River Styx vs Riyu Kikuchi - Highs and Lows

River just stood there, unable to move through sheer disbelief - this girl was seriously trying to tackle her. River wasn't the tallest girl in the AFW, but she was bigger than most, and was a solid 180 pounds. She didn't know whether to admire the ballsiness, or take it as an insult.

...actually, on second thought, definitely the latter.

River let her hit and take her back a step...just one step...before she put her foot down and stopped the assault. "Congratulations." She raised her fist, holding it ominously above the lithe wrestler's head. "You're a strong contender for the Darwin Award."

She brought the hammer down right on top of her head, looking to lay her out with a solid blow.

That.....did not go well.

Riyu could only gasp as Rivers fist smashed down onto her head, knocking the smaller girl onto all fours in front of her, hands going up to hold her head.


"Owwwwwww...."

This was just pathetic.

River looked down at Riyu, expression blank as she sussed out her options. If this was the street, she would just pulp her and take her wallet. Maybe break an arm to send a message. But Riyu was such nobody little bitch that no one would really care if she did get demolished. There'd be little to gain.

But that didn't mean she couldn't have some fun with it, right?

She brought her foot down, stomping hard next to Riyu's head. "You want to get out of here in one piece? Kiss my boot. Then I'll pin you and it'll all be over."

Riyu shook her head and was pushing herself up when Rivers boot smashed onto the mat next to her, offering her a humiliating deal.

Riyu frowned, not liking it one bit. She may have been smaller, and giving up almost 100 pounds to River, she still had her fighters pride, and had no desire to just curl up and die just because of a disadvantage. If River was going to smash her, then she was going to go down fighting!

"No Way!

Riyu yelled, hopping to her feet and leaping upwards, kicking both her feet out in a dropkick aimed at Rivers chest!

Goddamn, would this girl make up her mind? Was she going to be a pathetic little bitch, or was she going to have some actual fight in her? Was consistency too much to ask for?

She came up like a Riyu-In-The-Box, jumping and shoot her legs out with quick drop kick at point blank range. It wasn't enough to knock River off her feet or even stun her for too long, but it did bring her down to one knee, looking back up at Riyu with bared teeth and unfiltered venom.

"Okay." She rubbed her chest, wincing at the spot where her boots hit. "I tried to be cordial."

She burst up and charged forward, trying to hit the little bitch with a decapitating clothesline, boots stomping along and shaking the ring as she charged.

The clothesline slammed into Riyu's chest and neck, flipping the smaller girl into a full rotation, landing on her stomach, facing the opposite way she had been looking before!

Laying on the mat, Riyu coughed and gasped, rubbing at her throat and rolling around on the mat, completely at River's mercy for the moment, not a good thing in any situation.


"B...Blarrg...."

Riyu went down from the clothesline, folding like a bad hand of cards. It was actually rather astonishing, really. Styx had only wanted to knock her flat, but the force was so great and her weight so small that it spun her around in a full rotation, dropping the gibbering idiot on her chest.

She stared down at Riyu for a moment, not knowing whether to laugh or cry, before she reeled back and kicked her squarely in the side, trying to force her on her back so they could get some face contact going on.

The kick did the dazed Riyu no favors, lifting her body off the mat a good foot in the air, the impact causing her body to bounce and roll onto her back. The green haired girl groaned, holding her side. Somebody backstage was certainly having a good laugh at her expense.

Taking a breath, Riyu rolled towards the edge of the ring. With any luck, she could make it out of the ring before River could catch her and inflict more damage!

With Riyu put on her back like a turtle, River raised her foot and prepared to stomp her into the mat, crushed the little bitch under her heel. Before she had the chance, though, Riyu did her smartest, most strategic move of the match.

She ran.

River wasn't about to chase after her. The little girl was undoubtedly faster, and there was hardly any point to it. This was a standard match. She could stay out there, but if she wanted to avoid the slow count, she would have to come inside sooner or later. River was patient. She could wait.

She walked over to the side and took out another cigarette, lighting it while she looked down at Riyu. "Anytime, now."

Riyu groaned outside the ring, hearing a loud stomping sound in the ring, guessing that it was meant for her head. Luckily, she rolled away in time.

Hearing River leaning over the ropes, Riyu rolled underneath the ring. Since she couldn't take the girl head on, she would attempt trickery!
