Dark Valley training

"Yup just like any other clothes." Master Sakaki was waiting with Ashlee clothes GreatForce still trying to get by the fact that Ashlee found the place"Un Ashlee did you used my giant tower home as your point of reference?"

"not exactly.. just explored and came across this place.." she shrugged and took the clothes politely

Stonewall smiled and said, "Well, we're glad you found us! Now, we can be together in our training and be better fighters!"

she ran off really quick and came back changed into the suit"yep"

"Wow! You look great!" said Stonewall as she saw Ashlee come back in looking stylish.

"Yea looks good on you Ashlee." She'd look at her green training outfit matching her hair style getting ready for the training session. "Ok I guess well start of train by doing a 3 lap jog around the Dark Valley!" She'd start jogging leading Ashlee around.

Stonewall got her feet ready to go as she said, "I'm coming with you, Greatforce! Wait for me!" She would follow along around the Dark Valley.

After they were done their warm up GreatForce would stretch a bit before master Sakaki would start trainer "Ok now listen here were going to do wheelbarrows GreatForce s Ghow them out it done."GreatForce would lay on the ground and master Sakaki would pick her up and start running. "You why your are 3 time stronger than your arm!? Because you walk with them thats how I found it out!" GreatForce would just leaving a pile of dirt and destruction as she plowed through everything like nothing! "Ok your girls how try it!"
