before she stood up and took in her victory looking down on Zoey.

"Well you can take a hit but this was only ever going to end one way little girl." she said, her voice showing her own exhaustion from the match as well as the sweat and bruises o her body as she backed up and let Zoey lie there while she grabbed her stuff and left.

Zoey would spend a little more time lying down and looking up at the ceiling as her opponent spoke, panting as her body was clearly trying to recover for a hard match now that it had a chance. After a moment though the bluenette would sit up and look at her former opponent and return a quick comment. " You might have won, but still don't call me a little girl...I don't think you could handle another round " Zoey would say, although it was obvious the Scot herself likely wouldn't even last half of another round.

As Amy picked up her stuff Zoey would wait in the ring, trying to gain back enough energy and strength, before then leaving the ring after Amy left to the backstage area. Zoey didn't win which did annoy the woman, but there wasn't much point in making a big deal about it after the fact.
