Level Grinding (Open)

Juniper was wound up like one of those tou cars that you can pull back and let go. One of those that went on by itself by itself a bit? Except she wasnt let go of. She had suffered some losses lately, which was normal for a rising star. But his many losses in a row?! It needed to be compensated with some victories.

That why Juniper was always on the prowl for a fight. Whether or not it was official didnt matter. She just needed her fix of a win. It was hard to come by however, with all the good talent lately. She had just finished a set on one of the machines as someone called out for a sparring partner.

Hastily, so no on else got there first, she walked up to the ring. The redhead looks the woman up and down. "You sure you want to spar? You look like you already got your ass handed to ya..."

With her signature Cheshire grin on her face, she stepped into the ring. "Its a bit difference in being physically tired and mentally tired..." It was a mere warning that she had stated, but if this woman insisted on continuing...

"Alright. Considering you just said a lot of girls have beaten you, it shouldnt be too hard then!' The redhead laughed confidently. "Before I beat ya down, you shouldn know my name. Its Juniper Nayle. "

Getting into the ring, Juniper slipped off her shoes and pushed them out of the ring. Juniper gave a few jabs in the air, shadow boxing. "You'd be surprised. Even the best of the best have to take a break some time. That's when aspiring stars like us will go in and take them down of their pedestals...Aint that right?" It was one of the seldom times that Juniper would also call someone an 'aspiring' star, placing them on her level.

"Mariko, huh? Alright, you blue-harried babe, lets get this going!"

She would start by approaching Mariko with her arms raised and her lips curled into a great and mischievous grin.

Juniper couldn't tell what her opponent's style of first was. But t seemed thay she accidentally gave her own away by taking stance. The redhead would approach Marino, what would suddenly throw her foot forward to try and keep Juniper away.

But if she thought that Juniper was one to flinch from that, then she would have to find out the hard way that she didnt. She would try to catch Mario's leg and era her arm around it tightly.

Mariko didn't skip a beat in her attack. Since Juniper had one leg caught, her opponent immediately used that as a balance and jumps to throw her other leg at Juniper's unguarded side! "Wha--Ugh!?" Vame a confused grunt from Juniper.

She would back off and stagger a few steps. She watches if Mariko crashed or landed gracefully on her feet.
