Valley had few rules she adhered to as a wrestler, but never using the same move twice in a row was always a major one. She didn’t see herself just as an athlete, but as an entertainer, and as such she prided herself on her keeping her matches as fresh and exciting as possible. Never twice in the same match, and absolutely never twice in a row.

But this time she didn’t have much of a choice. Firstly, she’d done so many moves that she didn’t really have much left, and she couldn’t do anything else in the position. It was the only thing left in her arsenal and it worked and she was going for it, damn it.

Valley bounced up and down, pratically throwing a tantrum on the mat. Her mind was a hazy, fuzzy mess, barely capable of stringing together coherent. Squeeze. It was all she knew to do, at this point.

”Why?” She threw her head back and groaned. ”Why won’t you just stop?”

Natasha closed her eyes, ignoring Valley desperate questions. She wasn't going to answer, and it wasn't like she had the strength to answer anyway. She had to conserve what little energy she had left, what little desperate power her body still had.

She tugged on Valley's legs, trying to pull them open, but it didn't take long for the Russian to realize that wasn't happening. She was stuck, and there was only one option left for her, only one thing she could think of to escape this.

She gripped the Slamazon's smooth, bare thighs as tightly as she could muster, and with a loud, trailing groan, she tried to twist her body to the side, trying to roll the two of them over onto her stomachs. She had done this in the past to Valley, and each time it had led to an escape from her awful, fear-inducing submission. She could only hope that it would be the same this time, too.

Valley let out a long, mournful death wail as Natasha continued to resist, denying her every attempt to be put down. She threw a furtive glance to the clock.

1:34

Less than two minutes. If Natasha wasn’t done by then, what would happen? They would go into overtime, obviously, but Valley couldn’t handle that. She simply was not physically capable of enduring anymore time in the ring with this woman, and she doubted Natasha would feel any different. That would mean a draw. That would mean they fought and sweated and bled for an whole hour, and accomplished nothing.

Unacceptable.

She’d just started to ponder the possibility when Natasha’s sudden burst of newfound life completely took her off guard. Suddenly she wasn’t on her back anymore, she was on her chest, Natasha was working her way on top, and the headlock was becoming nearly impossible to use effectively.

”No, no, no-” She started to flail about, knowing that, whatever Natasha was trying for, it would spell her doom at this late stage in the match. If she didn’t escape now, she never would.

AV 15 Iron Woman Match: Natasha Han Vs. Valley Doll - Page 17 Empty Re: AV 15 Iron Woman Match: Natasha Han Vs. Valley Doll

Post by Alexandra Sun Mar 13, 2016 10:06 am

This was it. This was Natasha's one, final chance, and she knew it. Everything she had been hoping for these past several months had led to this. It was now or never, and if she couldn't finish Valley right here and right now, then it was over. She knew she honestly wouldn't be able to live with herself if she couldn't drive this match to it's conclusion now, and the thought of what came next if she failed honestly scared her.

Once they were on their fronts, lying on the mat, Natasha gripped Valley's thighs, harder than she ever had before. She could feel her nails digging in, she could feel her strength waning, and she knew once and for all that this was it. She held on tight, and suddenly yanked on the Slamazon's legs, forcing them open just long enough to be able to pop her out head from in-between them.

As soon as she was free, the mighty Russian sucked in a huge lungful of air, going straight on the attack. She didn't have time to waste not attacking! She rose up to her knees, grabbing one of Valley's ankles, and jerked it towards herself, awkwardly shoving it in-between her own thighs. Then, she fell forward onto her rival, her enemy, her most hated and most respected opponent, dropping onto her back. She reached forwards, wrapping her arms around Valley's head, trying to lock the blonde into her finisher, into her ultimate and strongest submission, her Honorbound STF hold.

As long as she could lock it in, as long as she could start pulling back on Valley, she knew, she just knew that she could end this...

Valley tried so hard to keep the hold locked. It was an awkward position, and there was really little chance once they flipped her over, but she was so desperate to make it work to keep from being flipped over, that she had the faint hope of it working.

It didn’t. Natasha was free, and she was moving onto her next attack. Her final attack. Valley tried to crawl away as her legs were grabbed, idly wondering what the Russian was going for. When her ankle was trapped between those mighty thighs, however, she wondered no more. Wide-eyed horror crossed her face as Natasha fell on her back, and she shook her head in a desperate attempt to avoid what she knew was coming next.

Natasha grabbed her head all the same and wrenched it back, completing the hold. The STF was locked, and Valley was officially Honorbound.

The crowd went insane, rioting in the stands and chanting like madmen. Valley didn’t speak a word of Mongolian, but she didn’t have to be fluent in order to understand what they were saying. The word ‘tap’ probably sounded about the same, regardless of the language.

As soon as her arms were wrapped around Valley, the moment she had the Slamazon trapped in her hold, Natasha began to pull back on her. Her arms bulged, and flexed, and the Russian could feel them burning as she threw everything she had into the hold. There was next to no time left on the clock. She couldn't afford to hold anything back at this point. This was it.

