Miya Summer's First Training Session!

A short while after a door can be heard opening up. Out came a woman in a blue sports shirt and black sports leggings.

"Okay hello there. I am here to help you train today. "

She puts her bag down on the other side.

"My name is Catherine. So do you wwntnto put your wrestling attire on or just traning attire."

"Well, I already came dressed with my wrestling gear, so I'm gonna use this. And nice to meet you. I'm Miya." Miya said in response, extending her arm to do a handshake with the other woman.

"Hellooooooo."

She shakes her hand. She quickly got rid fi her topxand her leggings and it appears she had her gear kn the whole entire time.

After shaking her hands she goes into the ring.

"So what did you want to do today?"

Miya stretched her arms forward when the other woman entered to the ring shakes her hands. "Well, what if we start with the basics?"

"Let's do some fall down practices. Stand up straight and just fall down. This will help get you use to falling down."

After Catherine was done stretching.cshe shwoed her how to do it.

"Alright, can you show me an example?" Miya asked politely to Catherine, taking her from now as an instructor.

"Sure you just make your self fall down."

Catherine goes to lift up her feet only standing on tye bottom of her feet and she falls down to the matt.

"That how I do it."

She gets back up.
