Mikayla Pryor vs Yuki Nakamura KO Match!

Yuki let out a small sigh when the blow connected to her opponent. It stunned her for a brief moment, enough for Yuki to attempt pressing Mikayla back, when her foe made a quick counter. By the time she realized what Mikayla was about to do, it was too late.

The woman's arm collided with Yuki's chest, slamming the snowdrop down to the canvas. Yuki's head smacked painfully on the ground, causing her ears to ring and her vision to turn white for a moment, with all the wind knocked clean out of her.

It was fortunate, Mikayla knew, that she felt her arm connecting with what had to be Yuki's chest, given that she was swinging while still disoriented from the blow to the head. But, she had to take chances, too, to be able to win, and standing defensively while Yuki took potshots at her from such close proximity just wasn't smart. She followed through the hit, turning to face the silver-haired young woman who had fallen to the canvas from the hit. The blonde took long enough to wince yet again and bring a hand up to hold the part of her head still somewhat aching from Yuki's hit, but did not waste further time, knowing that with the lighter woman on the mats, Mikayla could make some progress.

"Hate to knock a nice one down, but...", she mumbled only loud enough for Yuki to hear, as quick footwork carried her around to Yuki's side. If Yuki was going to go with those strikes, Mikayla needed to weaken the parts of her that did the striking, and she had something of a plan on how to do that. Wrapping one of her hands around Yuki's wrist, she dropped down onto her butt beside the same arm. Lying back, she pushed her legs down against Yuki's neck and chest while pulling the arm up between her thighs and towards her chest to lock in an armbar.

Yuki lay on the mat, one hand clutching her chest while her lungs were in overtime trying to supply her body with the oxygen she desperate needed. It seemed that along with the fair bit of technical knowledge, Mikayla had enough power behind her blows to floor Yuki with seemingly minimal effort on her part.
"What?" Yuki asked in a daze when Mikayla came to her side. By the time her brain was fully able to process what was happening to her, her opponent had already locked her into an armbar. Yuki cried out while her arm was wrenched hard by the blonde. Looking for any avenue to escape, Yuki raised her free arm and slammed her elbow into Mikayla's exposed ankle. Yuki fought through the pain as it increased in volume, her only thought on escaping. Giving up was not an option.

Mikayla clasped one hand over Yuki's thumb for the security of the hold while the other pulled back on her opponent's wrist, and as she leaned back to apply the pressure at the elbow while her legs acted as the anchor, it was no surprise to her that she heard Yuki cry out. It had to hurt, having your arm wrenched. And Mikayla, friend to everyone she was, did not necessarily take pleasure in hearing someone who had greeted her so warmly crying out in such a way. Yuki was fighting back, too - while her strike against the side of Mikayla's boot was not enough to get the blonde to let her loose (yet, anyway), it did make Mikayla admire her spirit, especially considering the other woman was not of the same build as someone like Fallon.

Regardless of how effective the hold was, it would not knock Yuki out, and Mikayla could only get so far weakening Yuki's arm to slow down her strikes. The blonde leaned back further, head resting on the mat as she stared up at the lights and she raised her hips for one last, harsh pull on the arm to weaken it and figure out her next move. Yuki was obviously one tough cookie, so just trying to go straight for a scissors obviously wasn't going to get Mikayla anywhere - but she wanted to keep the girl grounded. With that in mind, Mikayla released Yuki's arm, untangling herself and shifting up onto her knees to clamber over to the silver-haired young woman.

As Yuki nursed the wrenched arm, Mikayla slid herself besideYuki and wound an arm around the back of Yuki's head. Mikayla reeled the girl in against, squeezing the side of Yuki's neck between her bicep and forearm. Sticking her tongue out again in concentration, Mikayla clasped one of her hands in the other to secure a side headlock on the silver-haired wrestler. "I'd tell you to go ahead and give up, Yuki, but...you know...knockout match...", she chimed, still trying to be as friendly as possible even as she ground at the other woman's neck. At least now, she didn't feel like she was going to break anyone's arm.

Yuki groaned to herself when Mikayla released her from the armbar. The pain in her left arm still throbbed and would make striking nearly impossible. Still, she couldn't just throw out this match on an injured arm. She had to make a stand.

That train of thought was cut short when Mikayla hoisted her up a bit, only to wrap her arms around the snowdrop's head and neck in a side headlock, aiming to cut off the flow of oxygen to her brain. If she didn't act fast, she'd be snoozing in her opponent's arms in no time. She grabbed onto Mikayla's arm with one hand, while her opposite forearm rested against her opponent's hip. Applying equal amounts of force, Yuki pushed against her enemy's waist while yanking on her arm, which would give her just enough room to slip her head out. Not content to stop there, Yuki turned her entire body in a 360 spin, bringing her own arm up to clothesline Mikayla into the mat.

