Makie Akamatsu vs Yoko Honda (Complete)

"YEAH!" Makie pumped her fist as she rolled back up to her feet. Seeing Yoko stumbling back, she ran after the other girl, running up to launch herself feet-first at her to catch her head in a scissors. If she succeeded, then she would twist her body sharply, trying to hurricanra her opponent to tha mat.

As Makie came running in, however, Yoko would look up with a smirk. She was tired of the way Makie had been dominating the match, and was ready to try and turn things around again.

Once Makie snagged the blue clad woman with her legs, Yoko would grab at her legs and let herself fall backwards, trying to counter Makie by suddenly catapulting her backwards!

"Gah--" was all Makie would say as Yoko suddenly countered her flip with a flip of her own, sending her sailing over her with a cry before landing hard on her back. Moaning, Makie arched up, rolling sideways as she lay stunned from the flip.

Yoko turned over quickly, to face Makie as she thudded into the mat. With a small grin starting to force it's way back onto her face, she got back to her feet, inching slowly towards Makie, waiting for her to try and rise again.

Slowly, Makie pushed herself up, her face flushed a bright red as she wobbled to her feet. She turned to face Yoko, glaring at her opponent all the while.

Outside of the ring, Kameyo leaned against the apron, her elbows propped up on it, her head resting in her palms. She tended to get bored easy by Yoko's fights; wrestling really wasn't her thing, and she had accepted this job more out of respect for the Honda family then any real interest in the sport. She hoped that that either Yoko or Makie could get a fast win over the other, so she could get back out of here and back to the backstage. The crowd annoyed her, and the smell of the canvas and the ring agitated her nose, causing her to frown every time she thought about it.

Back inside of the ring, with both of the woman on their feet, Yoko tried to charge in at Makie, trying to lock up with her once more!

Makie was still reeling from Yoko's previous moves, and so was unable to counter effectively as Yoko suddenly came lunging at her in a lockup. Their arms interlocked, but Makie huffed as the momentum of the taller girl drove her back. Stumbling, she dug her boots onto the mat, gritting her teeth as she strained against Yoko. Dammit, she's strong...

Suddenly, Makie gripped Yoko's elbows tightly, springing backwards off her feet before swinging forwards to drive both knees into her opponent's midsection.

Yoko pushed hard against Makie, trying to show her foe that she still had plenty of strength and energy in her, trying to overwhelm her with her burst of power and the sudden lock up. She gritted her teeth back as Makie strained against her, pushing and vying for the advantage...and, of course, the blue haired woman's overconfidence would get the better of her again. With no real warning, Makie's knees would drive into her midsection, and Yoko would drop down to her own knees, letting out a sound that was a mix between a bark and a scream, hugging herself tight as the pain from the knee drop coursed through her.

Makie landed on her boots, noting with satisfaction that her hit had done some damage. Determined to get back in the driver's seat, Makie grabbed a handful of Yoko's hair, feinting a knee lift...before releasing Yoko's hair and spinning her body around sharply, aiming to send a snap kick to the side of Yoko's head just like Kyo had taught her.

Yoko dropped to the mat on her side after Makie's kick connected, curling up and grabbing at her skull, kicking her legs a bit in pain. This match was not going how she had planned, not at all.
