Haruka Tenou vs Kyo Akamatsu

Kyo's head went sideways again as Haruka nailed him with another punch. Fighting off the dizziness as best he could, he gingerly turned to punch her back again, when Haruka's knee suddenly slammed into his stomach, causing him to double over.

Haruka then would pull at his arm to go for the irish whip to the ropes.

Kyo was somewhat dazed as Haruka grabbed his arm, whipping him across the ring towards the ropes and sending him bouncing back.

As Kyo was launched Haruka would back up into roes to launch herself and as Kyo rebounded back would suddenly jump and throw her hands down as if to leapfrog Kyo!

Kyo was still too stunned to react as Haruka came running at him...only to leapfrog over his shoulders. Running onwards towards the opposite ropes, he came bouncing back, trying to clear his head to prepare for any actual move Haruka might use on him. His head was still hurting, however, and he still felt dizzy from the repeated punches...

Seesm that haruka had taken a bug gamble in using the bouncing power of two ropes to build up serious momentum and now try to explode on Kyo for a 3rd attempt at her World Shaking Clothesline Finisher.

Kyo was unable to stop himself, and while he knew that Haruka was up to something, he didn't have the energy to avoid it. Instead, he rushed at her head on with a clothesline of her own, raising his arm in the hopes that his clothesline would hit harder than hers.

What he didn't know was that Haruka's clothesline was her finisher. The two of them collided in the centre of the ring, and colours exploded across Kyo's face as Haruka's forearm smashed against his skull. At the same time, his forearm slammed hard against Haruka's own head, just before he crashed onto his back, completely dazed.

Haruka's clothesline had most likely hit Kyo so hard that his own attack would have almost disintegrated against her like a 10 year old kid trying to swing a bat at the locomotive from Unstoppable. Even though Haruka had been running on fumes, the killer momentum she had built from rebounding from two ropes coupled with the fact she was using her finisher had probably nailed the coffin shut here.

In any event Haruka did fall to her hands and knees and started panting heavily on the ground, dripping sweat on the mat. It would take a few seconds before haruka would summon the energy to crawl on top of Kyo and then fant across his chest as she went for the pinfall cover.

Kyo was dimly aware of Haruka's warmth against his chest and the mumuring of the crowd in the background. Everything else, however, was just white noise to him as he lay motionlessly on his back, his eyes closed. The referee dropped down next to him and Haruka and began the countdown.

"One..."

Haruka lay stll across him as she waited to see if this was it. Was this the final pinfall?