She pulled back, harder and harder with every passing second, the sweat falling off her body in streams as she tried to force Valley to finally give in. "Submit!" She yelled...no, screamed, her voice full of fury and desperation and anger. "J...just give in!"

She wondered if Valley could tell how desperate she was. She could hear it in her own voice, and she knew that anyone watching could tell it too. She didn't care though. All she cared about at that moment was forcing Valley to submit. That was the only thing in the entire world that was important to her anymore.

Something was wrong with the clock. There had to be. Valley could see it out of the corner of her eyes as she was pulled back in the punishing hold, and she swore, it wasn’t dropping. It was going to slow. Something was wrong and she was going to be in this hold forever and time was slowing down and oh God, it hurt so much. It hurt so much.

Valley raked her nails along the mat into the mat and cried, digging her fingernails deep into the canvas. She should tap. She really should’ve. Why wasn’t she tapping? It wasn’t like Natasha had a belt or anything. This woman was going to break her in half, and for what? Pride? Honor? Was all that worth a broken back?

”God…” She muttered into Natasha’s hand and feebly reached up, trying to pick the hold apart. Trying and failing. The Russian had an iron grip, and the jaws of life couldn’t get Valley free from it.

Natasha stared at Valley, unable to believe the stubbornness of the Slamazon as she continued to pull and wrench and work at her. She couldn't handle it. She couldn't accept the fact that Valley was refusing to give in. She was acting stupid. She was acting, well...like Natasha, as much as the Russian hated to admit. She knew that if the positions were reversed, she wouldn't have given in either. That didn't make it any less ridiculous though.

00:22

She felt Valley's hands on her own, the blonde trying in vain to break Natasha's hold. It wasn't going to happen though. Not now, not when the Russian was so close to finally ending this. She was going to end this. She had to. Failing to force Valley to submit wouldn't have proven a single thing. She had to do it. Everything, and she meant everything, was riding on this single, final submission.

00:13

She glanced up at the clock, panic spreading across her face as she realized the time. She forced herself to pull harder on Valley, pulling her back as hard as she could, as far as she could, despite the burning sensation rushing through her body. "SUBMIT!" she screamed again, snarling at the top of her lungs at her rival. "Or else I. WILL. BREAK. YOU!"

Panic ran through Valley’s brain. Sheer, utter panic. Relentless fear.

00:10

Ten seconds left. Not long at all, right? She could hold on that long, right? Wrong. Careers had ended in much shorter time. It only took a second for a ligament to snap or a bone to break, and then a decade of hard work and training was gone. All that work, all that time, wasted, right when her career was finally taking off.

00:08

And why? Because of her pride? Because she refused to give up against Natasha Han? Why did that matter so much? She’d had an awesome year, she’d proven to everyone that she could still fight at a decent level. She could go on and have some success next yer. Maybe even put herself in the title picture. That was a distinct reality, now, and she’d made it happen.

00:06

But that could only happen if she could walk. If the rapidly growing pain in her upper back was any indication, she wouldn’t be able to do that in a long time, unless she stopped the pain in, oh, two seconds.

Valley Doll had no choice. She had to think of her career. She had to do what was best for her. She could recover from a broken record much easier than a broken spine.

She slapped her palm against the mat, again and again and again and again and again, as she finally gave Natasha the submission she’d been craving for an entire year. ”I give up, Han!” She screamed, loud enough to fill the arena. ”I submit! God, let go!”

The moment, the exact moment that Valley's hand began to tap the mat, the Slamazon screaming out her submission, Natasha's hold came free. She was pulling and straining as hard as she could on the blonde, but she wasn't going to keep the hold locked in any longer than she had to. That wasn't her style, and despite everything, she honestly didn't want to hurt Valley any more than she had to.

As soon as she let go of Valley, she rolled off of her, collapsing onto her back beside of the woman. A few seconds later, she heard the bell ringing, once to signify Valley's submission, and then...

00:00

...a second time to signify the end of the match. At last, it was over. At long, long last, the most grueling, difficult, impossible match of Natasha's career had came to it's end.

As the sound of the final bell, the entire arena jumped to their feet, screaming and cheering and going wild for the victorious Russian. Their screams and shouts filled the arena, threatening to blow off the roof, but Natasha didn't even seem to notice. She didn't even seem to care. She just lied there, staring up at the roof, unable to wrap her mind around what had just happened.

She had done it. She had finally done it. She had managed to beat Valley Doll, and not just that, but she had forced the woman to submit to her. After almost a year, a full year of defeats and self-loathing and depression and anger, she had finally done what she had set out to do, and she could barely even believe it.

Eventually the referee came to Natasha's side, kneeling down beside her, taking her by the hand to help her back to her feet. She raised up the Russian's arm in victory, and Natasha smiled weakly, listening to the crowd cheer for her once again. However, once the referee let her go, Natasha collapsed again, falling to the mat in a heap beside of Valley.

She was hurting. She couldn't move. She had no strength or energy left in her body. But dammit, she was happy. For the first time in a long time, Natasha was finally feeling like a winner again, like she was right where she belonged, victorious in the center of a wrestling ring.
