Claire vs Taylor

Claire got to her feet ad resumed her stance quickly; however, it seemed like the blonde girl didn't intend to attack her while she was down. That was quite a change, compared to the cruel wrestlers she was used to fighting. "Thank you," she smiled back, "but I already said you don't have to hold back. This is a match, so we should both give our best." She thought back to some seconds ago. If their positions had been inverted just then, Claire was almost sure she would've attacked Taylor on the spot. She was no heel, but a match was a match. Taylor, however, seemed to be a different kind of person.

"Now," she said, with a bit of thrill into her voice, "come. Attack me!"

Taylor heard Claire's comment, and shook her head slowly from side to side. "I cant attack a downed opponent. It goes against my principles." She replied, waiting patiently until her white haired opponent was on her feet again. "Hai!" She nodded her head before starting to advance towards Claire once again, her arms up and one leg in front of the other, in a defensive stance. If she managed to get close to the other girl without getting attacked, she'd try to grab her by one of her wrists, spinning around and sending her running towards the ropes.

Claire patiently waited for Taylor to get closer. She didn't plan on attacking her head-on for now, as the blonde had already shown that her countering techniques were superb. She decided she'd wait for a good time and strike. Taylor grabbed her wrist, and as she spun around Claire made her own move. She'd spin together with Taylor, doing a semicircle before planting her feet solidly on the mat, using the momentum to whip Taylor to the ropes instead.

Claire's counter worked, to Taylor's surprise. The blonde woman was whipped towards the ropes, running almost as fast as she could. She turned around before she got there and bounced against them, the ropes bending a little bit before pushing Taylor forward. She came back to Claire at full speed. She wasnt willing to let her white haired opponent attack her now, so she leapt off the mat and aimed her feet at the other girl's chest, going for an awesome dropkick.

Claire was intent on delivering a hard chop towards Taylor when she returned; however, she had to change plans very quickly when she saw Taylor's dropkick coming at her. She rolled deftly to the side, managing to avoid the attack.

She would then watch Taylor land. Striking techniques hadn't been much good so far, she thought; Taylor's reaction time made hitting her almost impossible. Claire had to find a way to slow her down, or else she'd probably be kissing the mat in no time.

Taylor was amazed to find out that Claire was able to dodge that. The blonde woman fell to the mat with a thud onto her front, twitching a little bit in pain. Nonetheless, she didnt waste much time on the mat. She got on her hands and knees and then climbed back to her feet in a matter of seconds. Finally, a worthy opponent! This was going to get reaaally interesting. "Good move, Claire-san." She complimented, smirking at her.

Claire watched her opponent get up. "Thanks." She closed in yet again; the time for testing each other was over, and she had already formulated a decent strategy inside her head. She'd send a punch straight at Taylor's face; however, the path of her fist would suddenly change midway and grab the blonde's shoulder. With this, she would pull Taylor towards her and execute a quick but effective knee strike on her belly.

Taylor would have tried to karate chop Claire's arm as her fist came to her face, but since the white haired woman's arm changed its purpose, she wasnt able to stop it. The blonde girl was pulled closer to her opponent only to receive the knee blow to the gut. Actually, the first strong attack that she has ever suffered. This made her think she should go all out from now on. Anyway, coming back to he knee blow, it made the angel cough a bit and bend over, holding her stomach with both arms. "Nnggh...!!!"

In any other match, Claire would have followed a succesfull knee with some well-aimed blows to the head, but she suspected that wouldn't do this time. A fighter like Taylor asked for a more decisive move, one that would send her down quickly and efficiently. So, after hitting Taylor, Claire would put her in a swift headlock and, holding her head against her side, kick Taylor's legs from under her, falling back and driving the blonde head-first against the mat.

Taylor's eyes were closed, and she was completely focused on calming the pain on her stomach. In other words, too busy to pay much attention to whatever Claire was doing. As she felt an arm wrapping around her head, the blonde woman's eyes shot wide open, her hands soon moving from her belly to her white haired opponent's arm and stomach. Of course, by the time she started actually struggling, it'd be a little too late as she was already going down. At this moment, the only thing she could do was to shut her eyes down tightly and hold her arms out in front of her chest, hoping it helped her to reduce the power of the impact.

Even with her arms extended, there was no way she could avoid getting DDT'd. As soon as her face was slammed into the mat, she let out a grunt and rolled over onto her back, curling up a bit and moving her hands to her forehead in order to make her head stop aching. "Nnggh..."
