An Unexpected Meeting (for IndigoDragon)

Shindig would see that the submission definitely did a good number on Yoshiro based on how she's slowly getting up. He would stretch out his arms and crack his knuckles before returning to his own fighting stance. He wanted to be ready for her as soon as she was.

Once Yoshiro was fully standing, Shindig would start walking to her and preparing to strike just when he gets close enough.

He was coming towards her again it seemed. Yoshiro looked at him with a bit of a glare. Flipping her hair a bit, she scoffed and threw a kick forward! Her bare foot jutting out to try and catch Shindig right in the stomach.

Shindig was just about to attack her right then and there, but he was caught with surprise by the last kick to his stomach. "GUUGH!!!" he coughed out loud as the strike winded him out and made him double over. He staggered backwards as he tried to regain his oxygen before continuing.

At this point, Yoshiro has a chance to land another attack.

Yoshiro took two punches at Shindig. One to his face and the second as an uppercut. If he didn't fall over already, Yoshiro would try to make him by pushing him onto his back.

"AGH! UGH!" Shindig cried out as Yoshiro continued her assault by throwing down a couple of punches: one to the face and an uppercut. This made him stumble backwards while holding his face, which gave the bird the opportunity to push him down onto his back. He hit the mat with a thud and he tried to relieve his pain so he can refocus on his opponent. Shindig just can't let Yoshiro win this easily, so he would try to stand as quickly as he could.

If Yoshiro tried something else, then Shindig would be ready for her.

She had to keep pressing forward she he wouldnt get a chance. Ahe delivered all of her punches and even pushed him down onto his back. Yoshiro moves a step forward and lifts up her foot to stomp right down on his chest to keep him on his back.

"Whatcha gonna do now, big man?" She teased.

Clearly, Yoshiro wasn't going to let Shindig get a chance to recover as she was moving quickly towards him. She would lift up her foot and give him a stomp onto his chest. "NNGH!!" Shindig grunted from feeling the stomp and remained on his back for the moment.

When Yoshiro teased him in asking what he's going to do now that she's got him, Shindig would smirk as he said under his breath, "Wouldn't YOU like to know..." And right after he said that, he would quickly try to grab onto Yoshiro's foot with both hands and twist it to make her spin and fall down on her stomach to the mat.

If this worked, Shindig would also try to maintain his hold on that foot as he intends to apply an ankle lock.

She was doing well. Yoshiro was about to do something more agter that stomp. Something to benefit her in more ways than one. But he put a stop to that when he grabbed her ankle and forced her to slam down onto her stomach.

"Aughhh!" She yelled out to the empty gym as he cranks on her ankle. Ahe reaches her hands out to a rope, but it was so far away from her.

Shindig successfully got out of that tight situation and turned things around to get things on his favor. He can tell that the hold was doing a good number of Yoshiro based on how much she is struggling. He did feel a little sorry as the ropes were out of her reach, but he couldn't do anything about it.

Then Shindig had a little idea when he remembered that Yoshiro is still barefoot. He would attempt to sneak his closest fingers up to her toes and start bending them backwards while keeping the ankle lock in. If this worked, he can show his opponent that he's not holding back on anything.

She was struggling already. But what he did only escalated the situation. Yoshiro let out a loud half-moan, half-scream. She pounded the canvas with a closed dis and reaches for the ropes again. But they didnt get any closer.

"L-Leeet go of my toooes! " She cries.
