Ace blushed and kept her head down, her eyes averting Valley's as she was forced to repeat herself.

"Ummm....I said you have a nice ass...."

She giggled cutely, before taking a long, long drink, finishing her bottle. The drinks were getting her buzzed at least, though she wasn't fully drunk yet. Still, as she waved for another drink, she didn't think of how her lighter weight, and the fact that she didn't get a chance to eat at Taylor's, would leave her vulnerable to the effects of the drinks. She had even downed a shot of tequila without thinking about it!

"Ah. I see." She let a devilish grin creep over her face. "One of the many things we have in common."

She started to call for another drink herself, but thought better of it, looking across the table. They were both lightweights, really, but Valley had a slight weight edge over Ace, and probably more experience with the drinks just because of the age difference. From the looks of things, Ace was starting to hit it hard. "I think I'll hold off on any more drinks, someone's got to drive you home. Again." She blew a short raspberry. "Then again, my place is within walking distance, so if you don't mind sleeping over there and you're not allergic to cats..."

Ace let out a cute giggle.

"Sorry...Taylor's place is too far to drive."

At Valley's offer, Ace blinked and smiled openly, leaning in, hands clenched together so she could rest her chin on them.

"That sounds pretty nice actually. I haven't had a sleepover at your place yet. Just for the record...I love cats...."

"Well, that's good. I like you a lot, but if you were a dog person? I'd have to cut it off. Wouldn't have worked." She shook her head, doing her best to exude some haughtiness. Probably didn't work. Wrestlers made poor actors, in her experience. Strange.

"And sure, but I warn you up front, it's probably a little more cramped than you're used to. My bed's only meant for one, so we'll probably be rubbing up against each other a lot. Plenty of friction and tension all over. That's not a problem is it?" She pouted, going into an innocent look that didn't fair much better than her last attempt. "Big spoon? Little spoon?"

"Hehheh. Dogs are adorable...but kittens are even cuter. Besides, I like cats. Their a little more independent, when a cat shows affection or loyalty, its because you earned it."

Ace pretended to think over Valley's final comments. Hell, she might have actually been attempting to think them over, getting a bit more buzzed and possibly not getting that Valley was kidding around.

"I think...your bed will be fine. I like Friction after all, and I can't think of anyone or anything I'd rather rub up against than you...no Tension though. Those guys are creepy."

Valley just burst out laughing for a moment, ending it with a snort. Ace was such a sweet, cute little drunk when she wanted to be. In the future, she would have to get her out like this more often. It was refreshing to just hang, and it was obvious that the worries of the night were as from Ace's mind as the east from the west.

Good. Mission accomplished.

Standing up, Valley took Ace's hand and gave it a soft kiss. "And with that lovely last thought, I think it's time we abscond. Are you ready to depart, milady?"

"Yes! Let us away!"

Ace yelled, standing up and gently rubbing the back of her hand, kissed by Valley, against her cheek, enjoying it.

She turned and made her way towards the door, the drunk lightweight stopping as she opened the door, before turning and looking at her girlfriend.

".....Where am I going?"

Valley followed after her...or started to. Ace only got so far before she remembered she had no idea where Valley lived.

"Come here." Valley rolled her eyes and walked in front of her, kneeling a bit. "I'll piggyback you there, come on." From the looks of things, Ace could use the ride, and Valley could use the exercise. She could certainly think of worse things to keep on her back.

"Woo!"

Ace yelled a moment later, on Valley's back, legs held by the older woman's arms, the barkeep rolling his eyes at the sight.

"Onward Noble Valley! Allow me to ride you to your bed!"

Ace said with a laugh, gaining a chuckle from the bartender and the few patrons in the bar this late. Ace clearly saw no problem with the position, clearly enjoying herself, having forgotten about her earlier woes, thanks to her trusty girlfriend and a few beers.
