Kurai vs Heather Sunderland

Kurai was straining herself with the effort it took to keep her opponent in this hold, so the question of submission was also a way of hoping to slow down her tough opponent for later if she broke out. When Heather refused to submit, Kurai was ready to try to increase the pressure, but her opponent would roll towards her, and the move had the desired effect as the hold got a little slack, not quite gone, but lighter none the less.

As Heather continued to roll her body to Kurai, loosening the hold as much as she could as she would glare down at the girl. "You...should have just..stayed down!" Heather would let out,pulling her free arm back as she would try to throw her fist at the girl' trying to punch her in her side as hard as she could continuously to get her to break the hold.

Kurai was having serious trouble keeping this hold locked in, not only was Heather begin to break it, Kurai was using a lot of her limited strength to keep it going. "If i stayed down where's the fun in that?"Kurai said innocently in response to Heather's remark. But the risk became greater than the reward when Heather began to punch Kurai's side, a few landing on her rib cage "Gah!" Kurai grunted at each hit, then she let go, hold her side with one hand as she tried to roll away.

Heather would click her tongue at Kurai's words before finally her punches would cause the girl to let her go. Quickly, Heather would roll away, rubbing her arm as she got up on one knee, trying to shake off the pain. "Heh..well...soon you aren't going to have a choice." Heather would let out, grinning a bit as she tried to play off the pain that was still running through her arm as she would push herself up.

Narrowing her eyes, she would approach the girl, trying to raise her arms up and call for a lockup, something that they didn't do like normal in the beginning of the matchup.

Kurai had been forced to release the hold which annoyed her a little, but as her opponent didnt immediately follow up, she assumed it had done its job. Kurai heard Heather's taunt, and responded "We'll see about that!" Then she saw her raise her arms for the lock up and Kurai obliged, she would try to see if she could push Heather back at all.

As they got into the lockup, Heather would push on the girl as much as she could, trying to compare their strength. Heather still found herself weaker than Kurai in that aspect, finding herself getting slowly pushed back. She would click her tongue, gritting her teeth before she would start to let herself fall backwards. As she did, she would kick her feet up, trying to throw the girl backwards in a monkey flip.

Kurai had gotten into the lock up Heather had signaled for, and she found herself winning it, much to her own surprise. Then she felt Heather begin to fall backwards, and Kurai thinking she could use this, was caught completely off guard when Heather's feet flew up and she flipped in the air and flopped onto her back "Ufff..." Kurai groaned in pain, slightly stunned by the impact.

Slamming Kurai onto the mat with her monkey flip, Heather would quickly spin herself around so she was facing the girl. She remembered earlier in the match when she went for a scissors and the girl was able to quickly stop her, so she decided to try for it again. This time though, she would reach for Kurai's hair, trying to pull her head up and wrap her thighs around it, laying her legs across the length of the girl's upper body as she tried to lock in the headscissors from behind.

The flip to the mat had been rather painful, but the real problem was it left Kurai practically unable to defend herself as Heather moved in. She felt a sharp pain in her scalp as her hair was pulled, "Ahhh! Let go!" she yelled the pain distracting her as Heather locked in her headscissors, with her legs trapping Kurai's upper body, making it hard to struggle in an already tight hold. Kurai would try to get her hands up and stop Heather's pulling befor turning her attention to the hold that was sucking out her air supply at an alarming rate.

"Best way to make me let go is to just give up!" Heather would let out, squeezing her legs together as hard as she could. If there was one part of her body that actually had quite a bit of strength in them, it was her legs from how much she needs to use them for her moveset. She was putting enough strength into her legs as she could before Kurai would pull her hand away from her hair. It really was no matter to Heather as she was putting all of her focus into the scissor hold.
