Kiara's second training session (for Dynamo44)

"Ok" Kiara said stepping away from Songbird and laying down on her back ready to begin training.

"OK, first I'm going to show you a figure four leglock." Songbird lifted up Kiara's right leg. "Remember whichever leg you take, you're going to spin the opposite direction. So for your right leg, I'll spin to my left hand side." She did so. "And look, you need to make sure the top part of the foot crosses below the knee and above the shin a little. Then, I'll sit down and put my right leg to secure your foot and my other leg is still marking the spot where I span. You see?"

Kiara stiffled her scream for pain as the figure four was applied "Ouch that hurts" Kiara said in pain.

"Yes, I know it hurts now, but from here you can twist the ankle to the right of left or apply pressure by lifting up your hips." Songbird did so and waited for Kiara to tap out.

It didn't take long as a few seconds later Kiara began to pound on the mat unable to take the pain in her legs anymore.

Songbird released her from the submission and kneeled to Kiara. "I'm sorry if that was too hard. Are you alright?"

"No, no i'm fine" Kiara said rubbing her legs "If it helps me become better i'll endure any pain" Kiara said slowly getting to her feet

Songbird rubbed her chin and smiled. "Hmm, White Feather was right. You may have the potential after all. OK, now I'll show you the reversal of a figure four leglock."

"Ok just give me a minute that really hurt" Kiara said rubbing her leg for a few seconds before lying down and waiting for the move to be applied again.

"Alright." As soon as Kiara finished, Songbird applied the figure four leglock again. "OK, now that you're here, the best way to get out is to turn onto your stomach. The pressure will be reversed to your opponent."
