Rena's Sparring Session # 003: (for Kenichi) (complete)

Rena grunted as her shoulder hit Kenichi's jaw. Separating from her opponent, she fell onto the ropes for support. Keep attacking, she ordered herself. Don't let up!

She pulled herself up and staggered towards the fallen Kenichi, thinking to pick up the arm nearest her, lift that limb, and them slam it into the mat to soften it, Rena not feeling up for a kick right now. If she succeeded, she would do it twice more in succession.

Kenichi was confused slightly when he felt her lift his right arm up, but had to bite back a gasp of pain as she slammed his arm down onto the mat.

Rena slammed his arm down a second time when Kenichi decided enough was enough, she had to have been hurting more than he was.

So when she lifted his arm up for the third slam, Kenichi pushed off the mat and will try to roll on top of her, his right hand grabbing onto the wrist that held on to it, and slam her down to the mat face first will pulling her arm sharply behind her in a rather crude arm lock.

If this succeeds he'll try twisting her arm again.

"Ugh!" Rena's cheek connected with the mat quite solidly. Then her shoulder socket burned again as Kenichi cranked on her right arm. "Tsch..."

Rena will try to twist and roll out of Kenichi's grip so that she lay on her back with her head near Kenichi's feet. If she succeeded, she'd try to go for a crucifix arm bar from that position, if Kenichi was still holding on to her wrist. Otherwise, she'd press her feet into him and then kick, pushing him away from her.

Rena twisted and rolled, her ring experience showing as despite Kenichi's best efforts of maintaining her position, she managed to wriggle herself right where she wanted to be. Kenichi then felt her pull his arm now into what could have possibly been a very painful arm lock.

Could have been because the second Kenichi lost control of the grapple he aborted his hold and tried to re-engage.

Rena's foot found his stomach first, and the wind was soon blasted from Keinichi's lungs as he was sent onto his back, gasping for breath. His abdomen burning in agony as her blow hit before he could ready himself.

'Get up, get up, GET UP KENICHI SHE'LL E ROGHT ON TOP OF YOU!'

Groaning with agony Kenichi will try to force his way onto his feet, determined to meet Rena on his feet.

Rena performed a kick-up recovery. It was flashy and used a lot of energy, but she needed to get back on her feet pronto. I might as well go all out!

So when Kenichi got back on his feet, Rena was there to greet him with a clothesline from Hell!

"Guh!" Kenchi exclaimed as he brought his arms up to block the clothesline, knocking him back down to his knees even before he had managed to get his feet up under him.

'Crap! Can't let her get me!'

He'll try to grab her arm that she tried to clothesline him with if Rena left it outstretched. If he can grab it he'll try to roll onto his his back and kick Rena over him into the turnbuckle.

If she manages to pull her arm out of the way he'll have over extended with his grab and be completely unable to stop her next attack.

Tired, Rena couldn't pull her arm back though she wanted to, having put too much power into it, her limb feeling like it was weighed down with rocks. Neither could she stop herself from being flung into the turnbuckle back first. "Uwaaahhh!" she howled in pain as she collapsed into the corner on her side. "Nghhh..."

Kenichi will drag himself over to Rena's prone form, growling slightly from his burning abdomen. He really did feel like an asshole for hurting her, but he had pride as a martial artist damnit, and Rena deserved to be treated as a worthy opponent.

Unfortunately that meant he could no longer hold back.

He'll try to roll her into an upright sitting position with her in his lap. He will then try to lock his legs around her knees and spread her legs into a grapevine, hoping to bring his flexibility as a weapon, at the same time he'll try to lock his arms around her neck into a sleeper hold and lean back so he was laying flat on the mat, trying to increase the pressure from both holds.

Battered and exhausted, Rena could only offer feeble resistance to Kenichi's methodical submission. And when he locked her up in that position, she allowed herself only a few seconds out of dignity before croaking, "I give up, I give up..." as her hand weakly slapped the mat.

Kenichi will instantly release both holds and gently lay Rena down on her back. Now, after making sure he had made Rena as comfortable as he could, (in his mind a sort of apology for making her submit), he'll flop onto his back right next to the prone referee, the post fight exhaustion and soreness finally registering with his brain.

In fact, he was so exhausted he couldn't move from his prone position, his muscles twitching occasionally from where Rena had given him a particularly devastating throw or wrestling move.

"...Ow" he moaned through his still sore jaw.
