Wrestle Angels Showdown (Katori vs Chizuru)

Chizuru grunted as Katori evaded her with relative ease. The speedy Katori landed a solid punch to Chizuru's side, her ribs stinging from the blow. The following kick would also find it's mark as it cracked into her back. She had to admit that they were not at all easy to shrug off especially that kick. It forced her to bite down hard on her own teeth to keep her from making a sound.

However, Chizuru would step in towards Katori and would try to throw a low kick to the back of Katori's only standing leg before she could recoil the leg she used to perform the high kick. She would try to take it out beneath her and have her land on her ass. As much as she like Katori there was no room for mercy in the ring, she would try to smash her knee into her face while she was there.

There was a competitive smirk on Katori's face after she dodged her opponent and landed a punch to Chizuru's side and then a high angled kick in her back. When the kick landed it made a sound that almost sounded close like a slap which tells her it must have hurt. It was so far a great start in Katori's favor for her 2 first attacks to be as effective as they were.

Just before Katori was able to bring her leg back down, her free leg was knocked out from under her, making the girl drop down. She let out a yelp when she did and landed flat on her butt. Katori groaned after the drop and was about to quickly push herself up only to take Chizuru's knee to her face! She let out a yell upon impact and clutched her face as she laid down on the ring mat.

"Did you just smirk at me, the nerve of you. I'll teach you how to treat your senpai! Chizuru said as she kneed her foe in the face.

Chizuru was smiling of course actually liking the fact Katori was confident and eager to defeat her. However, as much as she liked Katori's attitude, she couldn't very well let her kohai get away with smirking at her without some reprecussions. She had an image to maintain after all.

After laying Katori flat, she would jump up into the air before throwing out the back of her leg to slam across Katori's chest.

"Heeyah!

Hits the the face always hurt badly, especially when the thing that hits it is the knee off all things, and Katori was stunned good when she was hit. Her hands covered her face as she writhed in pain but kept breathing deeply to try and calm herself down and regain her composure. Freaking out this early in a match over something like this wouldn't help at all.

Even if it means being left open for her opponent. Right when Katori uncovered her face she saw Chizuru in the air and coming right back down to hit her with a Leg Drop across her chest! "Ughh..!" Katori grunted when the leg landed and clutches her chest now.

The upside is that it didn't hurt as much as the knee to the face, so it means she can recover quicker. Katori will attempt to roll over onto her front and push herself up to get back onto her feet to try and get on the defensive before Chizuru attempts to push on.

Chizuru grinned as her leg cracked across Katori's chest with a satisfying sound. She watched the girl roll away with a knowing smile. Getting to her feet, she dusted herself clean and she took her time. Getting into her grappler stance, she eyed Katori carefully but with an ever present smile. It was plain to see Chizuru was confident yet cautious. Having control of the match this early, meant good things for her. She waited for Katori to get to her feet before cautiously inching her way forward.

Once she was in range, Chizuru would pounce forward and lock up with Katori. She would try to push, then pull Katori forward and get Katori's head caught in a headlock.

Luckily even after having a chance to press on, Chizuru didn't go after Katori at all and even let her get away. She took that chance to recover as best she could before the brunette powerhouse decided to come back for more as she wanted to be ready when it happens. Katori took deep breaths as she rubbed where she was hit on her chest by the Leg Drop. After a short while, the Successor takes her hand off her chest and gets in a defensive stance.

By then she notices Chizuru slowly moving forward and right on cue she also pounces at Katori as well. She had little time to react but was able to throw her arms onto her opponent when she grabbed at her. The two struggled a bit as Katori was pushed back but was suddenly pulled back with Chizuru locking the girl's head under her arm in a Headlock.

Katori yelped in surprise and grunted when the hold was secured on her, and after being tripped, knee'd in the face, and had a leg slam on her chest, this was a bad position to be in. To try and weaken the hold and escape, Katori will wrap an arm around Chizuru's waist in a tight one armed hug while using her other arm to throw punches at her sides before the brunette can try anything.

Chizuru grunted as she took several punches to the side, each blow made her cringe with pain as they battered against her ribs, knowing that they'd be bruised later. However, the brunette was made of harder stuff and braved through it. She hissed through her teeth in frustration. She knew a suplex from this position was difficult but not impossible with Katori wisely hugging it close around her body. However, if life gives you lemons, one should make the very best of it.

"Rahh!" She would bend her legs getting ready to lift Katori up.

She would grab some of Katori's Ring attire Material from her hip and lift her up off the ground. She'd try to use a lifting DDT to slam the top Katori's head onto the ring floor.

Katori was in a really bad position trapped under the arm of her sexy powerhouse of a colleague at the moment, and considering exactly WHO this was that is not something to be taken lightly at all. She struggled in Chizuru's lock with punches to her side and started to wiggle and shake as well to try and weaken the brunette's arm around the Successor's neck to break free.

But it wasn't working all, being specialized in power moves and throws also meant that Chizuru had tough endurance and so while they did hurt and can bruise, she can tank the simple punches easily. To add to this, Katori feels the briefs of her leotard being grabbed on which pulls up and gives her a small wedgie, making her eyes go wide from the sudden jolt as the angel was lifted up by Chizuru and slammed head first with a DDT.

"Gaah...!" The force of the drop shook the ring a bit as Katori fell on her back once her opponent released grip on her. Katori clutches her head with one hand while slowing moving to sit up straight let's out a quick chuckle. "Well, this could've gone a bit better.... heh heh heh..." She said while reaching behind her to pull out the wedgie.

"Toriya!" Chizuru roared as she performed her lifting DDT. The satisfying, resonating sound of Katori's head hitting the mats made Chizuru grin, she loved that sound more than anything in the world. The sound of a perfectly executed slam, the sound of body hitting mat and it always sent a shudder down he rneck. After slamming Katori to the mat, Chizuru tumbled to her feet. She stifled a giggle as Katori adjusted herself, the brunette hadn't really thought that would happen but in retrospect she should have known better.

"Oh?" Chizuru said with a playful smirk. "I'd say it's going rather well for me but don't lose heart Katori. There's no shame losing to your betters!"

After throwing herself backward into the ropes, Chizuru came charging in at Katori, arm extended, for a devastating clothesline!

Despite being in a disadvantage at this moment, it didn't bother Katori as she straightened herself up. Her grin from her chuckle didn't leave her face at all as she sat there. When she heard the "huh" from her opponent, the Successor turned her head around to look back at Chizuru and grins even wider as she listens to her colleague playfully brag banter. Oh and Katori is gonna love putting that brunette's foot in her mouth later~

Thankfully Chizuru doesn't press on and lets the blue haired girl recover and get up, which she does and stands up fully on her feet ready to continue. Katori turns around and sees Chizuru launching from the ropes right at her. All while the Mighty Successor just stands there and waits.

And once the brunette closes in, not only will Katori duck and dodge the Clothesline, she'll fall to the side and use her left leg to trip Chizuru and the right leg to push her over said leg to bring her down and crash facefirst with a Scissor Sweep!
