Meet the Fans!

Chris smiled as she heard Alicia's request to murder the fan who thought up that request.

"Just be glad they had Valley doing that hold to you instead of me. I've been using variations of that hold for most of my wrestling days." she replied. "Take a break while I check on Val...."

With a parting grin, she walked over to where Valley had laid herself down and took a knee.

"Hey there, Val. How are you holding up?" the taller of the blondes asked, concerned she looked over her friend. "You still wanna keep doing this?"

Valley was worried for a moment, looking up as best as she could to see how Alicia was doing. True, the move hadn’t been peaches and cream for her, but the big redhead had been on the receiving end, and Valley knew from experience that the torture rack could easily live up to its name, especially if you had the displeasure of being in it too long.

So she was relieved when she heard Alicia speak, seeing that she was still her surly, somewhat violent self.

Still, at the rate this was going it was going to take a toll on their bodies, one she wasn’t sure they could all endure. She still wanted to do something with Chris and Alicia - they had a captive audience and a ring to themselves, opportunities too good to pass up. They had to do something with it.

”Okay, how about this.” Valley set up and looked between the two. ”Let’s take a little break - get some water, heal up, five or so minutes - then come back and have ourselves a little triple threat? Maybe a little less painful, a little more fun?” Valley cracked neck and grabbed a nearby rope, using it to pull herself back up. ”We can always go back to it if we’re feeling up for more when we’re done.”

Yeah, Alicia had very much had that impression already. If nothing else, the far smaller gap in size between her and Chris would have made it much easier on the blonde than on Valley. That said, while it might have been more painful, it wouldn’t have felt like she was about to fall over every other second.

At the moment though, she was just going to take Chris’ advice and the big redhead’s only response was a jerky wave of her hand as her head rolled back to stare at the lights.

That was going on her list of holds to avoid at all costs.

Otherwise, she just lay there for another minute, thinking vaguely murderous thoughts until Valley’s voice intruded into her ears over the roar of the fans at ringside. With a grunt, Alicia managed to sit up, hissing at the jolt that hit her spine but not letting it stop her from using the ropes to lever herself to her feet.

To be honest, part of her wanted to get her hands on Valley for a little payback – while the kickboxer was no coward, she was rapidly becoming of the opinion that had been stupid. And that Valley ought to have told the fans to pick something else, something that wouldn’t cripple either of them.

And yes, she knew intellectually that it wasn’t the blonde’s fault but…

Yeah. Alicia was still a little cross, now that the pain was less front and centre at least.

Leaning against the ropes for balance, she cracked her own neck and stretched out her arms before nodding.

”Sure. I’m up for another triple threat, after a break anyway. Standard rules or were you thinking something different while we’ve got an audience?”

"A triple threat?" Chris raised an eyebrow. "Sure, I'd be up for it. You know, after a break."

With that, the tall blonde left the ring, nodding and smiling to a few fans as she made her way to where her gym bag was. Once there, she pulled a large bottle of water from it and opened it. Taking a drink, she took a moment to collect her thoughts before heading back to the ring. She offered the bottle to Valley as she leaned in one of the corners.....

Valley could admit that, on paper, this wasn’t the best of ideas. Maybe this just wasn’t her day for bright revelations.


Alicia and Chris were a handful and a half individually, a fact that Valley knew with painful certainty. Taking them both on, even when they wouldn’t be solely focused on her, wasn’t a good idea. Doing it when it wouldn’t even improve her W/L/D ratio was, arguably, pointless.


But it would be fun. Ultimately, that was why Valley wrestled in the first place.


”Standard’s fine. At least as standard as a three way can get it.” Valley finally stood straight and took the time rub her neck. She swore, she could still feel Alicia’s body on her shoulders. The woman would’ve made a terrible pillow. ”Think we’ve had enough experimenting for one day.”


Valley started to make her way through the ropes, only stopping halfway through to massage a kink out of her back and accept Chris’ drink. ”Just a few minutes. Be right back.”


With that, Valley took off and came back several minutes and a refreshing bathroom break later. She clapped as she approached the ring, centering the small crowd’s attention, and rolled inside a few seconds later.


Valley got back up to her feet and strutted over the middle of the ring, where she waited with hands on her hips and a wry smirk on her face. She looked between Alicia and Chris and motioned for them to come over. ”All right, I’m good to start.” She beckoned them on and bent her knees, starting to move into stance. ”Ready, set…”

Alicia ducked out of the ring behind Valley, making her way silently to the back. The five minutes were spent rehydrating herself and running through a good routine of stretches. That hold had done a number on her back. Not crippling with a little time to get over it but she wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be a major issue. There was also a difference between being warmed up enough for swapping a few holds and even a friendly match with Valley and someone built like Chris Morgan.

