Ariel de Ruyter vs the debuting Asuna Fujino

Ariel was worried that the Japanese teen would not believe her as she knew that she had bin in trouble before the kick. Luckily the way she approached the other wrestler , and her expression were helpful in convincing her opponent that she was sincere as she was able to explain what had happened. Still when she heard Asuna saying it was alright and that they should get back to the match the redhead would relax.

Nodding yes to her opponent the Dutch teen would move forward with her arms in front of her body as she looks for an opening. Soon enough the two wrestlers would lock up as Ariel would push back at first before she thought of a plan.Falling backwards onto the canvas she would hopefully force the Japanese teen to fall forward , and then push her feet against her opponent's stomach as she hoped to toss her onto the canvas with a monkey flip.

Asuna was pushing up against Ariel and soon she felt the Dutch girl get back into the fight. Once she was sure the Dutch was focused again Asuna would try for an attack, as she would break one of her arms free, and move it towards Ariel's neck, however just as she did so Ariel went down to the mat, making Asuna fall forward, right into Ariel's feet, only to be flipped onto her back with a thud. However due to Asuna's own manuvers her hand stayed around Ariel's neck and just as she landed with a pained grunt, her forearm would smash down on Ariel's throat. After the hit Asuna would take some time to recover but once she did if she still had the chance she would try to use her arm to pull Ariel's head under her armpit by the throat to choke her out there.

Ariel would be able to gain control as she used her opponent's momentum against her as the Japanese teen when for a lock up. As the Dutch teen had fallen to her back as she pressed her feet into her opponent's stomach as she planned on pushing the other wrestler away from her. That did not happen as somehow Asuna was able to get her arm around her neck , and as an result smashed her arm down on the redhead's throat as she would gasp for air as an result. That made it rather easy for Asuna to trap her in a choke hold as the former swimmer would struggle to get that arm away from her throat.

Asuna soon managed to correct her mistake as She tugged Ariel's head under her armpit and started choking out the Dutch teen. Before Ariel could pry her arm loose Asuna brought in her second arm, attempting to pull the choke tighter around Ariel, her armpit pressing against the front of her opponent's neck, however the move left both of Ariel's arms free, even though the girl had her back to Asuna she could try to use them to break out.

Ariel was in trouble as she was trapped beneath her opponent's armpit as she was struggling to breath with each passing moment. Unlike last time she could not escape so easily as to make matters worse the Japanese teen used both arms to choke her out as she did have both her arms free in return.Now the first thought that came to her mind was to try and get free with a couple of elbows to the stomach of the other wrestler's stomach , and it was a good plan only problem was that the Dutch teen had to hope she landed the blow since she could not see as she went for this plan.

Asuna felt like she was right on the way to win the match as she managed to lock her hold around Ariel's neck, squeezing hard. However just as she thought the match was about to end she felt Ariel's elbow hitting her stomach. At first, she endured with a grunt, hoping that she could win soon anyway, however, the blow repeated again and again, until Asuna finally had to do something against the pain. She found her position too good to competely abandon, only moving away one of her arms, to try and grab Ariel's elbow, protecting her stomach. However, this half-commitment left her focus lacking in both departments, allowing Ariel to either get out of the weakened choke or free up her elbow for some more blows if she put her full strenght to it.

For a moment after she would attempt to drive her elbow into her opponent's stomach , Ariel worried she would be unable to hit the other wrestler. So when she heard the Japanese teen grunt the Dutch teen knew her elbow had connected as she would ram her elbow into the same spot again and again until she was released. So confident in her plan that she did not expect the other wrestler to somehow find an way to stop her the redhead was caught off guard when her elbow was caught as she would feel the hold on her neck had weakened. Even so she was now trapped with one arm around her neck as the other had gotten hold of her elbow as she would attempt to reach for the ropes with her foot to cause a rope break.

Asuna managed to hold onto Ariel after stopping the strike, even if her choke weakened. However soon the referee started calling her to stop the hold. Glancing behind herself, Asuna saw Ariel's foot resting on the rope, so she let go, quickly getting to her feet, both because she didn't want to be mean and just drag Ariel way, and because she didn't want to fall victim to a surprise attack. She would wait for Ariel to get some distance from the ropes, before moving in again, this time hoping to get close enough and trap Ariel in a bearhug.

Ariel was trapped within her opponent's grasp as she was lucky in the fact she was able to get her foot on the rope as the referee quickly called for the Japanese teen to release her. Even so she did not get a lot of time to recover as the Dutch teen had barely made it to her feet only to feel Asuna's arms around her once more. Trapped in what appeared to be a bearhug this time the redhead would try to escape as she tried to stomp down on her opponent's toe , and if that did not work lash out with an elbow to Asuna's side.

Soon after the break, Asuna managed to trap Ariel in a bearhug, squeezing the girl tightly between her arms. However, her foe soon retaliated, stomping down on Asuna's toes, quickly followed by an elbow to her side. Asuna grunted as she finally released the hold, and took a step backwards, a little hurt from the strikes but still ready to guard against an attack. Her opponent wasn't going down easily.
