Lightning Tournament Semifinals: Ren Hitasaki Vs. Belinda Northman

Belinda moved around inside the lock up to try and lock in a hold around Ren so she could attempt and hit the girl with that powerful belly to side suplex...but as she went in for it, the blond was met with an elbow right on her cheek. Causing Belinda to stagger back, letting out a loud groan in pain as she was stunned by Ren's elbow strike right to her face!

Which probably left her quite open for a counter attack from Ren.

She grinned and then managed to turn around, grabbing Belinda by the hair, though only long enough to get her hands on the back of her head, not tearing out her head at the scalp. She then pulled her head down and raised her knee to smash it into Belinda's chin.

Belinda was staggering and a bit surprised by that sudden elbow which had opened the perfect point of attack for Ren, something that made the blond groan out...though she didn't have enough time to feel the pain as she was grabbed by her hair and pulled towards Ren, who quickly slide those hands up to the back of her head, putting Belinda in a prime position and then drove her knee right up into the blond cutie's chin. " Nngh!!!" Belinda let out through gritted teeth as if Ren didn't keep her firmly fixed in that position she'd rocked back, stumbling a step or two before she'd fall down on her back.

Her hands would move up towards her chin, holding it firmly to try and handle the pain as her feet would kick against the mat.

She smiled at her opponent as her knee was successful, letting go to let her opponent stagger backwards and fall. Once Belinda was flat on her back, she'd move forwards, grabbing her by the legs and then she tried to turn Belinda over onto her belly. If she was successful, she'd then seat herself on Belinda's back and give her a taste of her own medicine with a Boston Crab!

Belinda fell down onto her back, groaning out in pain as she moved her hands up towards her head, trying to hold it as her world had been pretty well rocked by that knee...it wasn't long though before Ren went on the offensive again and decided to take a hold of Belinda's legs.

Without much resistance from the blond, Ren was soon able to turn her around and seat herself down. Locking in that tight boston crab submission hold. " Aaagh!" Belinda cried out in pain as she shook her head, pressing her palms against the mat as she attempted to fight from left to right, attempting to push and pull herself forward in an attempt to try and crawl towards the ropes, suffering this hold for too long would not be a good thing...

She smiled and leaned back as much as she could without breaking Belinda in half to apply severe pressure to the hold, though as she felt Belinda trying to crawl her way out of it, she stood up slightly to hobble her way back to the middle of the ring while keeping Belinda trapped. "You're not going anywhere..." She winked at her opponent, not willing to give her opponent a second to breathe. She needed a victory...it would give her a huge momentum boost if she was able to pull out a clutch victory.

" Aaagh owowow!!" Belinda whined out as she felt Ren lean back even further on her, causing the blond cutie to strain as her back started to hurt immensely from the painful boston crab. As she was closing in towards the ropes Belinda could almost taste the freedom...however it was snatched from her when the brunette girl instead started to pull her back towards the center of the ring and seated herself down on Belinda's back yet again.

Belinda shook her head and would start to look around for possible ways out of this hold, starting off she'd attempt to drive her right elbow back into Ren's back a few times to see if that could loosen up the girl's hold.

She grinned and leaned back more, though as she felt Belinda elbowing her she winced a bit, before bouncing up and down on Belinda's back a couple of times with a laugh. "You're gonna have to try harder than that..."

Things got harder and harder as her elbows didn't earn her any relief, instead Ren only start to bounce on her back and made the entire thing a lot more annoying and painful than she wanted it to be. Belinda had to do something, fast.

She decided to bring her arms down, trying to press her elbows down against the mat and use her arms to try and push her upperbody up from the mat. She would proceed to try and fight upwards a bit and then try and push herself towards the ropes, attempting to scramble towards them with a renewed vigor and technique!

She smiled and then leaned back once done bouncing, though as she felt Belinda push her way back to the ropes, she tried to pull her back again, but this time Belinda made her way to the ropes. She kept the hold locked, though at the four-count she let go for the rope break, backing away towards the center of the ring.
