Jean Grey's open challenge.

Jean Grey made her way down to the ring and stood in the center as she awaited her opponent. Sweat already gleamed slightly on her thighs and fcae as she seemed to be working herself up into a competitive mood. She jogged in place and occasionally threw punches at the air as she got herself warmed up. She didn't care who came out to fight her. She expected a girl but even if it was a guy it wouldn't matter all the same. She was here to prove herself.

Carol is the one supposed to face Jean Grey. She appeared from the backstage,wearing a cute yellow bikini and carrying a guitar as she always does. She walked down the ramp,everybody received the idol as she deserved to be received. She just smiled as her theme song, "Rock and Roll",sound all over the place. She climbed into the ring and looked up and down at her opponent.

"Jean Grey,huh? I'm Carol,nice to meet you!"

Jean gave a bit of a confident smirk. She walked up to Carol and around her a bit as if assessing her strength.

"Carol huh? Heard you know music. Do you know how to wrestle?"

Jean seemed to give the smaller, skinnier girl a bemused look as if wondering if she should hold back on her.

"Dont worry about me!! Even if its hard to believe,I can wrestle!!" Carol yelled at her opponent as Jean was treating her as a mere,weak child. It may was a mistake. Carol didnt know. She never saw Jean in action,so they will have to find out who is the best.

"Okay! Good luck,Jean!!"

Jean gives Carol an enigmatic smile and walks back to her corner to stretch a bit. As the bell rang Jean came forward patiently. She circled Carol slowly and tried to gauge her mood.

Carol pays attention to Jean's move,analyzing her bit by bit. As her opponent came closer,Carol didnt doubt about it and ran toward her,going for a knee shot toward the other girl's belly.

"Take this!"

Jean grinned and held up both hands in front of her to block the knee from hitting her gut. Jean then went to fasten her hands around Carol's leg pulling Carol's foot straight up to make her slightly off balance. Then Jean would move her leg around carol's other to try and trip her up and make her fall on her back. If properly executed, Carol would be on her back with one of her legs still in Jean's grasp. Jean gave Carol a slightly menacing smile as if though she planned to do something bad from here.

"Gahh...! Let me go!!" Carol softly groaned,pulling her leg to her,but Jean's grasp was just too strong and she wasnt able to escape from the hold by herself. She clinched her teeth,desperate and trying to release herself from the hold.

Jean decided to school Carol slightly and goes for a standing heel hold, twisting Carol's leg somewhat painfully around her own. It was a low level leglock that most wrestlers could tolerate but jean did have her reservations about this kid.

"So...don't tell me you ready to give up yet....or you?"

Jean gave the leg another slightly hard twist.

Carol wasnt going to give up just yet. It just wasnt her style. She tries to fight back against the hold to,at least,make it softer. She made a great effort to take a sit up and grab and squeeze Jean's leg.

"No! I'm not giving up!"
