Silver and Gold

It was just about that time again for Lady Lakota. Three times she had fought for the Entropy title—once as a challenger, and twice as champion—and all three times she had won the title. The matches had all been very different—this one a little more sensual, that one a little more violent, this one a little more even, that one a little easier. All of her opponents had been worthy competitors. She wouldn’t have chosen them if they hadn’t been.

She knew her next opponent was more than worthy. Not only was the girl well-established in the league, but she had recently been on a hot streak, ever since coming back from the 2014 edition of Summer Splash.

Janet had met her next Entropy challenger for the first time back in Atlantic City, after a tag match that seemed to have seriously drained the girl’s spirit. Since then, Silver Ace had made quite the recovery, earning three victories in three matches and generally looking like an indomitable force on the AFW roster. It was time for Janet to put that perception to the test. Ace would be the most experienced challenger that Janet had yet faced for the title. But the Native American champion was determined that Ace would be far from her last challenger.

The Entropy champion emerged into the AFW arena bedecked in her full tribal regalia. It had been quite a while since she had been dressed in her full costume, and she enjoyed it, soaking in the wild applause from the packed house as her haunting, chanted theme streamed in through the speaker. All of the spotlights, colored in subdued yellows, greens, and rusty oranges and reds, converged on her, and then swept outwards over the audience. The champion grinned and strutted down to the ring, grabbing a microphone and hopping between the ropes.

“It’s time for another Entropy title fight!” Janet called out, and the audience responded enthusiastically. “I know I have a tendency to ramble, so I’m going to cut my spiel short tonight so that we can get down to business!” She got another cheer, this one very appreciative. The crowd had an idea of who Janet was going to call down to the ring, and didn’t want to wait any longer than they had to to see the fight. “My opponent needs no introduction. Her three-match winning streak since the summer speaks for itself! And so, Silver Ace, why don’t you come on down and see if that winning streak of yours can hold up when there’s a nice piece of gold like this on the line!” Janet would use her free hand to hold the Entropy title belt aloft, eliciting the loudest applause yet from the audience.

Ace couldn't believe it. The Entropy Champ, who had the ability to choose any opponent she wanted to defend her belt against, had picked her?

Ace hadn't been scheduled to compete, but had shown up and dressed in her ring gear anyway, planning on making an open challenge, never expecting she'd be called out herself, and by a champion no less.

She didn't waste any time, quickly making her way from the locker room to the entrance ramp, having a member of the ring crew hand her a microphone as she stood in front of the crowd, getting her usual mixed reaction, though there were a few more cheers for her than usual, her recent winning efforts possibly converting a few fans to her side.

Last time she had encountered Lakota, the girl had helped lift Ace's spirits after Summer Splash and the breakup with Valley had brought her down to what felt like, to her at least, rock bottom. Raising the mic to her lips, she began to speak.

"Well...I have to say Lakota, I'm pretty flattered. Last time we met, we said we'd face off in the ring one day, but I wasn't expecting you to put your belt up on the line as well. It's an honor, I mean that."

She replied, showing proper respect for Lakota challenging her, the crowd picking up on that and giving a small applause in response before Ace spoke again.

"I've seen your last few defenses, and while they were tough...I believe the rules of the Entropy belt allow the opponent to pick the match stipulation, so I'm going to pick something that'll test you more than any match you've had before, hentai or otherwise..."

Ace paused for dramatic effect, appearing to think about it, before smirking and pointing at Lakota directly.

"Alright...You and me...one on one...Title on the line...in a Submission Match!"

Janet smiled slyly as she saw Ace appear at the top of the ramp, already dressed in her ring gear. Either she was expecting this challenge, or she had been backstage prepping for something else entirely. Well, whatever had been on Ace’s mind, right now she had better be able to devote herself fully to a title fight, and give it everything she had.

Janet would put her belt back around her waist, then put her hands on her hips and happily listen as Ace accepted her challenge. She called it an honor, too, and evidently she really meant it. Janet was honored that her opponent was honored. She was excited already. This definitely had the potential to be the best Entropy title match yet—not just during Lady Lakota’s reign as champion, but all-time. And Ace seemed to know just what kind of competition she wanted to take the champion on in. A submission match. Janet licked her lips hungrily.

“Sounds awesome,” Janet would reply into her own microphone. “Any other specifics you want to add to it, sweetie? Once we’ve got the rules down, we can get started…I’m ready whenever you are.” She winked at Ace. The fans cheered, too, excited for the match that was just about to happen…

Ace smirked back in reply, before shaking her head and raising the mic again.

"Nope! All I need is to get you down and make you tap, and then that shiny belt will be coming home with me!"

She yelled, hopping back and forth on her feet a bit, feeling more and more excited by the second.

"Ready when I am you said? Well, personally, I'm ready right now!"

Ace dropped the microphone, making her way down the ramp, ready to get into the ring and get things started!
