Slumber Jam '14 [For Killcarrion]

Blossom sat tight, shut up, and enjoyed the movie.

Well, okay, she didn't really sit tight. Through the flick, she occasionally, subconsciously, but quite happily rubbed up against Death Bunny, just enjoying the squishiness, likely with the predictable results. She couldn't help herself, though, and just being near Death Bunny was pleasure enough.

And she didn't really shut up, either. She squealed at the scary moments. To be fair, it was a surprisingly scary movie with lots of jump scares...that gave her plenty of opportunity to bump against Death Bunny. Conveniiiiiiiient.

She did enjoy the movie, though. 2 out of 3 isn't bad.

When the movie was finished she clapped, having thoroughly enjoyed it for so many reasons. It was crazy, violent, silly fun.

"So!" She pipped up, turning towards her guests. "What'd you think?" She gave Death Bunny a little poke in the side.

“Zzz….zzz….Who-Wha-Huh?!” Bunnyâ€s eyes widened as her head sprang up from her nodding position, jostled awake from the poking in her ribs. Apparently Bunny had dozed off near the end after the main protagonist had chainsawed through the original undead bunny that started the curse, explaining why Blossom was able to cuddle Death without repercussions. Rubbing her eyes with her index finger and thumb, Blossom chimed in as she poked her head out from under the covers where she hid during the scary parts.

“That wasnâ€t so bad!!...Well the parts I had my eyes open for.....Youâ€d think Iâ€d be more prepared for this movie after already having a scary bunny in my life. Whatâ€d you think B?.....Oh hold on a sec....,” Turning her back to her couchmates, Maki started digging into her tote bag looking for something.

“Well…..it delivered on its premise, Iâ€ll give it that. Though why didnâ€t the zombie rabbits gang up on the guy instead of going at him one at a time? He jus kept slicing them up. Plus real zombie rabbits should have been faster and jumped high enough to rip his juggular and have him bleed out.”….Apparently Bunny was rooting for the undead bunnies the entire time.

“Mmm-hm…ah, here it is,” With a twist and a bright smile Maki unveiled what she was searching for….a nail polish set. “I figured we could break out a classic sleepover activity~….Oh, unless you had any other ideas, Blossom?”

Well, that went well. Better than Blossom expected. Though, since Blossom expected that Death Bunny might go crazy and wreck her apartment, the bar was set pretty low. Fortunately, Bunny had gotten a little sleepy at certain parts, allowing Blossom to enjoy some closer contact. Everyone came away happy, it looked like.

Blossom lit up when she saw the nail polish, belting out with a little yelp on pure reflex, but stopping when she looked at Death Bunny from the corner of her eye. She'd said no nail polish. Specifically. But it would be sooooo neat if Blossom could just paint one or two on her, maybe get some purple to match her hair. She was in a good mood, it seemed. Maybe she could be persuaded.

Blossom turned to Death Bunny and turned on her best puppy dog eyes. Lips pouted. Brows furrowed. Ratcheting up the cute levels as far as they could go. "Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease?"

With the unveiling of the nail polish set came a certain twinge of unease that not 1,000 undead rabbit monsters made D.B. feel. Her assumption that Maki and Blossom were practically one and the same was starting to ring more true with each moment D.B. spent in both their company.

To her left Maki was already ramping up the cute factor with a starry eyed gaze and both hands folded tucked just below her chin. To her right Blossomâ€s cuteness technique was in a league comparable to Makiâ€s, leaving Death surrounded in a pincer attack. Her head lowered as her tempers rised, leaving her eyes closed before turning to Blossom for another shouting match.

“I SAID-!!!”….” Before D.B. could finish with her party pooping declaration, she caught from the corner of her eye Blossoms casted leg dangling off the coach cushion, pausing for a few quick seconds as her tempered composure slowly reemerged.

“…….Fuck.” Leaning forward D.B. would start to slip off her heavy boots one at a time, revealing her well-manicured but unpolished digits….not rabbits feet.

Blossom's suspicions were confirmed - there was a god of nail polish, and he was looking out for her.

She braced for extreme retribution, but it never came, and her streak of surviving Death Bunny's wrath was sustained. What was more, it seemed her dreams were about to come true in the greatest way. Blossom loved feet, anyone who spent anytime around her could figure that out, and she'd always wondered what Death Bunny's looked like. As she pulled them free, she looked as if the Ark of the Covenant.

She sat there, slack-jawed, for a moment. They were everything she ever dreamed of. Big. Immaculate. No scraggly nails. They were practically begging to be polished, like a canvas in grave need of a painter.

Blossom looked up, exchanging glances with Maxi. "You go right. I go left."