With only the feel of the silver-haired wrestlers head squeezed against her side and the stadium lights in her eyes, Mikayla was content simply to wrench and grind her arm, working the hold to its fullest extent. It wasn't a game-ender, of course, but she was going to milk the lock for all it was worth to wear Yuki down. Keeping things at a crawl with locks and submissions to restrain the smaller woman was probably her best bet; she knew enough to know that a match at full pace was not to Mikayla's own favor. Maybe it wasn't all that exciting, but it was effective, and after Mikayla's last match, she needed to be as effective as possible. Losing again wasn't an option, even against someone proven as nice as Yuki.

Her opponent stirred, and Mikayla wrenched tighter, trying to make sure Yuki didn't escape. But the other woman had a good plan, and leverage in this situation - though Mikayla held tight when Yuki grabbed a hold of her arm, the prying effort that Yuki made against her grip was difficult for Mikayla to resist, and soon enough, Yuki had made enough room to slip her head out. Mikayla turned to sail back onto her and keep her down, but she had not expected Yuki to do the same, and the other woman's arm slammed down across her. Mikayla let loose more a heavy breath than a sound with the impact and grasped below her chest, with the middle of her ribs throbbing.

Yuki wasted no time to seize the initiative. Her strike managed to stun Mikayla for a moment, and that was all she needed! Grabbing Mikayla by her top, Yuki heaved the young woman to her feet, before jumping into the air. Her body turned in midair, aiming her feet for her opponent, before slamming her boots into Mikayla's torso in a powerful dropkick.

Yuki's body fell with a thud onto the canvas, with the pain in her arm still throbbing, but she pushed it aside once more, moving to her opponents side to lock her into a sleeper hold. She doubted she would secure the knockout now, but it would buy her some more time and wear down on Mikayla's endurance.

That did answer the question about why Yuki was so determined to strike. As she stared up into the lights, holding her ribs to recover, Mikayla decided it was indeed what she was good at, relentlessly attacking people's defenses or not. The blonde rolled onto her side, aiming to push back up to her feet, but a yank on her top had her rising before her midsection told her she was ready. Grimacing, she moved with the material pulling against her chest and stomach in the interest of not having it torn off of her and brought her arms up to defend herself against continued strikes. They did not come, as she settled her eyes on Yuki - instead, her opponent jumped before Mikayla could react, and the Minnesotan's belly took the impact from both the other women's thrusting, momentum-driven feet. "Uuuwuuf!"

The impact sent Mikayla skittering back on her butt onto the mat, still sitting up and squinting as she held her stomach and dealt with the feeling of having the wind knocked out of her. Stunned, for a moment all she was aware of was the screech of the crowd, and those few seconds kept her from defending herself against Yuki's further assault. In that moment, she felt skin snaking around her neck, and a quick flashback to Fallon's assault on her neck in the last match woke her enough that her hands quickly wrapped around Yuki's arm in an attempt to yank the arms away. She did not pry the silver-haired woman's arm away in time, though, and Mikayla felt muscles tighten and her neck compress under the pressure. "Ghhhh," she groaned, as she gripped tightly to Yuki's arm to withstand the initial squeeze of the sleeper hold.

Not keen to have Mikayla trying to escape, Yuki decided to add a bit more security to the hold. In addition to squeezing her arms in an effort to close off her opponent's windpipe, Yuki's pale legs snaked around the waist of her opponent, locking in the scissor hold and constricting like a metal vice. Now Mikayla had two areas for concern, and not many ways out of the hold.

Her initial fight failing, after she bucked her shoulders and tried to wedge her fingers between Yuki's arm and her neck, the redhead slumped slightly, sinking further towards the mat, her breaths slowing to withstand the constriction, and her fighter's scowl fading into a calmer frown. No panicking this match. She needed to focus to free herself.

Unfortunately, the moment she took to gather herself only got her into more of a predicament. She saw Yuki's legs moving around her midsection before she felt them lock into place, and one of her hands went down to push at Yuki's knee, obviously helping herself in no way by doing such a thing. The other woman's thighs simply pressed at her taut sides, and the pressure on Mikayla's neck didn't subside to help the situation, either. A feeling of desperation hit her, as she slumped again, this time not as comfortably as she kept her back straightened to withstand the scissors. "Uuuuurgh!"

This was not the strangely stimulating experience of being caught dangerously in Fallon's embrace, as in the last match, though Mikayla may have had breasts pressed into her back and legs wrapped tightly around her. No, Mikayla wanted to be anywhere but here, and she had to fight her way out. One...leg...at a time.

The blonde wrenched herself sideways, getting just far enough that she could start getting up and onto a knee and a hand, if her strength and the length of her body aided her through the whole motion.
