Megumi Mutoh Vs. Vicky Harper(Complete)

Megumi thought she could just peacefully drift off to sleep, but a little problem called pain kept on keeping her awake. Now that the adrenaline had worn off, Megumi could really feel the effects of the beating Vicky gave her, from the pounding headache to the sore knee to the mass of bruises starting to form on her back and arms.

"Heh, you too," Megumi said, "You gave me a pretty big beating Vicky." She paused to take a breath, "I'm glad I fought you. Do you think it was worth it, getting all beaten up like this?"

Vicky thought about it after some time, and decided to speak up. "Well, if we did put in our best effort in this fight... then yeah, I guess it was worth it... But it looks like we can barely get out of here ourselves, or even move for that matter... Hehhehheh..." She said, still tired. After that powerbomb, her back really hurts, along with her stomach, and she still had some hint of dizziness in her head, but it will go away soon, hopefully.

"Oh don't worry about that, the medics are coming," Megumi said, "They'll scrape our battered bodies off the mat."

And it was true; two medic teams came out came and eased the both of them onto stretchers, taking them to the hospital. Right before they took Megumi away, she said one last thing to Vicky.

"Hey, give me a call later," she said, "We should go out sometime."

Vicky knew that there were two meanings to Megumi's quote "We should go out sometime", but, it looks like she didn't mind it. It doesn't matter which meaning it is, she would still definitely go out with her. "Sure, why not? And I'll definitely issue a challenge again against you for a rematch... Don't you forget it!" She then closed her eyes and just let the medics do their job, not going into unconsciousness, but instead, resting. She doesn't want to see the ceiling lights too much, it just blinds her too much...

The medics padded both girls in, picked up the stretchers, and bore them both out. It was a pretty unique match by AFW standards, as one girl managed to scrape a victory and yet was also getting carted off to the hospital wards. Some might've even gone as far to say as the match was a tie, but it clearly wasn't. Megumi Mutoh, the veteran, had barely managed to triumph over Vicky Harper, the newbie. Already people were talking about just how string and how good a fighter Vicky was. It wouldn't take long for Vicky to become one of the bigger names at AFW, if that was truly how strong she was.
