Kyo Akamatsu vs Kinniku Woman (Revival)

Everything literally went upside-down for Kyo as Kinniku propelled the two of them from the turnbuckle. He felt the blood rushing to his head as gravity pulled him down, and for a brief moment, he felt weightlessly suspended in midair, an odd sense of vertigo coming over him as everything tilted.

It didn't last long. There was a tremendous impact, and a feeling like a sledgehammer coming down on Kyo's skull. His entire body jolted in Kinniku's grip as the shockwave of the slam shot down through his bones and spine. And then, everything went black. His body instantly went limp, and flopped uselessly to the mat as Kinniku finally released him. The crowd roared as Kyo lay at Kinniku's knees, unmoving.

He didn't even hear his fans screaming for him to get up at this stage-- everything had turned into a strange grey fugue as he lay, his body completely unresponsive.

The heart pounding adrenaline rush continued as Kinniku Woman remained sat down on her butt with her legs spread out after doing the Kinniku Buster, it may have been careless for a wrestler as it would allow their opponent to get back up it for sure was not gonna be the case here for Kyo. She looks over her shoulder behind her to look down at her opponent who just laid there on his back after Kinniku Woman dropped him.

Reika just playfully grins as she looks at him and giggles, she feels a brief moment of nostalgia from this but doesn't really remember why tough. Although, now wasn't really the time to think about that, maybe after Kyo wakes up. That being said, Kinniku Woman turns herself and lays herself over Kyo's upper body from the head, pinning him with her face and breasts pressed into her opponents abs with his face in front of her abs.

The ref-girl comes over and begins the final countdown, with the crowd on Kinniku Woman's side counting along with the ref-girl.

"One...!"

For a moment, Kyo was unresponsive as Kinniku rolled him up for a pin. His fans screamed for him to move, but he was unresponsive, even as the countdown continued. Somehow, though, all of the screaming must have been getting through to him: he groaned slightly, and began to shake his head a little, showing some signs of life as he lay underneath Reika...

"Two..."

Groaning, he suddenly began to twist his body underneath the girl, though his efforts were pained and weak. The audiene held their breath. Would Kyo break free, or would Kinniku finally win this match?

Kinniku Woman was getting comfortable, even though it'll just be brief, while on top of Kyo pinning him down. In the process she can feel him start to stir and shake. Although since it was only minor movements it wasn't enough to do anything major to throw Kinniku Woman off of her, especially since her whole body from her head to her belly are covering and pressed on Kyo's entire upper body.

Three!!

The gong rings after the final count, and Kinniku Woman was declared the winner of tonight's match! "Alright!" She shouted excitedly as she pushes herself off of Kyo and stands up to throw her arms up in the air while basking in the massive roar of cheers.

The bell rang, signalling that Kinniku had won the match. Upon hearing this, Kyo groaned and slumped onto his back, even as Reika rolled off of him. He felt drained and tired after that hard match, and if he was honest, the knowledge that he had been beaten stung more than a little.

For a few moments, he lay on his back, his sweaty chest rising and falling as he caught his breath. Then, rolled to the side and began to slowly push himself upright.

Compared to her previous match of utter disappointment which might as well never had happened, Reika was feeling great like she was on top of the world after getting her REAL first win. Her arms were up high as the crowd cheers for her, with Kinniku Woman starting to walk around the ring since she can't just stand there and wanted to look at everyone in the audience, she was that happy with the widest toothy smile on her face.

After a while she turns her view to her downed opponent, whom was stirring up and trying to get back up. Reika grinned and walked over to Kyo, holding out her hand to him in front of his face to offer him help with her other hand on her hip. "Well fought, kid. That was a great match!"

Sweat dripped from Kyo's hair across his forehead as he pushed himself up to his hands and knees. At first, he felt nothing but the deep, stinging shame of defeat-- the knowledge that, despite giving his all, he had lost, and had been defeated by this newcomer. He closed his eyes, slowly regaining his breath after that hard-fought bout, and tried not to think of his fans, or his siblings, or how he had lost in front of all of them...

And then Kinniku spoke. He looked up, saw her extending her hand in a sportsmanlike manner, and immediately felt ashamed for his brief moment of self-pity. He had lost before, and besides which, he had lost to a good opponent. There was no shame in that.

Smiling, he accepted Kinniku's hand and stood up. "Kid?" he echoed as he stood to his full height. "Hey. I have more experience in the ring than you do, and I'm also taller." His smile warmed. "Although...you definitely earned that win, Kinniku-san. I was hoping you'd give me a challenge, and you didn't disappoint."

A slight chuckle came out of Reika's mouth as she pulled Kyo up, hearing him echo "kid" made it more funny. But what he said afterward wasn't so much. "More experience then me?" She also echoed, but with a tone as if it sounded funny before putting her fists on her hips and smirked competitively towards the boy in front of her while leaning her upperbody closer towards him, obviously showing she's gonna lecture him in the style a teacher would.

"Okay first off, being taller then me has nothing to do with anything. I'm 24, your profile says your 20, your not officially an adult yet til you hit 21. So you are still a kid." Reika said in a professionally but mischievous and know-it-all like, putting big emphasis on kid to tease Kyo. Then bringing up her hand to poke the man's nose and push against it playfully before continuing her lecture. "And secondly, more "experience" in this ring. I've been wrestling since I first got hooked on Kinnikuman in my childhood, going so far as to wrestle during my Junior High, Highschool and college years, and even more so after I graduated and became a gym teacher for school and an instructor/trainer for a gym."

She continued to say, further talking in the same tone but making sure not to sound real mean about it while also being playful and teasing towards Kyo, just to build up a friendly and teasing rivalry with him. "So if you're more experienced then me, Akamatsu-chan, then I am already beyond big time pro here!" Reika finished, putting emphasis on chan too to further tease him then pulls her hand back. And also, she feels a bit of nostalgia with this.

Kyo simply stood there, and gave the cute pink-haired girl a good-humoured smile as she gave him a long rebuttal. He still felt a little sore from the match, but he was able to ignore it for now as he stood opposite Kinniku, rotating his shoulder to bring some feeling back into his upper back. He normally wasn't one for trash talk, but he could tell that Kinniku wasn't going out of her way to deliberately insult or mock him, so he felt he could respond in kind.

"And I've been training in martial arts and judo since I was five, what's your point?" he retorted. "And I think it's a little early to declare yourself 'beyond big time,' if I'm your first opponent in this league." He gave a casual stretch. "Of course, if you still disagree, then I'm always up for a second bout if you are. I'd be all too happy to prove you wrong."

Reika crossed her arms as she waited for Kyo to respond to her lecture, it kinda sounds like he didn't take much of it seriously but at the same time he did. This didn't really bug Reika at all but you'd think that these kids can listen to an educational lecture from a professional in teaching. "You're my second, but this match was a better "debut match" then my actual one. And I'm always up for a rematch, honey, and I'll kick your ass again." She replied back with a competitive smirk, since of course she'd accept any challenge. Anytime, anywhere.~

But her smirk quickly faded as she leaned herself to the side, sticking her hip out with her arms still crossed. "There is still one thing that is still bothering me though..." Reika started to say while bringing her hands back to her hips again before continuing. "How did you know my name is Reika?" She finished, seriously that confusion had to be blocked out for Reika to focus on the match.