Still, after the torture rack, Valley had a good point about enough experimenting for one day.

She was also back in good time, getting back into the ring and using the ropes to stretch out a bit more for a short while before Valley reappeared from the back and called them all to order. There was an intent look on the redhead’s face as she paced over to centre ring to join the blondes, eyes flickering between them as if sizing them up. Valley was a known quantity. And one that Alicia knew would give her a good fight.

Chris… less so but still obviously someone she might enjoy locking up with.

As Valley counted down, the redhead bent her knees and let a fierce smirk twist her lips.

”Go,” She completed the thought, almost simultaneously driving a hard kick right at Chris’ ribs. It hadn’t been that long since she’d had a scissors on the big blonde and she wanted to see if Chris was still feeling it.

It was a tough choice. If she let Valley build up some momentum, slowing her down would be hard. But Chris was big, very strong and an unknown factor aside from being good enough to go toe to toe with Valley. She needed to chip away at that strength a bit, before she could think of trying to get a submission out of the other amazon.

Triple threats were a match type Chris always was wary of. In the Wrestle Angels she had taken part of more than a few, and Chris had generally found herself getting teamed up on more often than not. She couldn't honestly blame them, she was bigger and stronger than most of the roster. But it did teach her that she needed to be from an attack at any moment.

When the redhead called 'Go.' Chris's attention turned to her.

Alicia's leg lashed out at her midsection with a hard kick. Quickly, Chris backed away from the kick while reaching for the attacking limb to catch it. She would then push it back towards the Brit, trying to make her stumble backwards. Then the tall blonde would lunge forward, swinging an arm at Alicia in a lariat, trying to score a hard knockdown on the redhead!

Valley wasn’t sure if she should be insulted, flattered, or just grateful that Alicia chose to target Chris Morgan first instead of heading her way. She could see the sense in it - the giantess was not someone you ever wanted to turn your back on - but then again, she liked to think she fit into that category, too.

Whatever the case, it was something that she could take advantage of, and she firmly intended to. All she had to do was wait a couple of seconds, knowing Chris well enough to anticipate the way she’d respond to the opening volley…

...there it was.

As Chris came at Alicia high and up front with the lariat, Valley came at her low and below. She ducked and spun around, extending her leg as she turned to hit the Scissor Queen in her ankles with a sweep, guaranteeing that she’d be hitting the mat no matter what.

To be honest, she hadn’t known what Valley would do. Go for Chris, go for her, the options were limited but Alicia wasn’t the stand back and see type. And, with this being her second three-way match, her caution was distinctly lessened from the first time she’d been here.

It thus wasn’t entirely a surprise to find herself the meat in a blonde sandwich but that didn’t mean there was much she could do about it. First, Chris blocked her attack – well dodged it – and made Alicia stumble. But the kickboxer’s lower body strength made her hard to unbalance for long and it was anyone’s guess how that lunge would have ended if Valley had stayed out.

But she didn’t.

And with her supporting foot swept by Valley and her neck hammered by Chris’ lariat, there was no way even Alicia could stay standing, expert balance or not. The redhead came crashing down to the mat, her neck twinging from the new round of abuse. But she didn’t stay there for long, rolling out of the way of her two opponents.

With a hard push, she had a knee under her. Her head came up, eyes darting from Valley to Chris and back again. There wasn’t even an ounce of fear in her gaze, nor caution nor even much in the way of pain.

Instead there was a vicious, exultant smirk that twisted Alicia’s features into something cruel and hard. It was a look Valley at least would be very familiar with but she wouldn’t have much time to remind herself before the big redhead had shoved herself back to her feet.

Sinking into her fighting stance, she beckoned the pair of them on, her grin if anything widening.

”Bring it.”

She was damn sure she couldn’t take Valley and Chris at once but she was going to have fun trying.

Chris looked back and forth between Valley and Alicia. The redhead seemed more than willing to take both the blondes on at once, beckoning them both on. There was also an unsettling look on the Brit's face, something that made Chris wonder, not for the first time since joining the AFW, if the league needed someone to do psych exams on the roster.

Well, still, if Alicia wanted a fight, Chris willing to oblige her. Lunging forward, the former Wrestle Angel tried to get her arms around Alicia's waist before lifting her up and taking a step towards a corner. She would then try to hurl the British girl backwards, so that she would sail a short distance into the turnbuckles, the American looking to establish her strength game early....
