Josh Craven vs Black Rose

Less experienced with his strikes than his wrestling, Josh bought the feint as her foot came swinging for his midsection. His arms went down, his guard dropping on instinct before he realised what was up. She hit him full in the face, this one connecting solidly on the side of his cheek. He staggered back, a bit surprised at the weight behind her blow. That wasn't a girl hit.

Her blow isn't as strong as it could have been, she hadn't been expecting him to fall for the feint. She encourages his natural reflex to bring his hands up with a light swing from the left, looking like it's going for his cheek, but she diverts it, bouncing off his shoulder. Her real strike comes as her feinting foot hits the ground hard, adding a little extra 'oomph' to her other knee leaving the ground, heading straight up into his groin.

Fool me twice.

The blow to his shoulder glanced off without doing any real damage, and as she did her little tapdance he simply powered on, moving too close for her knee to gain any real momentum. The sharp end rammed into his leg and drew a slight grunt of pain from Josh's lips, but it was worth it to bring her up close. Quick to push an advantage, Josh's left arm wrapped around the back of her neck, attempting to push the smaller girl into a front headlock.

She writhes, unable to do much as the stronger man locks her down. He forgot one thing though, which the karate chop, delivered from the elbow into his crotch amply proves. He may have control over her shoulders and the arm squeezed against him, but that doesn't mean she can't use her hands.

Once crotch trauma gets involved, a man rarely has the time or attention to consider holding onto anything that's not intimately attached to his anatomy. His arm loosened its hold around her head, and it was all he could do to give her a rough shove backward to buy himself some time and breathing space; both of which had suddenly become acutely necessary.

She pedals back as quickly as possible, using the ropes to reverse her momentum, coming barrelling back, literally dropping into a roll into his shins, bracing herself for the inevitable bruises.

Josh's groin ached from where the sharp end of her hand had caught him, and he was a little out of breath by the time she slingshotted herself out of the ropes and dove for his legs. Fortunately gravity was his ally on this one, and as he crashed to the floor he did so on top of the smaller girl; suddenly finding himself rather pleasantly mushed up against her chest.

Still slightly stunned from the impact of him falling against her, she stared stupidly for half a second. Damn. She hadn't intended to break his fall, and, acting quickly to remedy the situation, she tucks her knees back under her, pushing, or at least kicking up into his chest, grabbing his wrists and pulling back with all her might.

He was quickly regaining his composure, and as he fell down on top of her he was aware enough to realise that the fight had been taken to where he had the advantage. When she began to pull on his hands he simply pulled back, near-negating the push of her knees against his chest and tugging her back up close. He managed to worm one hand free of her grip, and taking a page out of her book he directed a compact, curving blow against her side.

You can only be a gentleman about things for so long.

She grunts, accepting the blow grudgingly, A headbutt greets him before his next blow. The fact that she was expecting the blow gives her the precious half second she needs.

She transfers the hand he broke free of to the other wrist, using her other hand to grasp his ring finger, twisting back, her expertise telling her just when to stop short of dislocating it. It doesn't make the pain any less intense for the moment though. And the threat is still there.
