Megumi adjusted her costume backstage while looking at a mirror. She wore her red one-piece skirt, which had to be recently remade because in her prevous match a sword had torn big gashes in it. The new one she wore was actually a bit too small, hugging her body tightly. It was especially tight across her chest and her breasts. Though the tailor insisted that he made it according to the measurements he was given, Megumi thought that he might've screwed it up. "Or maybe my boobs have gotten bigger?" Megumi thought, "Hmm, well if it was true I wouldn't mind."

When she was finished, she walked out onto the ramp. "nO Limit," by Eclipse played over the speakers loudly, heralding her entrance. Her fans went wild. Megumi decided to be a little more flamboyant when she entered, walking right onto the center of the ramp and doing her dance sequence while the music played and the spotlights were on her. When the chorus started, Megumi dashed down the ramp and leapt into the ring, grabbing onto the top ropes and doing a handstand before landing inside. Her fans cheered again as she waved to the crowd. It was a pretty big turnout.

Megumi then relaxed against the corner post while the referee checked her over. She didn't know much about her opponent, other than it was some newbie who needed to be broken in. Megumi thought to herself, "Maybe I'll go easy on her... nah."

Vicky watched the show from the backstage TVs as Megumi made her entrance. The first thought that came to her mind was celebrities. She frowned at the thought of that, thinking that they are not much of a challenge. But if Megumi was in AFW, then that is something not to worry about. She then started making her way to the ramp. Before she made her appearance, the music "Karma" sung by Kamelot played, and when it got into the instrumental part of the song, the stage erupted in pillars of fire, as part of her pyrotechnics in her entrance. When the brightness of the fire died down, Vicky finally showed herself.

She then made her way down the ramp, enshrouded with whistles of the flirtatious crowd due to the natural stunning appearance of Vicky and her green wrestling bikini set, as the fire was extinguished. Though Vicky herself didn't think anything about the crowd, not caring about them at all. She only cares on how challenging her opponent will be. She always kept a bright smile on while making her way down the ramp, looking forward to the match. She then climbed into the ring, and then quickly made her first look in the ring at Megumi, her opponent. "So you're my opponent? I hope you don't disappoint me." She said with a smirk on her face, seemingly confident in this match. Despite being her first match in AFW, this isn't her first match in wrestling. In fact, she was actually undefeated everywhere else. She just stood in the ring, continuing her glare at Megumi and waited for the bell to ring.

"Flashy entrance," Megumi thought. She didn't think much of flashy entrances with fireworks and pillars of flame. Too gaudy for her tastes, and too crude. The crowd seemed decently impressed though, and some of the men turned their attention away from Megumi to cheer for this new arrival. Megumi watched her opponent carefully, trying to judge just what kind of person she was

When she heard Vicky's challenge, Megumi smirked. "So sure of yourself," Megumi said musingly, "So confident, I like that." She went up the center of the ring, holding out her hand for a shake, "Shall we dance?" Megumi said.

"Hmmm, if you are thinking of a cheap shot, think again. It won't work on me." Vicky merely replied. It was actually a bluff, well, sort of. But she decided to shrug it off and without hesitation, she shook Megumi's hand. It just happens to be that the bell rang during the hand shake, so she quickly back off. She wanted to start fresh, instead of taking an early advantage. She then circled around the ring, in her usual wrestling stance. She then approached Megumi, looking for a lock-up.

Megumi's eyes narrowed when she heard Vicky's response to her offer for a handshake. "I'm not that kind of person," Megumi said. She didn't like it when people misjudged her, especially if they misjudged her the wrong way. But she didn't take advantage, because she really wasn't that kind of person. She also let go quickly when the bell rang, backing up a few steps and assuming a fighting position, hands raised and close to her face. When Vicky approached for a lockup, Megumi accepted, going in close and trying to get beneath Vicky's defenses to grab her forearms and toss her to the mat.

"Very well then, I believe you." Vicky merely replied to Megumi's comment as they lock-up. She was thinking of overpowering her first just to test Megumi's strength, but it seems her opponent won't co-operate as she planned to throw her down onto the mat. Despite being heavy, Vicky was still tossed down to the mat. Her face winced in pain only for a quick second, before disappearing quickly. She seems to be not bothered by it. It hurted only a little actually, so, unfazed by the pain, she quickly try to get back up. If Megumi comes near her, she would attempt to go for a biel throw, grabbing her by the arm and throwing her down to the mat by her back.

As Vicky got up, Megumi took the chance to properly examine her opponent. Vicky was taller than Megumi by a few inches, and seemed to be a bit heavier as well. In physical terms, Vicky had the advantage. Megumi wasn't afraid however. Her opponent was probably plenty strong, but Megumi thought she could easily match Vicky's strength. She decided to attack Vicky when she still had an opening created by her last move. Megumi went over to grab ahold of Vicky's arm and whip her into the corner, but she fell for Vicky's trick. Vicky's toss sent her onto the mat on her back as well. She quickly rolled, following the motion and minimizing the force she ht the ground with. She would try to get back up quickly, to seem strong against Vicky.

"Not bad, I guess we're even," Megumi said.

"Indeed, but only at this stage of the match. At the end, there will be only one victor, and that victor has bragging rights over the other of who's stronger." Vicky said confidently. She then prepared herself once more, and back herself away from Megumi. She then started to circle around her again. She would offer another lock-up. If that is arranged, she would do it with more strength, and when Vicky sees even the slightest push back from Megumi, she would go for a traditional side headlock.

"Guess I'll deflate your ego then," Megumi said. This was just banter, Megumi didn't know if she could win against Vicky, but it wouldn't hurt to make it seem like she was confident. Megumi focused her mind, blocking out her doubts. Her eyes suddenly blazed with an inner flame, as her determination rose. She was in her groove now, ready to take Vicky down!

When she saw Vicky offering to lock up again, Megumi seemingly accepted, moving up close to grapple. But that was not her plan. She didn't really want to tangle in tests of strength against Vicky, who was larger and probably stronger. Instead, Megumi would take the low road, ducking down when she was close enough and trying to spear Vicky in the gut.

Vicky almost smirked when the lock-up was seemingly accepted, but soon realized it was a ruse when Megumi speared her. Her face showed signs of pain as she felt that shoulder ramming into her stomach, her hands resting on Megumi's back, her ass sticking out as a result. But then she devilishly grinned in such an unpredictable moment, ignoring the pain. "If you're planning to spear me down, you should've done it with more speed and distance. Otherwise, you can't bring me down." She whispered into Megumi's ear, before she decides to apply a front facelock. Vicky is maybe not the most defensive person, getting hit easily by almost any move, but she makes that up with her great endurance. She's just lucky the spear is a short-range version. If Vicky successfully puts Megumi into a front facelock, she would bring her down with a DDT.
