No Excuse for Poor Etiquette Empty No Excuse for Poor Etiquette

So much can happen during a year that one could hardly keep track of what is happening. But despite all the chaos, the Tension crowd was happy that their resident Dancing Passion came back to grace Tension once more. And unlike her past returns, she has come out with a bang, hitting the ground running and striking while the iron is hot. The British Aristocrat was so glad to have returned, performing and wowing the audience with her dazzling performance…while also teaching a few troublemakers a good lesson in manners.

With such a showing, Eliza would be remiss if she didn't keep up with her training regimen. As someone who is one of the Tension's key players, as well as being someone many men and women desired. Chloe would not be there to help her this time. However, that will not stop her from going to the gym and to practice her steps. It has been a while since she had graced the Tension gym. Despite the threat of unpleasant folks, Eliza was confident in her martial prowess to defend herself. But she would prefer not run into any trouble. But the Darling of Tension knew that would be asking for too much. One flaw that came with being a star meant people could snipe you from anywhere. Eliza knew the game all too well.

The Dancing Passion entered out the changing rooms dressed in a dark red leather corset and black stockings; Ms Harenwood had already completed her stretching beforehand. The blonde picked herself a part of the room to use, bringing a small CD player for herself. The mats have been set out for her, Eliza giving one last stretch with her leg. The violins would begin to play on the speakers, reminding her of her time in Venice and the memories she made there. After performing one last leg lift, Eliza proceeded to begin her routines. As the delightful tunes started to play, Eliza had gracefully begun dancing, displaying tremendous balance on her feet. Elegantly and flawlessly moving from ground to air, flowing like water as she did so...

No Excuse for Poor Etiquette Empty Re: No Excuse for Poor Etiquette

Post by Teenwrestler Thu Jul 09, 2020 1:02 pm

Among the new blood of Tension, Jacob Masters believed that he was the cream of the crop from the recent pool of wrestlers that had stepped foot in the wrestling world of AFW. Apart from his older brother and leader of the Dominion, Trent Masters, Jacob considered to be second to none when it came to wrestling. Such confidence didn't come with over-confidence and arrogance but Jacob had a slight misogynistic side to him too. He didn't quite get behind the concept of women in the wrestling word let alone women wrestling men which was the whole concept behind Tension i.e. breaking barriers.

Jacob Masters (right) :

Not one to intentionally find trouble, Jacob was working hard to improve his physique and stamina in the Tension gym tonight. Usually he wouldn't try to pick fights with anyone and would do his own thing but something caught his attention today which normally wouldn't. Whilst working out in a very strength focus training regime, punching and kicking the punching bag and working out quite a bit of sweat his gaze shifted towards a elegant lady who was busy doing some impressive dance moves on the nearby mats.

Now, there was no denying that the woman was very pretty and her dance moves were quite elegant yet Jacob couldn't get behind the fact that the Tension Gym was somehow also a ballet practice arena. Rolling his eyes at her, he couldn't help but approach her to confront her for what she was doing. Jacob would wipe the sweat off his face before taking a drink of water and soon would walk towards the dancing passion.

"Um, hey! Excuse me Ma'am I think you're in the wrong place. This is a place for wrestlers to train and wrestle, not a ballet practice. So I'm quite certain you're in the wrong place and if you don't mind escorting yourself out I think that would be great so as to not distract anyone" he would say.

No Excuse for Poor Etiquette Empty Re: No Excuse for Poor Etiquette

Post by BritBrat Wed Jul 15, 2020 11:04 pm

Eliza usually practised alone. It had been so when she was growing up where it had been just her and an instructor. All the time spent was alone, and with no one, Eliza had inwardly missed out on the camaraderie of being in a ballet class. But it did lead to Eliza honing her steps after all, in Britain you would be the pariah of any ball if you didn't know your steps. But still, Eliza was no stranger to dancing with others, one time she fondly recalled teaching Clyde Gastin how to dance. Now that was funny, Texas two stepper he was not. Eliza still was partial to performing with others, she had worked as an instructor from time to time since joining Tension. Nevertheless, Ms Harenwood was not expecting any members of Tension to be partial to her music, likely telling her to knock it off soon as they walked out the locker room. A CD player may have been archaic, yes, but Eliza found using headphones to be too cumbersome and often her hand movements would knock them out of her ears.

