Last Woman Standing: Adrian vs Natasha Grudge Match

Adrian's ears were ringing and her vision was blurry, but she had enough sense to get a feel for what was going on. She was looking up at the lights, the referee had started to count but the crowd wasn't counting along but seemingly holding their breath for something. Added to that she couldn't see Natasha around and she was starting to piece the whole scene together in her mind.

Her ability to read a crowd wasn't her most well known abilities, but it had paid off gangbusters before, allowing her to snatch seemingly impossible victories from the jaws of defeat, and she knew the tell tale signs of someone going top rope and looking to squish her underneath. And she still had enough strength to roll as far as she could out of the way and let Natasha crash and burn for once while she got started on breaking the count.

Natasha couldn't believe her eyes as she soared through the air towards the cosplayer, but no matter how impossible it seemed the reality was Adrian was not only stirring but rolling away, leaving nothing to stop her from crashing to the mat. She did just that a moment later, her knees hitting the mat hard enough to shake the ring as well as send a jolt of pain up through her spine, the woman unable to stay on her knees as the force of her landing sent her tumbling forward. She shot her hands out to try and keep herself from smashing her face against the mat but only managed to slow down her fall, groaning after the harsh impact before slowly pushing herself back up onto her scrapped up knees.

She figured she was fortunate not to have gone for a splash or something else more extravagant, otherwise she wouldn't have had anything to stop herself from crashing and burning on the mat outright, and while her knees certainly paid the price at least she wasn't out cold from her own missed move. "Not...uh done." She coughed out as she began to push herself back up onto her feet, starting with just getting up onto one knee before standing up properly.

Adrian coughed up a smile as Natasha face planted on the mat, glad that she had squirmed her way out of that predicament. "Me..." she wheezed, rolling onto the ring apron and trying to pull herself back up on the outside of the ring. "Me neither..." she said, getting back to her feet by the count of seven, her head still pounding like a pneumatic drill.

That landing had to have hurt, even if it wasn't a splash or anything, the shock going through Natasha's legs must have been immense, and it really said something that both women were still at each others throats after taking so much abuse. Adrian's back was still in shambles and she definitely had a concussion, Natasha was leaving blood everywhere and just landed in a way that would leave a lesser woman's legs broken, yet the two were still going with everything they had left.

Natasha could hear the ref counting but it seemed to her to be coming from somewhere off in the distance, as if it had nothing to do with her and was something she didn't have to pay attention to. It was only after hearing Adrian that the reason for the counting came back to her, Natasha suddenly remembering the stipulation for their match which she had forgotten about somewhere during the back and forth violence between her and the cosplayer.

The count had reached eight before Natasha forced herself to get back up to her feet, but almost immediately she began to sway on her feet and stumbled back to lean against the corner. Once again she felt something wet upon her lips and chest, bringing her hand up to wipe away the blood dripping from her nose while staring at the woman who had caused it, who at that moment was not far away standing on the side of the ring apron attached to the corner she currently presided in.

"I bet this pleases you right, seeing me bleed like this? You are so fond of telling me how perfect my life is, probably don't think I've ever bled before right?" Natasha said in between her heavy breaths, using the ropes for support so as to keep as much of her weight off her legs as possible.

Adrian hung onto the top rope for dear life as she slowly pulled herself back up, trying not to fall off the apron as she gathered her senses. "You haven't shut up yet." Adrian wheezed back, waking along the ring apron to where Natasha was bent over. "Course I'm not happy..." She said with a cold glare as she tried to pull Natasha back up to her feet.

Natasha kept her eyes on Adrian as she slowly made her way over towards her, but she couldn't do much else so soon after her failed attempt at a high flying move or else risk her legs giving out beneath her. Looking down she could see the chair, one side of which still had some of her blood on it, that both of them had suffered some damage from, but while it was only a few feet away it was just out of her reach at the moment, especially once Adrian grabbed hold of her. She tried twisting her body left and right to shrug off those hands of hers but it wasn't any help, Natasha staring up into the woman's eyes as she was dragged back up onto her feet.

"Oh you're not? Enlighten me then as to why this doesn't please you, wasn't I the one to blame for everything going wrong in your life?!" She yelled out at the cosplayer even though her face was only inches from hers, still breathing heavily even as she reached up to grab Adrian by her shoulders.

"Because..!" Adrian yelled as she stared Natasha square in the eyes, not backing down an inch. "You..!" She began, reaching up to grab the back of Natasha's head so she could slam her face repeatedly on the top turnbuckle. "Won't! Shut! UP!" She bellowed, putting as much force as she could muster into flattening the French woman's face against the thinly padded steel rings.

Natasha wasn't sure what Adrian had in mind as those hands of hers grabbed onto her hair, the french woman clutching at the girl's wrists just as the cosplayer slammed her face down against the top turnbuckle. "Ugh!" She groaned out as her already bloody and likely broken nose was smashed into the barely covered turnbuckle, seeing more of her blood staining its cover as her head was pulled back up only to then be slammed down upon it again.

The pain was excruciating and she had no doubt her nose had to be broken at that point, afraid at what it might look like after the match though she knew she had to forget about that for now. Shooting her hands up she would wrap her arms around Adrian's neck and then throw herself down towards the mat, trying to drag her along for the ride by slamming her chest against the rope and then dragging her over the top rope and back into the ring.

"Akk!" Adrian choked as Natasha pulled her over the top rope with hands around the cosplayer's throat, resulting in an undignified and painful fall onto the mat. It wasn't that far or hard as falls go, she had enough time to brace herself as she toppled over the rope, but having her small chest pressed up against the strong but thin ring ropes and the French Woman's hands around her neck made it very uncomfortable for the already tired Adrian. But at least she still had enough energy to glare up at Natasha, and see what a mess her face was by now.

Natasha was winded and running off of pure willpower at that point but even so she managed to drag the smaller Adrian up and over the top rope, dropping the woman down on her back with both of them staring at the other. Natasha saw a couple drops of her blood drip down from her nose onto the woman's face, Natasha quickly wiping the blood away while cringing as her hand brushed against her no doubt broken nose. Reaching down she wasted no more of her breath on words, pushing her body further past its limits as she tried to not only drag Adrian back up to her feet with her back to the corner but to also lift her up onto the top turnbuckle.

She had to make sure whatever she did next was enough to finish the match however, and after a quick look around she found the same chair that had dealt damage to both women throughout the match. Kicking it with her foot Natasha positioned it not too far from the corner where Adrian now sat upon a turnbuckle, Natasha would then climb up until she was standing on the second ropes, looking to deliver a series of harsh punches to her head.
