Aluria vs Tiss: Chance Encounters

Aluria flew over the forests that marked the border between one of Heaven's regions and one of the circles of the Hells. The territory was officially in Heaven's sphere, and demons had been encroaching less and less over the centuries, but forest patrol gave the angel an excuse to get away from the cities of Heaven and find some peace and quiet.
She landed by a fresh water lake, lowering her cupped hand into the water and then bringing it to her mouth to drink. Then the tan skinned angel sighed, looking about. The forest was beautiful, easily matching High Elven forests in terms of majestic quality.
"A good thing the demons didn't get their infernal claws on this place. They'd have it burnt and corrupted with a few mortal years." she remarked to herself.

As Aluria flew patrol, one of the demons she was supposed to be watching out for was prowling the forest below. Tiss knew she had to be wary in this forest. It bordered the regions of hell and heaven, making it an extremely dangerous area for her to hang out in. A bunch of angels might come by and smite her existence off the world. Or, even worse, some demons might be prowling nearby. The last thing Tiss wanted was to be found by the greater demons in hell again.

Even so, Tiss wasn't too afraid. She had restored most of her power, so she could resist the bulk of the demons and angels that were in this area. Though she wasn't one of the elder demons, she certainly possessed a measure of their power. And she had talented sex skills as well. Tiss felt that at the very least, if one of the minions of the greater demons found her, she could destroy that before it tells its master. Angels would be more problematic, but then Tiss wasn't trying to start trouble. Most wouldn't bother with a lone demon like her anyways.

Tiss stepped out of the undergrowth to find herself on the edge of a pristine lake. Seeing how peaceful the area was, Tiss decided to relax a bit. Taking off her boots, Tiss sat down on the edge of the lake, her feet dipping into the cool water. She was completely oblivious to the fact that across the small lake was an angel sent out to hunt down beings like her.

The angel was considering a dip in the lake, about to unfasten the clasps that held her clothes on.
That's when she saw a pink haired demoness step out and begin testing the waters with her foot.
*Well no soon spoken then ruined.* Aluria sighed as she thought to herself. *But she's familiar....wait..*
She remembered Tiss, a succubus not only versed in sexual ability but had trained enough to be skilled with weapons and actual combat, from some of the many battles of the war between Heaven and Hell. Although the two never met in combat, Aluria knew a few angels that fell either through Tiss's surprising combat skill, or were sexually defeated by the succubus.
*Well, she's not exactly a rampaging horde, but I don't think I can just simply let her hang about.* the angel mused to herself.
"You seem to be lost, demoness. Your kind are forbidden from crossing into this forest." Aluria called, her words civil but her tone almost as cold as ice.

Tiss was absentmindedly kicking the water when she heard someone calling out to her. She looked around, only to find that across the small lake stood a tan-skinned angel. Upon closer inspection, Tiss recognized her.

"Aluria?" Tiss said to herself. She knew of this angel, a powerful hermaphroditic being that had bested many a succubi in sexual combat. Tiss was actually quite surprised that someone like her would be here. The only angels that came to this place were on patrol duty. What would someone like Aluria be doing that?

Tiss stood up and stepped back into her boots. "I would love to see you try and get rid of me then!" she shot back, her tone anything but civil.

Aluria narrowed her eyes at Tiss. Normally succubi, when confronted normally tried to either flee from her, seduce her, or tried to bargain with her. Tiss however, was quick to be bold and confrontational. Of course that suited Aluria just fine. She was a warrior herself, and after a day of having to endure whispers and stares from other angels for her dual gendered body, she was up for a battle.
"Very well, challenge accepted...Tiss." she said, revealing the fact she knew of the succubus.
Aluria assumed a fighting stance, her hands glowing with golden energy for a moment as she waited for the succubus to prepare herself.

