Backstage, Noah Cassidy, the "Friendly Farmboy" from Idaho, was frowning a rather unfriendly smile as he pulled up his bright orange speedo, then sat down to lace up his boots. He had been in the league for a while now, had racked up a couple of notable matches, though most of his opponents had been small time jobbers, who were rather easily defeated by the teens impressive strength and ability, much to his chagrin. While he enjoyed winning, of course, one of the biggest reasons he had gotten into wrestling was the thrill of a challenge, of being able to defeat an opponent of equal or greater skill, not easily dominating cute jobbers. Even worse, because he was facing only nobodies, he had been relegated to dark matches, not the televised fights that actually got attention, (not too mention paid a lot more!) All in all...it had him in a rather grumpy mood.

Tonight however, that was going to change. He was booked in a televised match tonight, against some girl named...it was a strange name..."Alizeh". While Noah wasn't sure who that was, he hoped she was good in the ring, as he had been frustrated too long, and a good hard fight with him kicking butt was just what he was hoping she could provide for him. Finishing lacing his boots, he made the final knots nice and tight, then stood up to look at himself in the mirror, checking his appearance was good and complete before he heard his name called, the signal that it was time for his match. Good. About time.

With his music playing, Noah made his entrance, though his bad mood continued, as while he would normally blush and smile and wave politely at the fans catcalling him and trying to grab at his butt or body, he ignored the crowd, heading straight for the ring and rolling inside of it, quickly going to his corner and starting to pace back and forth. The sooner his opponent came out, the sooner he'd have an outlet for his bad mood!

Alizeh stretched softly while frowning, not out of anger, but thought. It had been a little over a year now since she had joined AFW, and while she was making progress it wasn't without its setbacks. After all comparative to some people she was definitely on a solid rise, with most of her matches being on tv, and against notable opponent or at worst, fellow newbies like herself. Unfortunately though her record was at a split of wins and losses for herself, so it was hard to really make a case for herself as a top talent. Something she wanted to change going forward.

Granted it wasn't as if any of the matches she lost were squashes or anything like that, rather they were all very back and forth and competitive, but it still stung nonetheless and Alizeh was a competitive person to boot. So to say that she'd be doing everything in her power to win in convincing fashion tonight would be a gross understatement. "Against a dude no less." She said to herself to help herself focus while fixing her black and purple top a bit while waiting for her que.

Indeed tonight she had been pitted against a male wrestler with a pretty decent string of wins. Granted not against top talent or anything, buts a winning record was a winning record and Alizeh respected that. "Too bad it'll be broken after tonight." Alizeh said to herself, getting up as her name was called by the backstage crew, signifying that it was time for her to make her entrance as she nodded and got up, heading towards the entrance ramp with a confident gait as her entrance music started up.

Along with the hard riffs of guitar and electric sound effects Alizeh would come out, smiling brightly as she did so while looking around at the crowd as they cheered. Luckily mixed record or not, she had made a good impression with the fans to get this kind of reaction which was always a good sign in the green haired girl's book. Making her way down the ramp with a confident and quick stride Alizeh would smile and high five the fans as she came down, hopping onto the ring apron and posing before leaping over the ropes and into the ring with a smile that became a tad more serious as she stared down the guy across from her. "Sup, no hard feelings how this goes yeah?" Alizeh asked while holding her hand out in a pre match gesture of respect towards the farm boy.

Well, at least his opponent was a pretty one. That was always a good thing. Seemed popular with the crowd as well. Nice outfit, tight body, green hair. Almost a shame this wasn't a hentai match. Oh well, kicking her butt would be great for his resume regardless.

Copying her gesture, the former farmhand cracked his neck, giving his limbs a shake to make sure he was nice and limber and giving his speedo another adjustment before raising his arms in a classic wrestling stance. "Right. No hard feelings, just a good clean butt kicking!"

He said with some passion in his voice, his previous pout replaced with a confident look as the bell rang, and he came out to the center of the ring slowly, offering the girl a standard lock up to start things off.

Alizeh smiled and nodded in turn at what the cowboy in front of her said. Seemed nice enough which was certainly a plus, though appearances could be deceiving, but for now Alizeh was all too willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Certainly helped that he was a bit on the cuter side as well.