While in Blossoms†mind the unveiling of Deathâ€s foot was an awe-inspiring phenomenon that may have as well have had beams of light flashing behind it and a chorus of ‘Hallelujah†playing in the background, to Bunny it was just a foot, which made Blossomâ€s sublimely stupefied expression even more unsettling…and even MORE unsettling when she glanced to her right to see Maki with the exact same expression.

“…Uh…you know, maybe “I” should-OHHH no you donâ€t!!! This is a once in a millennia opportunity that that the gods have blessed us with!!!” Yanking up D.B.â€s flawless footsies on the foot high living room table, Maki already started adorning cotton balls between each toe and filing her toenails, leaving the kit wide open for Blossom to use as well.

Squinting and fidgeting to all the fast motions whizzing around her, a few droplets of sweat couldnâ€t help betray how nervous she was. All the sharp objects and clippings sounds around her toes, for the uninitiated to the world of mani-pediâ€s it can be a nerve-wracking, almost invasive procedure!! Not to mention the ladies at her feet were hardly certified stylists...but they WERE certifiable.

“Wow B., Iâ€ve never seen you volunteer to try out something so girly!! Oh!! Next we should we talk about boys we like~!!!

“I NEVER VOLUNTEERED!!!”

This would be a moment that Blossom would remember and treasure for the rest of her life. A crowning achievement, something few others could claim or even think possible - painting Death Bunny's toes. Her own, personal Mount Everest.

Like Donatello working on his David, Blossom came at Bunny's toes with a meticulous eye, taking her time and making sure to not let her infatuation affect her work. Her gaze was focused, her hand steady as she filed away some excess nail and gave Death Bunny's nailed a smooth edge. "Perfect. Perfect..." She listlessly whispered under her breath, glancing Maki's way.

"Oh?" She dabbed back into the kit, filling up her brush. "What boys are you interested in?"

Bunnyâ€s squinting eyes slowly opened one at a time as Blossom revealed her bewildering expertise at this sleepover staple, expertly trimming and filing away at her nails until they were rounded with symmetrical precision. Though she was relieved to see she neednâ€t worry about her foot being returned with one less toe, the creepy stalker whispers weren't exactly putting her mind at ease. Maybe she should be worried…

“Hmmmm~….Well, their was a cute guy I met back when I was first thrown into a wrestling ring. A reporter, kind of a nerd, but he was my biggest fan!!~….but weâ€ve kind of lost touch since the company went belly up. And the Tension roster just seems full of guys who would rather bench press you than treat you to dinner. I dunno...How about you Blossom? Anyone in particular you have your eyes on?” Maki would start to dab her brush and paint her own canvas, noticing Blossomâ€s technique and learning a few tricks from her pedicurist partner.

Blossom broke out into a blushing fit when the question was thrown back her way - how long had it been since she had 'girl talk'? Not since high school, at the least, and it wasn't like she really knew anyone she could seriously engage in it with. Obviously, Death Bunny would never go for it, but Maki showed loads of promise - the two of them seemed to be on the same wavelength, and Blossom couldn't help but wonder if some of her descendants had ever spent some time in Japan...

"Welllllllllll..." She ran a slow finger across her chin, thinking about it. "No boys. I'm not really big into Tension. But there is this girl!" She giggled and dropped back down, throwing the occasional glance Bunny's way as she whispered. "She's strong and tough and a little bit dark, but I think she's really nice on the inside. Nicer than she wants people to think, anyway." She winked. "And ever-so fluffy, to boot."

Blossom idly kicked her feet about behind her as she finished up on the filing and started to put on the polish.

With every glance in her direction the vein on the side of Bunnyâ€s head grew and pulsated with further emphasis, a noticeable gust of angered fueled steam piping through her nostrils. As much as Death wanted to leap up and finally deliver Blossoms long overdue pounding, any sudden motion may mess with the nail polishing procedure….wait, why was she suddenly caring if her pedicure came out alright?

As Blossom detailed her dream girl a thought bubble popped over head as her rambunctious mind flipped through the entire Friction roster catalogue trying to determine the identity of her mystery crush. Finally pointing her finger in the air in a ‘Ah ha!†moment, Maki nudged herself over so she was cheek to cheek with Blossom so the big whispered reveal could be kept between the two of them.

“Ah~….well donâ€t you worry, Iâ€m sure once [url=http://afwrpg.informe.com/forum/friction-roster-f10/libby-liberty-vella-t3271.html:s44evozn]Liberty[/url:s44evozn] gets to know you youâ€ll hit off in no time~…” Leaning back Maki would speak up to address Death behind them. “Hey B., how about you? Is there any-No. Aww, are you sure thereâ€s-No. But I thought-No. Okee dokie then~…..”

With both artists painting away the Bunnyâ€s toed procedure seemed to be nearing itâ€s completion, a fresh purple gleam shining off her feet...Sparkly.
