Bar Room Blitz

Sarah was still at the ready when Raiye stood back up, her fists raised in her stance. But to her surprise the woman sat down and....took out a cigarette? Was she serious? The rest of the bar seemed to share the smae reaction.

Sarah swiftly caught the cigarette when it was thrown at her. glaring at Riaye furiously. "Mind answering what the fuck your problem is?"

" How would you react if someone spilled a drink over your clothing? "

She'd take out her lighter, a little shakey for some reason. lighting her cigarette before motioning Sarah over to light her cigarette aswell, she wasn't going to throw her only lighter.

" You don't seem like that kind of girl that would let that person go unharmed. "

Sarah narrowed her eyes on Raiye, slowly starting to relax her stance. "Don't talk to me like you know me," Sarah replied bitterly. Despite what she said she probably would have done the same thing, but she didn't need to know that. When offered the lighter Sarah sniffed disdainfully, reaching into her pocket to pull out her own zippo. She placed the cigarette between her lips and lit the tip, taking a long drag of it before she exhaled smoke.

Raiye would only show a gentle grin upon her lips, taking a sharp inhale of her cigarette, pulling it back and released a loud puff of smoke from her mouth, easing against the table and looked over at her.

" Alright. You owe me a drink. "

By now most of the bars patrons had gone back to their regular activities since it looked like the fight wasn't going to start up again. Sarah took another drag of her cig when she heard Raiye's offer. Sarah shrugged. "Eh, what the hell," she said. She gestured to the bartender. "Two more over here." And with that she took a seat at Raiye's table, eyeing the girl with suspiscion. "Got a name?"

" Heh. What do you know.. A free drink for a change.. "

As Sarah took a seat at the table Raiye was sitting on, she'd move onto the seat on the opposite side of the table, crossing her arms ontop of the table as she glared over at Sarah and nodded.

" Raiye. You? "

Money was no issue with Sarah at the moment, not after all the accumulated wealth she had obtained from her string of wins in the AFW. She had intended to buy drinks until she couldn't feel feelings anymore, what was one more person? "Raiye, huh?" she muttered. "Guess you can call me Sarah."

" Sarah, huh? "

She'd impatiently wait for the bartender this time, since her cigarette was already drained from all the nicotine, her hand was shaking aswell as her eyes rapidly blinking, mostly out of anger. Then finally her glass came to the table, quickly grabbing it and taking a few long sips, and as some sort of drug her hand started to stop shaking aswell as her eyes starting to glare at Sarah.

" Thanks for the drink. "

"Don't mention it," Sarah replied frowning. "Seriously." Once their drinks arrived Sarah finished her cigarette and ground it out in the ashtray on their table. She then grabbed her beer and chugged it back. After her and Raiye's little spat she could defintely use a pain killer. "So, do you always pick fights in bars or was this just a bad day for you?"

" Depends if someone spills drinks on me or annoy me in a way. How about you? "

Raiye had her drink finished pretty quickly, placing the glass back upon the table while looking around, it seemed like an okay bar but without money she certainly wouldn't be coming here unless she had to lie, which would probably be the best thing.