Tiss sighed when Aluria said her name. It seemed that this angel knew of her. That could only mean trouble. Aluria probably knew the extent of Tiss's powers as well. The angel charged up her energy, assuming a fighting stance, her hands glowing with her power. Tiss snapped her fingers, her long trident appearing in her hands. She opened her wings and flapped, lifting a little up of the ground.

"You seem to know of me Aluria," Tiss said, "Surely you know how foolish it is to challenge me." Without giving Aluria a chance to respond, Tiss would fly forward at an incredible speed, crossing the lake in an instant, her trident thrusting forward to pierce Aluria.

An angel used to battle, Aluria conjured a flash of golden light that solidified into a sword. She barely dodged Tiss's trident, the weapon tearing a gash into her clothes.
Despite the near miss, the angel laughed.
"Foolish harlot, you up against one who stood her ground against some of the most ancient demons and succubi. What makes you think I fear you?!" she said before lunging at Tiss.
Her blade will slash and thrust at lightning speeds, the motion a blur to mortal vision as it sought to strike the succubus's torso.

Tiss swung her trident around reflexively, since she knew that Aluria had great combat skill and would dodge a frontal attack like that with ease. As it was, Tiss only barely blocked the shining sword that cut her way, the blade crashing into the shaft of her spear. The blow jarred Tiss, knocking her back a little.

"Hmph, I've fought nastier opponents than you," Tiss snorted, "You aren't intimidating me!"

She swung her trident around, her demonic strength and speed matching Aluria's power, their weapons becoming blurs as they clashed. Sparks flew from each strike, making it look like they were duelling in an exploding fireworks show. Aluria's weapon was faster than Tiss's, forcing the succubus into defense. Tiss knew she had to try something else.

She leaped back and flew to the center of the lake, wanting Aluria to follow. Once Aluria did though, Tiss would strike down at the water, splashing up and creating a mist, hiding herself for a second. Which was all she needed to get behind Aluria to stab at the angel's back!

The angel indeed came after Tiss, falling for the ruse. When Tiss created her her cloud of water and mist she thrust her sword forward but hit nothing but air. Aluria's experience was the only the thing that saved her from being dealt a mortal wound. Realizing the succubus's ploy, the angel let her momentum carry her forward, the trident's blade stabbing into her back but not sinking in enough to be fatal. Still it was enough to cause the angel to cry out in pain as she continued forward, the trident sliding out of her back, and turned to face Tiss.
Gritting her teeth, Aluria rushed back at her foe, her sword coming down in an overhand chop at Tiss's shoulder that would be easy for the militant succubus to parry. However that was a feint. The angel's real attack would come when Aluria's free hand, glowing with gold energy would attempt a palm strike into Tiss's stomach. The power of the heavenly force, which Aluria had dubbed Seraphic Law, would add great force to the blow if it lands, blowing the succubus back towards a tree as well as blasting away some of the demon's clothing. If the strike was successful, Alurai wouldn't press her advantage, instead choosing to land some distance away, groaning from her wound.

Tiss knew she had Aluria. She thrust forward, aiming to spear the angel through the heart and rid herself, and all of hell, a particular nuisance. However, Aluria refused to die. Tiss's trident sank in only a few centimeters before the angel reacted and pulled away. Tiss groaned in frustration. That was only a flesh wound. It would hurt Aluria, but it wasn't anywhere near enough to kill her.

Aluria came back with a vengence. Tiss swung her trident up, blocking the sword easily. She was beginning to think Aluria was getting desperate when suddenly a palm, glowing with the wrath of heaven, slammed into her stomach. That blow sent Tiss flying back across the water, crashing so hard into a tree that the trunk shattered. Tiss opened her mouth, coughing out a mix of spittle and blood. She fell onto the ground, sitting by the ruined trunk, one hand on her bruised gut.

Tiss knew she had to stand back up and keep fighting or else Aluria was going to kill her. She struggled back onto her feet, her legs shaking from the pain. She finally stood up, taking her trident and pointing it at Aluria in a defensive stance.
