Although anyone who lay’s waste to an abandoned building in a blazing explosion and costs the city millions in property damage to safely save one hostage at the very least has her heart in the right place and operates under an incorruptible code of honor…right?

Strategy and Style – As brutal and savage one would suspect from someone routinely draws down with the seediest criminal element that you could imagine. Breaking the noses of drug-dealers and curb stomping gang members being as routine for her as her morning cup of coffee. Sporting strength, agility, resourcefulness, and a pain tolerance bestowed upon hardened detectives who routinely get beer bottles smashed over their head. Befitting her sense of justice, Tsukiko has no qualms with playing dirty in order to regain an advantage and take down perpetrators into arm contorting submissions behind their back. The fact she can’t find willing sparring volunteers anymore back at the precinct should tell all you need to know.

Tsuki has them coughing up vital information in no time when she’s got her stifling arm triangle choke cinched in. “Unethical” or “illegal” though it might be.

2) Police Brutality - Softening up a perp who refuses to be handcuffed and read their Miranda Rights sometimes involves taking certain liberties when you’re squaring off. Those liberties entailing snatching up both of their wrists and imprinting your knee right into their sorry faces. Tsukiko guarantees perps become far more compliant afterward.

3) Hook and Book - Technically an old school police term for arresting someone, but appropriate in this context since anyone nailed with this is all but ready to be hauled downtown for questioning. Tsukiko first catching them in a front facelock before hiking them up by their legs, and positioned perfectly for her to freefall backwards in a cradle DDT with blistering velocity and savage intent.

Finishing Moves :
1) Long Arm Of The Law - Sometimes certain perps require further incentive to respect the law after the police comes barging through their domicile with arrest warrants. Hand-to-Hand tactics are the preferred methods the department emphasizes when taking down criminals, but Tsukiko goes one torturous step beyond by swiveling the perpetrator to the ground by their arms and hyperextending it in an excruciating Fujiwara armbar. She’s infamous for having gotten a full confession from someone this way, and Tsuki wonders just what she could have AFW wrestlers squeal to the police in this submission.

2) Case Closed - First performed in the middle of a brawl with bikers wherein Tsuki was caught unawares and chucked clean over the bar by the gang leader. Whom she’d promptly offer a receipt to by swiftly flipping over the bar and absolutely nailing with a lariat takedown so visceral it had the heavyset biker spiral in mid-air with not much fight or consciousness left in him afterward. Her partner witnessed everything and embellished retellings spread about it in the precinct to an almost legendary status.

1) Street Justice – The ultimate in law enforcement and a specific special brand of Justice for a loose cannon cop on the edge. Whether through roughing up suspects, paying off snitches, straight up trashing the rulebook altogether…or intentionally stuffing her head between her adversary’s thighs before hefting them up and over to become slung onto her back like dead weight. Her adversary granted a face-first viewing of her picture perfect ass, if she doesn't say so herself, before succumbing to the law from her back to belly piledriver.

Personality: Wise-cracking and affable to the point where people become disarmed by her smirk right faster than when she literally disarms you and has your snatched arm bent behind your back. Her friendly, laid-back demeanor and overindulgence on vices (including smoking, drinking, and gambling) equates to her accumulating an abundance of concerned companions who all take it upon themselves to play the doting caretaker. All fellow officers who have been in the line of fire with her and are well aware how swiftly that easy-going persona of hers fades when faced with life-threatening situations. Bullets and haymakers flying tacked onto a death-defying car chase all tending to be her M.O. Although what inevitably drives her actions is first and foremost the pursuit of justice, the enforcement of the law, and a genuine concern for the safety and well-being of the general public whom she’s sworn to defend.

Synopsis: Capable cadet in her early years who showed exceptional interpersonal and sleuthing skills in the academy. Lieutenants within her precinct comment on her pivotal role in solving numerous cases and the apprehension of high priority criminals. An expert markswoman and is certified to utilize all regimented police firearms. Currently holds the record in speed for completing the A2 training course when joining the narcotics division. Physically adept in combat sambo and advanced training in MMA. Capable driver although is currently barred from being behind the wheel of a police cruiser due to the frequency of their demolishment. Received special accommodations within the department for her role in resolving a hostage crisis without back-up, although was reprimanded for defying orders and engaging the perpetrator before back-up could arrive. Police chiefs site her reckless behavior, disregard for authority, and extensive property damage as the reasons for her stagnant position within the ranks. Attempts to take her badge invariably lead to her being granted it back due to her high success rates in solving crimes.

However, an incident wherein Detective Shirogane instructed her partner to advance upon a suspected drug den from the rear, while she advanced upon the front door, ended in tragedy when that officer was killed in the line of duty. Racked with guilt and in a downward spiral, therapy sessions were mandated much to her chagrin. Hereafter switched from Narcotics division to a specialized Joint Task Force in usurping underground fighting arenas, specifically the Yakuza criminality. Assigned to go undercover within those establishments and obtain information while under reconnaissance, however incidents manifested within that led to her being pulled from active duty when one of the suspected Yakuza leaders was found to be the triggerman to her partners death. Tsukiko abandoning her position and pursuing a one-woman vendetta that led to numerous arrests, fatalities, a building explosion, and Tsukiko in traction. For now on indefinite probation, but media coverage of her exploits became untenable. And has since been assigned to boost the department popularity amongst the press by partaking in wrestling bouts.

1) Tsukiko comes from a long line of renowned police officers in her family. And while that was a motivating factor in her joining the force, her only became firmly resolute in this career path following her Father’s demise while on the job.

2) Tsukiko has scars and scratches from all of her close calls. From bullet piercings, knife slices, to shrapnel from all manners of explosives. Anyone she deems a friend will be regaled with stories about each mark and awkwardly showcasing them wherever they are on her body.

3) A multi-car pileup whilst in hot pursuit injured her to the point where her arm was dislocated, but now she can dislocate it at will in order to escape being tied up by ropes, chains, you name it. Although she professes that nothing in the world is as painful as setting it back in.