Ms Harenwood quietly panted as she performed one routine after another, despite her exotic attire Eliza was known for keeping a straight lace on things. Even when in battle, Eliza was a whirlwind as she battled to overcome her opponents. Eliza then performed an elegant butterfly kick, over time in Tension, the Dancing Passion learned to adapt her steps into various martial art strikes. Particularly kick based ones as befitting her nature; indeed, several opponents of Eliza had been educated about the dangers of her dynamic and explosive strikes, and many fans watched in awe of Ms Harenwood's acrobatic prowess. Eliza was no sadist, but she did come to delight in wowing the men and women of Kyoto with her movements.

Speaking of Tension members not partial to her moves, let alone her music, Eliza's vision would focus on the voice that was calling out behind her. She spun round to face the man, her stocking clad feet moving naturally to the fourth position, a habit due to her ballet training. She should have known someone would have a problem with what she was doing and at the very least, this man had at least come to her to voice his issues. It was just the fact that the Darling of Tension wasn't entirely happy with the tone he had. Not the most diplomatic, Eliza had to stand her ground, showing a calm and regal expression that hides what she was feeling. "I can assure you, sir, I know full well where I am. While I can agree that this is a place to train and wrestle, as you say, I have used this place to practice for many years, and no one has had a problem with me doing so." Eliza calmly stated her defence. "Plus, I am training. One that you are disrupting. It's not always about treadmills and dumbbells."

No Excuse for Poor Etiquette Empty Re: No Excuse for Poor Etiquette

There was no way this girl was for real. However, he did pick up on her accent and realized she was a fellow Brit but aside from that plus point, Eliza was not going to pick up any more points in the eyes of the Perfect Storm. Not only did she interrupt his serious and more appropriate training regime (at least in his eyes) but she dare have the audacity to actually call her silly little ballet dance a method of training.

He would actually chuckle at that part and shake his head in disagreement. "Listen sweetheart, the only reason no one has ever had a problem with you doing your ridiculous ballet before is because Tension was a dumpster fire before it was legitimized by real wrestlers such as myself and the other members of the Dominion. Things are going to change around here for the better and it starts by stopping these little dance practices you have got going on in a wrestling gym" he would say adjusting his briefs and wiping the sweat off his forehead.

Jacob would take a step forward and approach the Dancing Passion. "Now, I'm going to have you ask you to stop this and take this to a ballet practice....or else" he warned.

No Excuse for Poor Etiquette Empty Re: No Excuse for Poor Etiquette

At this point, she might as well be used to whatever detractors had to say about her style. The Dancing Passion wouldn’t let Jacob’s words get to her, especially about his comments in regards to the legitimacy of her style. If Jacob even cared to look, Ms Harenwood had a whole catalogue of matches where this has been effective. While Eliza could admit that Tension might not be the best place in the past, Jacob wouldn’t have survived during that time. Especially with King lurking about. He wouldn’t be as good as Clyde.

“It would only seem that you would be the one that has a problem with my practice. Anyone can make a name for themselves here. Idols. Rockstars. Ex-Military. And even artists.” Eliza would say, bringing her resting hand up to cup the side of her face, an index finger tapping against her cheek. “You’re not the first that thinks like that, and I am confident you won’t even be the last. I did indeed improve over time and put many hours practising like others. You can laugh, but I’ve beaten men bigger and stronger than you’d ever dream of being. They all fell to me and my legs to their rightful place. You are no better than the punks I had to deal with in those decadent courts.”

Eliza stepped back to create some space between them, settling into her stance, arms tucked inward near her navel, heels raised slightly upwards. “I do not take threats kindly, sir. Do so again, and I shall give you a lesson in decency and show you why my reputation in Tension is so well established.”

No Excuse for Poor Etiquette Empty Re: No Excuse for Poor Etiquette

Post by Teenwrestler Sat Sep 05, 2020 1:17 pm

It was true that Jacob hadn't done his homework on just who he was talking to here, Eliza Harenwood was one of the wrestlers who had survive the dark days of Tension and had wrestled many opponents who were probably far more intimidating that the Dominion member before her. The disrespectful attitude of the chauvinist was perhaps getting to the usual calm and collected Dancing Passion who would not let him question the legitimacy of her style.

Forming a rather dignified response to him, Jacob would raise his eyebrow and scratch the back of his head in confusion. Most of what she was saying went over his head and he didn't care to really pay attention to her explanation. What did catch his attention was her statement that she had beaten bigger and stronger men that he would dream of being coupled with the fact that she would give him a lesson should he threaten her again.

"Whoa, whoa, hey there easy now princess. First off, there is no one bigger or stronger than me here. I can take out all the chumps you have wrestled in your career easily. Secondly, there is nothing a woman like you can teach me. Finally...there is nothing you can do about me telling you to take your silly little dance routine elsewhere because if you don't do so, well I'm going to have to make you" he said, threatening her yet again.

