Post Summer Splash Bikini Special! Angel vs. Natasha!

Angel only had a moment to look up at Natasha, before the bluenette's fist came flying into her face, smashing right into it's target.

"Nnng!" came the loud, pained cry from the Latina, as Natasha's fist hit home, Angel's expression looking dazed, and groggy afterwards. She went slightly limp in Natasha's hold, her body dangling down, and if her hair was released she would have fallen straight to the mat at the heiress' feet.

It wasn't often that Natasha found herself facing off with her opponent in a straight brawl but Angel had backed her into a corner where it was either take the fight to the champion or retreat, and she wasn't retreating. She had created herself an opening with the shot to Angel's stomach and she took full advantage of it with a follow up punch down at Angel's face, leaving the woman swaying on her feet with only Natasha's grip upon her hair keeping her standing.

Natasha pulled up on Angel's hair and slid her other hand in between the woman's arm and body, shifting the hand on her hair to Angel's neck before lifting up with both hands as she went for a choke slam down to the mat.

This was surprising. Angel let out a gagged cry, as she felt Natasha's hand gripping at her neck, her other hand sliding around her body to grip her from behind. The Latina barely knew what to think, as she was suddenly lifted into the air, then slammed down again with Natasha's chokeslam.

If she could have gotten out a clear thought, it probably would have been along the lines of What the hell? When did she start throwing out chokeslams?!

Angel hit the canvas afterwards, her body jerking once then going limp against the mat, her arms and legs spreading out to her sides as she lied there, looking dazed and out of the moment.

It wasn't part of the usual arsenal of moves that she was comfortable using but in dire times like this one it didn't pay to be picky, whatever might work was an option she would have to consider or the champion was going to win this match. Even so the choke slam took more out of her than Natasha was used to, the frenchwoman falling down onto her knees to the side of Angel as she dropped the woman to the mat, the ring trembling beneath them for several seconds afterward.

It took her a moment to realize the only part of Angel that was moving was her chest which rose and fell in tune with her breathing, a ripe target if she had ever seen one. Collecting herself Natasha crawled over on top of Angel and laid across her, reaching down to hook her arm around one of the woman's legs, lifting it up as she went for the pin.

The referee dropped down beside of the two women as Natasha slid onto Angel's body. The champion barely even stirred as the bluenette pushed down onto her, hooking her leg and lifting it up for the pin.

"One...!" cried the referee, and the crowd went silent, wondering if this was the end for Angel, wondering if the Latina would kick out of things. "Two...!" came the next crowd, and the audience slid forwards, to the edges of their seats, breathless as they waited for the third and final count.

But as the referee's arm dropped towards the mat, Angel's body suddenly bucked upwards, the feisty Latina kicking out of the pin with a loud, annoyed grunt. She jerked to the side, throwing her shoulder up off of the canvas to break the pin, then settled back down again, still lying on the mat afterwards, her eyes slowly starting to open as she tried to gather her bearings.

Natasha laid there panting on top of Angel waiting for the referee to hurry up and begin the count, the french woman ready for the match to be over so she could roll out of the ring and begin the long process of healing. She had to get the three count first though and as the ref slid down into place beside them Natasha pulled the leg of Angel even closer towards her, holding on with her chest pressed down against Angel's.

She didn't have any trouble hearing the referee as she called out "one!" for the crowd had gone silent, everyone in disbelief that the champion was so close to losing the match, even if it was just an exhibition one. When she heard "two" shouted Natasha found herself holding her breath in anticipation, knowing the victory was one second away.

But when the ref dropped her hand for the third count Angel threw her shoulder up at the last possible moment, overcoming the weight of Natasha on her chest just long enough to break the count before dropping back down. The ref rose to her feet holding up two fingers to the crowd who all seemed to exhale at once, having been holding their breath just as Natasha had. Natasha wasn't surprised though, disappointed was a better word to describe it, with a champion like Angel there had been very little chance she would pin her on the first try. She could have gone for another pin but her opportunity had past and Angel was recovering, instead Natasha rolled off of the woman and back onto her knees, taking a moment to catch her breath before pushing herself back to her feet.

Angel exhaled slowly as she felt Natasha rolling off of her, the Latina's eyes opening fully as she sighed in relief. That was close, way too close for her comfort. That ridiculous chokeslam had come out of nowhere and had almost been her downfall. She would have to watch for that in the future.

She remained on the mat for a moment longer, then began to sit up, the champion shaking her head as she began to lift herself up. She pushed her body up, into a sitting position, then began to try and rise up to her feet. Her movements were slow, and shaky, and she didn't seem to be fully aware of what was happening around her just yet, the Latina more concerned with getting back up then worrying about where Natasha was at the moment.

It took Natasha a few moments to push herself up off the mat and back to her feet and even then her legs felt shaky underneath her, Natasha hunched over with her hands resting upon her knees for support. She needed to keep up the pressure on Angel but her breaths were coming in short gasps and Natasha could feel her heart racing, knowing she needed to calm down if she wanted to avoid any mistakes that at this point would likely mean the end of the match for her. Looking up she could see Angel beginning to stir, watching as the woman struggled to get back up onto her feet after coming so close to losing the fight.

Angel was nearly back on her feet when Natasha decided to make her move, stepping up to her side as quickly as she could push herself to move and then reaching down for the woman's hair. Once she had a hold on Angel the Frenchwoman would bring her knee up into her midsection, trying to keep Angel weak and on the defensive.

Angel was feeling better then was several moments ago. She was standing, and that was a good thing. She just needed to catch her breath, catch her bearings, and she could begin figuring out how to bring the fight back to Natasha.

The heiress had other plans though. Before Angel could fully get back in the game, the Frenchwoman was there, grabbing Angel by her hair and forcing her downwards, keeping her held tightly in position. It was only Angel's instincts that saved her as Natasha's knee flew up towards her. The Latina had been in this position numerous times before, and by now her body knew how to handle this.

Her hands flew upwards, as if moving on their own, and stopped in front of Angel's bare, toned tummy. As Natasha's knee flew up towards her, her hands took the brunt of the impact, stopping the knee from doing any real damage to the Latina, though she was still trying to clear her head, her hair still held tight by the blue-haired beauty.

Natasha wasn't going to give Angel any more time to recover than she had already, she couldn't if she wanted to put the woman down for the three count and the win. Even hurt Angel was dangerous, much like a wounded animal that was backed into a corner, and if she gave her any opening Angel would certainly make her pay dearly for it.

Weaving her fingers through the woman's snowy white hair Natasha forced her to remain hunched over while she brought her knee shooting upward, looking to add onto the abuse Angel's stomach had taken already. There was a loud clapping sound as her knee connected but it wasn't the fleshy sound she had expected, Angel having guarded herself from the worst of the knee shot with her hands.

"You're every bit as stubborn as I was led to believe." Natasha grumbled as she put her foot back down, looking over at the nearest corner with an idea in her head. She would take a few steps towards it to get as close to a running start as she could before throwing Angel towards it with as much force as she could manage.
