East vs North: Akamatsu Siblings vs Northman Siblings

Shaking his head slightly in an effort to clear out the cobwebs, Kyo focused back on the match. Michael was a light-footed fighter who seemed to have more of a martial arts bent than his sister. He'd have to be much more quick and sly if he was going to deal with Michael, and he'd have to use his own martial arts experience as well-- which, thankfully, he had plenty of.

As Michael came forwards, Kyo made a hopefully unexpected move by backpedalling away from his punch instead of moving to block it. As Michael's spinning kick lashed towards his face, Kyo reacted quickly, catching his foot in one hand before tucking it under his armpit. Remaining wary of any attempt Michael might make with his free leg for an enziguri kick (which Kyo would also attempt to catch if Michael tried it), Kyo would then counter by falling back and flipping Michael hard onto his back.

Michael wasn't able to send his kick up to Kyo, well he was but it wasn't successful and that was the crux of it all, though Michael wasn't sure what to do right now, other than attempt to pull his other leg up and attempt to send a quick kick towards Kyo's ribs, but as he did the taller and bigger guy took a hold of the guy's legs and used them to pull Michael up and slam him down hard on his back as he flew over Kyo's head. " GAh!" Michael shouted out as he was slammed down hard on his back by the bigger wrestler.

Kyo's counter worked like a charm, hurling his lighter opponent over him and sending him crashing onto his back. Keeping a hold on Michael's leg, Kyo grabbed for Michael's other leg as well and, turning around, intertwined them around one of his own legs and leaned back, trapping Michael in an undoubtedly painful scorpion leg lock.

"Give up!" he shouted, not wanting to spend more time fighting Michael than he needed to.

Michael groaned and shook his head as he was downed in such a painful manner, his back soon started to arch off the mat all up to the point when Kyo went down and attempted to catch his leg, Michael though on pure instinct just pulled back the leg and then pushed it forward and attempted to have his foot crash into Kyo's body and attempt to push the guy back, after which Michael would quickly roll around on the floor closer towards the ropes and grab onto the bottom ones.

Kyo was taken by surprise as Michael's free leg suddenly hammered back, nailing him in the chest. Although the kick didn't have enough power to knock Kyo over, it was still enough to make him release Michael's other leg. Wincing, Kyo staggered back a step as Michael crawled to the ropes, grabbing the bottom rope to slowly pull himself back up.

"You have a good fighting spirit, I'll give you that," Kyo conceded as he walked after Michael, grabbing his arm to pull him up to his feet. Once Michael was on his feet, however, Kyo would retaliate, pressing him against the ropes and nailing him in the midsection with three repeated knee strikes, aiming to soften him up even further.

Michael gritted his teeth as he pulled himself up with the help of the ropes, he noticed how Kyo started to move up towards him and soon took a hold of his other hand when Michael was up on his feet. Michael quickly made and attempt to fight back, lifting one leg up and then stomped it down against the guys knee, attempting to take him down a bit with that and then quickly attempt to use the ropes to jump up a bit and kick at Kyo's head.

If he could managed that, then Michael would quickly try and jump over Kyo and then head off over towards Cecilia and then attempt and tag his sister in. If he could, well then he would have to take the knee shoots to his stomach and after them slump down onto his knees again groaning in pain.

Kyo winced as Michael suddenly lashed out, hammering him in the knee with a sudden kick. He gasped as pain shot through his leg, but his retaliation was swift, sending a brutal forearm chopping into Michael's chest in return. Still, the knee strike has scuppered his plan of using a knee strike on Michael, so he had to improvise now.

Grabbing at Michael's head, Kyo kicked out against the corner post and pushed himself backwards, aiming to fall onto his back, and, more importantly, to use his grip on Michael to throw him over his shoulder and slam him hard onto his back.

Michael gritted her teeth as he looked on at Kyo as the guy took Michael kick to his knee and then it seemed to have put a stop to what ever that he seemed to have planned, but all it did was cause him a lot more problems as Kyo lashed out against Michael's chest, feeling a sharp stinging pain in his chest as he was then pulled away from the ropes and taken a hold off before Kyo threw him over himself as Michael was then slammed down hard against the mat as the Kyo took him down with that attack. " Agh!" Michael shouted out as his back was slammed down hard onto the mat.

Rolling back up to his knees, Kyo wiped the sweat from his forehead, taking stock of the situation. So far, he held the edge over Michael in this match-- the boy was simply outclassed by him, in strength and experience, and Kyo was confident that if he kept fighting Michael, he could earn a victory. On the other hand, a part of him yearned to resume his battle with Cecilia Northman. His whole time in his corner had been spent mentally preparing himself to fight her, readying himself for the numerous psychological ploys she might use to distract him or sap his resolve. He rotated his shoulders slightly. He needed to fight Cecilia again, to pit himself against a tough opponent.

"You did well," he whispered to Michael before grabbing him by the arm and lifting him up to his feet. Twisiting his body, he would then whip Michael towards his home corner, where his sister was undoubtedly waiting.

Michael was pulled up to his feet by Kyo and then heard what he whispered to him and it forced him to grit his teeth and then get swung off towards his teams corner, hitting the turnbuckle with his front casing his arms to drape over the top ropes as her let out a loud, long and painful groan from the hit. " Gh..gkh...I-I did my best..." Michael said as he looked up at his sister.

Cecilia would pat Michael's head and then smiled at her brother, " You did better than I could have. Now let me kick whatever is remaining of Kyo's butt." Cecilia said as she would move into the ring, the pat being taken as a tag and with it the Northern Queen stepped into the ring and fell into a grappling stance. Micheal slipped out of the ring and stood outside on the apron and looked on as Cecilia started to move in closer towards Kyo. " You shouldn't have gotten too cocky when facing Michael. Seems like he landed a few good hits on you." Cecilia said with a little grin on her face.