No Excuse for Poor Etiquette Empty Re: No Excuse for Poor Etiquette

Post by BritBrat Tue Sep 29, 2020 12:37 am

Eliza wasn't going to take any kind of disrespect here, mostly after all she has been through to get here. It was quite clear that this fellow Brit had absolutely no idea who she was, and that would require another lesson for him. Few would get away disrespecting the Dancing Passion, especially when they weren't in the Tension ring. However, the constant insults and disrespect from the man brought the ire of Eliza. Him not knowing the Darling of Tension was perhaps the reason why he was this bold. But Jacob was playing with fire. And that was going to get him burnt by the flames of the Dancing Passion.

"Oh can you now?" Eliza raised an eyebrow at him. An uncaring eyebrow as she didn't care much for what that braggart had to say. He was perhaps no different to that so-called "Great One." Jacob, in his wisdom, would carry on threatening the British Aristocrat and that would seal his fate. "Know that I did warn you…."

The Dancing Passion began to move, flowing from her head to her toes, seemingly being formless like water. Lifting her left leg slowly, retracting it then raising her right leg. Bringing the knee to her breasts and then moving the leg back, before suddenly spinning far faster than any average person and seeking to clip the foolish man solidly in the side of the head with her heel.

No Excuse for Poor Etiquette Empty Re: No Excuse for Poor Etiquette

Post by Teenwrestler Tue Oct 06, 2020 3:50 pm

Jacob had said his piece and now waited for a reaction from Eliza. He was hoping that the Dancing Passion would simply shut up shop and leave but part of him really wanted her to stand by her decision not to, so that he could take her out of the gym himself by force if he had to. The blue brief male wrestler stood his ground, unmoving and ready for a brawl should it occur.

However, his fellow British Aristocrat would simply raise an eyebrow at him and questioned his ability on whether he could back up his words. No doubt the two came at an impasse, one which could not be resolved without conflict. When Eliza reminded Jacob that she tried to warn him, he got ready for the challenge what was supposed to come next.

Only it didn't. Jacob raised his eyebrow when Eliza, perhaps started to perform a dance routine or something, which was no doubt to annoy him further. Jacob had enough, if she was going to disrespect him with another ballet than he would have to throw her out just like he had suggested. Only, the movement of her feet were not part of any ballet dance and suddenly, smacked him on the side of his head with a spinning heel kick.

The force was enough to emit a loud smacking sound, the kick hit him like a truck and that was all Jacob remembered. What followed next was simply a blackout as the male fell down on his belly and was clearly knocked out cold by that sudden swift strike.

No Excuse for Poor Etiquette Empty Re: No Excuse for Poor Etiquette

Post by BritBrat Mon Oct 19, 2020 6:06 pm

Ms Harenwood wondered if this man really did his homework here in Tension. Even with the hiatus she took, many man and woman knew that the Dancing Passion’s well-executed, acrobatic offence was known all over the Tension league. It was something that made up for her lack of size, continually proving that one can fight smarter, not harder. Jacob might be as good as he claims, being a great wrestler, but it wouldn’t compare with the poised and educated legs of the Dancing Passion. Such manners were unbecoming of a man that came from the same land as Eliza resided. So she wasn’t going to leave without teaching him some proper manners. Reaching an impasse, the threat of violence against her, Eliza knew that giving him an inch would mean he’ll take a mile.

No matter what, Eliza expected much of the same when it came to those unaware of the Darling of Tension. Her movements were graceful, elegant, carefully place steps as she moved. But she was considered a rose, and one needs to handle her carefully, lest you get pricked by the thorns. They may not seem as much, but in truth, they hide the danger that Jacob was too blind to see. And before he realized, it was already too late.

Just one strike was needed to send him down to the ground, Eliza’s foot struck at the side of her head, Jacob must have been knocked for a mental loop after a blow like that. Myths and legends could form about how instantly he no longer spoke when silenced due to the Darling of Tension’s wrath. Quite frankly, befalling the Perfect Storm felt good, and a noticeable smirk would have been seen as she spun round to face him. Her outstretched leg would gently move down to the floor, just next to Jacob’s head.

“That is simply your own fault, sir.” She chided as if Jacob was conscious enough to hear her. With all of that done, Eliza made her way towards one of the gym patrons to help her. She wasn’t going to leave him there like that. A nurse would come to his aid and bring him out of the Tension gym. Most likely, she would tell him that he was an idiot to be angering Eliza Harenwood. That being done, the Dancing Passion would move back to her training, simply putting what happened in the past.
