Natasha Han vs. Tessa Price

Natasha pushed off the ropes towards Tessa as she wandered towards her. Her eyes flitted towards Tessa'a hands as her fingers moved up, and she would quickly raise her own arms to block a potential strike. This left her midsection wide open though, and so she was struck by the kick, doubling over sharply then letting out a loud grunt as she was planted into the mat by the sudden DDT.

The DDT found it's mark and brought Natasha down along with her. Usually the DDT wasn't her first choice move as it let you fall on your face and Tessa hated getting hit in the face with a passion, but setting up the swinging neckbreaker or any move in a similar category would have taken too long to execute and probably ended in disaster. There was nothing to give away without a need when you fought with *the* Natasha Han, she was in no doubt about that.

With the Russian grounded, she would try to grab her arm and subject her to a cross armbar.

Natasha grit her teeth as she felt Tessa going for her arm. She had a feeling the woman was going to try a hold now, but she wasn't about to let her get it locked in on her.

With a bit of a struggle, she would try to start pushing herself up to her feet, and if she could get up to them, she would fire off a quick blow to Tessa's own midsection, hoping to stun her long enough to jerk her arm free.

With an arm trapped into an arm bar, it was only a short way to the omoplata crossface, and the crossface meant victory if an opponent wasn't made of pure steel. It was too bad that this all stayed a construct as Natasha had no intention to play along in her little plan and got up with Tessa holding her arm.

It would become obvious that Natasha was more of a striker than a wrestler and freed herself with a punch to Tessa's midsection who tried to take a small step back to minimize the pain of the punch before being forced to release the grip and stagger further back, gasping for air too, but as soon as she would be able she would go for the ropes and go for a flying forearm to keep the initiative on her side.

Natasha stagged away from Tessa, rubbing at her arm gently. The blonde was giving her a bit of a hard time. Maybe it was because she was tired from her workout already, or maybe she had simply underestimated the woman, but she needed to sharpen up and turn this around, and quick.

She turned back to Tessa, just in time to see her coming forward towards her. Quickly the Russian would race back at her, dropping down at the last moment with a drop toe hold, trying to trip up Tessa and sent her to the mat.

Tessa came swinging out of the ropes and was about to lift off from the ground when she realized that the Russian was much nearer than she had expected and even put a drop toe hold on her, sending her face first to the mat.
"Uaa!...Uuufff..."
Air was pressed out of her lungs as she hit the mat, trying to cover her face with her arms, blindly swinging with the leg not subjected to the move to keep Natasha from turning the drop toe into a more vicious submission and to keep her at bay.

Natasha quickly hopped up to face Tessa as she went down. She had indeed planned on catching Tessa's leg, but as the blonde swung it around she frowned, decided it was a bit risky now.

Instead, she backed away, just a bit, from Tessa, and began to circle around towards her head, where she would wait for her opponent to start to rise, and the moment she did, Natasha would come in with a knee lift aimed right for her face.

Her kick had obviously hit nothing, so either Natasha had a plan or was staggered back by herself. As she got up, she finally got kind of enlightenment as a knee hit her face.
"Uhh!"

with the biggest of possibly surprised looks at this action, she staggered back into the ropes, clutching her nose with both hands in reflex. It had to be repaired in the past several times and served from her first operation on it as a point of weakness and well of anger in unison when it got hit.

Natasha wasn't letting up as Tessa staggered back from her. 'Friendly spar' or not, every match counted in her mind, and so she was going to put up her best against this newcomer.

She lunged forward, noting the way Tessa grabbed at her nose so quick, thinking it to be a spot of weakness. As she neared the blonde, she would try to grab her into a grapple, then transition it into a quick side headlock, clenching her arm nice and tight around the neck of Tessa.

Her opponent lost no time and put her into a side head lock. It was kind of a relief for her, although it surely was not very lightly applied, but at least there was a way out of a move like this, unlike against a flurry of blows or something like that.

Looking to come even more into the middle of the ring by playing along with the move, she would try to get a grip around the waist of Natasha to apply back suplex on Natasha.
