Arasinya simply couldn't take this. His city considers this a law? "I can't believe this. Even though the law sounds fair in treating a woman with respect, something about it doesn't seem right. The bureaucrats couldn't change anything about it?"

" The who city and many more down underground follow the same religious laws which I was like most men inducted when I was old enough to understand the laws immediately. I Believe the only person that could change the laws won't listen to you because she is the one who passed the laws down for the priestess to follow in the first place."

Arasinya looked down and kicked the dust in anger. "Well, I'm just glad I'm not like those matrons nor their lazy and controlled daughters. I'd like to give that lawmaker a piece of my mind." But then she sighed and added, "But who am I fooling? I just wish there's a way to stop all of that."

" It was the patron goddess who put down that law for them to follow which unless you had enough magical trinkets to give you to ability to go toe to toe with a goddess it will be better just to leave it at that."
