Tomoko Iida vs. Izumi Hartmann

Despite the pain, Tomoko forced herself to get up, still massaging her sore back. She grimaced, a little bit of tears still could be seen in her eyes. Due to the pain she's currently experiencing, she was having problem focusing on the current matter at hands, namely her opponent who had climbed up the turnbuckle and had prepared herself for something.

"Nngh..." Tomoko moaned, almost buckling under her weight due to her weakened state. She was an easy target for whatever Izumi was planning to do to her at this very moment, which would make Tomoko's position a precarious one.

Izumi took a few deep breath as she watched Tomoko struggling to her feet. Slowly, the girl raised her arms, giving her opponent a last smile, not showing any bad intent, but definitely wanting to beat her, to prove herself to everyone. "There we go!" Izumi whispered to herself as she finally jumped off the turnbuckle and towards Tomoko.

As she was in the air, Izumi rotated with her right knee out, aiming to hit Tomoko right in the face with her finisher, something that she had called the Royal Flush. The strongest combination of Cards, and her strongest move. If she hit the move, Izumi would of course immediately try and go for a pin!

Tomoko turned around to see Izumi standing on the top turnbuckle, but she had no time to move out of her way when she finally leaped off the turnbuckle, and she received a knee strike into her cute face. Tomoko's whole world was shaken thanks to the impact into her adorable visage, and the knee strike sent her tumbling down onto the mat, her upper body hitting the canvas first as her legs shot up before falling down.

Now barely conscious, Tomoko could feel Izumi's weight on top of her as her opponent went for a pinfall attempt. Tomoko was so disoriented that despite her wanting to roll her shoulders aside in order to stop the pin, she had no strength to do so. The ref would come and start counting for the pinfall.

"ONE!!!"

Even when she heard the ref's voice and the sound of her palm hitting the canvas, she could not muster her strength to kick out of the pinfall attempt.

"TWO!!!"

Izumi felt like she had finally done it when her knee connected with Tomoko's adorable face. And while she felt sorry for her, Izumi had to win this, so she wrapped both her arms around the other girl's legs to keep her shoulders on the mat as she heard the ref counting.

"ONE!!!

TWO!!!

THREE!!!"

And then suddenly the bell Rang, Izumi jumped to her feet and cheered for herself, raising her arms above her head as she heard the cheers from the cloud, along with some boos for how she beat up Tomoko. But those boos didn't concern the girl as she celebrated her victory, climbing onto the top turnbuckle again, facing the crowd and raising her fist in the air.

But then, she jumped down again, walking over to her opponent, leaning down a bit and extending her hand to help her stand up. "That was an awesome fight. Now come get up, I can't possibly celebrate while you lie here in pain."

And so, the match ended with Tomoko's loss. Tomoko remained on the mat, letting out a groan, a little frustrated by her loss. Still, she knew that she would get a loss sooner or later during her tenure as a wrestler in AFW. Still, Tomoko couldn't help but feel upset a little for being defeated. This was her first loss in AFW, and her winning streak was finally broken.

She could tell that Izumi was celebrating her victory. But then, she noticed Izumi coming over to her and holding out her hand to her, offering to help her stand on her feet. At the very least, the one who defeated her was gracious enough to show a sign of sportsmanship. "Thanks," Tomoko said, taking the hand and let herself be pulled up on her feet. "Well, congrats. It was quite a good match, though I lost in the end. Still, thank you for the match," she smiled at Izumi.

Though she's upset by her loss, she was glad that she was beaten by someone like Izumi. She was pleasant enough that she could accept her loss graciously.