"You got that right." Alizeh said with a nod before raising her hands up as the bell rang, approaching Noah with a small smirk as she reached up, grasping his hands with a grin and pushing against him, doing so for only a few seconds before turning to the side sharply, looping her arms up and around Noah's head to pull him in against the side of her chest with a side headlock to try and take advantage early on!

Noah went into the lock up feeling more than a little confident. After all, he had farmers strength on his side, and few could withstand that kind of power in a lock up!

...and then he found himself falling forward, the lock up broken, before an arm wrapped tightly around his head, pressing his head into the side of Alizeh's chest as she squeezed him in a headlock!

Well, no matter, he could escape a headlock easily! He'd just pull his head out from her grip...NOW!

...Okay, NOW!

...

Now?

...

NOW!

Indeed, for the next solid minute, Noah would squirm and shake, pressing a hand against Alizah's back for better balance and trying to tug his head backwards out of her grip...but she kept it firm, keeping him trapped in this simple, basic move, several members of the crowd starting to chuckle as they saw the farmboy's failed attempts to escape and realized he was already stuck!

Alizeh chuckled softly as she managed to successfully pull Noah down into a tight headlock, wrenching in tightly on his skull, holding him firm against the side of her chest. Holding him there with a iron like grip Alizeh would let him buck and thrash about, letting him expend some excess energy, like a cowboy breaking a bronco, or a fisherman reeling in a big one.

After about a solid minute of Noah thrashing Alizeh decided that it was time to change gears and move to cement her advantage over the blonde in this match. Squatting down, she would move to take one of her arms from his neck to instead hook over his leg before pulling up, trying to take him off his feet before turning him around and throwing him hard into the mat with a simple but effective scoop slam!

Noah wasn't sure why, but despite his best attempts, Noah just couldn't shake his way out of this damned headlock! How strong was this girl, that she could hold a bucking bronco like him hostage in a tight headlock!?

Luckily for him, he would soon escape the dreaded headlock...though sadly not by his own choice or ability, as his world suddenly turned upside down, as he was tossed with ease down to the mat with a scoop slam from the green haired fighter.

Grunting in frustration, his bad mood not helped by this, Noah quickly recovered, rolling over and pushing himself up to his feet, shaking his head and cracking his neck, the speedo-clad fighter trying to pretend that didn't just happen.

"Alright, alright, not bad...but let's go again." He said, still sounding confident as he got his arms up and moved in close, signaling his willingness to go for a lock up, certain he could overpower this girl!

Remaining dominant in the headlock and using the opportunity to heft Noah up Alizeh would turn, slamming the blonde down into the mat with authority, making the ring shake as she stood up with a smile and watching as he rolled away.

Rolling her neck in preparation for the 'next round' so to speak she flashed him a ready smile. "Sure we can go as many times as ya want but..." Pausing for effect as she approached and grabbed his hands with her own Alizeh would speak once more.

"Don't expect the result to be too different." As she said this Alizeh would push forward, squaring her shoulders and snaking a leg behind Noah's as she pushed forward, bending his wrists back, trying to win the test of strength out right!

Noah squared his shoulders and spread his legs, grounding himself with proper stance as the two fighters locked up again and began to push against each other, Noah's slim, but strong, muscles starting to strain as the two pushed against each other, the farmhand determined to not get embarrassed so easily this time!

...and then Alizeh's leg snaked around his own, bend his wrists back, and powered against him, and instead of putting up a dramatic and strong image holding his own against the green haired woman's attack...he ended up tripping over her foot and falling flat to his back, with her body landing directly on top of the tanned teens, causing him to blush as the crowd started to laugh at the embarrassing display!

Noah was decently strong, strong enough to contend with Alizeh at least. If the test of strength went on uninterrupted it was hard to say who would have ultimately won out, but Alizeh was determined to make it work for her and she did. Snaking her leg behind Noah and bending his wrists back with her next push she managed to take the boy down to the mat with her on top!

Leaning close to his face she would wink at him. "Work smarter, not harder am I right?" She asked jokingly before pushing down on Noah's hands, lifting her lower body into the air in a handstand that kept Noah's hands pinned down... Before she would drop down, allowing her knees to crash directly into Noah's stomach!
